Trying to upgrade from win7 too win10. Kept getting a migration data error. When i researched it on line an advert came up for Restoro, quoting exact same issue with same error code and claiming that by purchasing Restoro and running the program, it will be fixed.
Still got exact same issue.

Betrug?
Habe das Programm im März 2022 für ein Jahr abonniert. Als die Meldung kam, dass das Abonnement bald abläuft, habe ich es gekündigt, da es meinen Erwartungen nicht entsprochen hat. Nun habe ich eine Abbuchung vom März 2023, obwohl ich es gekündigt hatte und im April wieder eine Abbuchung, so als wenn ich zwei Verträge hätte und jeweils mit unterschiedlichen Beträgen. Bei Nachfrage per email, wurde mir auf Englisch mitgeteilt, dass sie nicht verstehen, was hier mein Problem ist.... Werde ich betrogen? Ist das Programm unseriös?

Support interirdisch. Programm findet immer gleiche Probleme. Hab es deinstalliert. Auf die versprochene Supportanfrage zwecks versprochener Rückerstattung, keine Antwort. Mein eigentliches Problem hat die Software nicht repariert. Also es wird viel versprochen und wenn bezahlt wurde Stille??

FINGER WEG!!! SCAM!!!!!
Absolut keine Empfehlung für dieses Programm. Es tut das, was andere auch tun, jedoch kostet es bei anderen nichts.
Der Support ist Unterste Schublade, da es wohl keinen Support gibt. Denn ich warte schon seid 1 Woche auf eine Antwort, habe in der Zeit jedoch die Probleme selbst in denn Griff bekommen.
Viele schreiben hier zudem das nach einem oder mehreren Jahren einfach wieder Geld abgebucht wird, ohne das man etwas bestellt hat, falls dies passieren sollte, werde ich gerichtlich dagegen vorgehen.
Selbst bekannte PC Seiten raten von diesem Programm ab und haben teils verheerende Kritiken geschrieben.
Also, FINGER WEG!!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT give this company your money. I was having a Windows issue and, while researching the fix, happened upon an advertisement for Restoro. It completely destroyed my working files for ongoing clients, and I had to work with customer service for hours to get it restored from an acceptable point. It cost me nearly $1000 in lost work. I uninstalled the program and got a refund.
Now, I have someone claiming to be Restoro calling me to tell me that even though I uninstalled Restoro, I cannot actually get rid of it completely and there are "bits" of Restoro still on my computer. They claim that they are getting notifications on their end that something is wrong with my computer and want a shared session to see what's going on.
Restoro was the single worst decision that I made for my business and it still plagues me.
ETA: Many of the 5-star reviews appear to be fake.

Programm nicht zu nutzen, Support meldet sich nichtt
habe das Programm gekauft um speziell 2 Fehler in Windows 11 zu reparieren, wie es bei der Suche im Internet eingegeben wurde. Habe das Programm mehrere Male durchlaufen lassen, genau diese Probleme wuren nicht behoben!!!
Zwei Anfragen anden Suport wurde nicht beantwortet- muss wohl in perfekten Oxfort-Englisch gestellt werden. Habe das Programm jetzt wie4der deinstalliert.

Ich hatte das Programm vor 2 Jahren gekündigt, es wird immer wieder abgebucht. Hatte schon 2 x reklamiert, dass der Betrag umgehend auf mein Konto zurückgezahlt wird. Eine Frechheit, da ich vor 2 Jahren gekündigt habe und einfach abgebucht wird, und ich angeblich bestellt hätte.
