Omdat ik van PC met Windows 10 veranderd ben nar PC met Windows 11. Wilde ik Restoro opnieuw installeren op de nieuwe PC. Op de oude PC had ik de software verwijderd. Als ik de Restoro nu installeer en na de scan de licentiesleutel in wil voeren is deze ongeldig. Terwijl ik een geldige licentie bezit. Ook kan ik van de site de SW niet downloaden. GR. Jan.

Paypal-Abbuchung ohne Rechtsgrundlage
Habe 2022 eine Testversion probiert – das brachte nichts. Mein PC zeigte keine Veränderung, die Probleme bleiben bestehen. Habe das Programm dann deinstalliert, eine Neuinstallation wurde nie durchgeführt. Am 25.06.2023 wurde über PayPal, für ein angebliches Abo Geld abgebucht. Schriftverkehr hatte keinen Erfolg, da die bei Restoro nur englisch sprechen. Habe mit Hilfe von PayPal das Geld zurück geholt. Ich habe niemals wissentlich und somit auch niemals willentlich ein Abo abgeschlossen. Im übrigen ist in Deutschland die Amtssprache, Deutsch. Es ist unglaublich mit welcher Dreistigkeit die Typen uns das Geld abzocken. Seriös geht anders. Ich habe jetzt einen Anwalt eingeschaltet, damit die Angelegenheit zu einem Ende kommt.

The product while doing a minimal amount of work is honestly fine for the price, the real problem is the company behind it. IF YOU GET LUCKY, then you'll get a product that works fine with no complications. However you might just get sent an email that you bought the product for 0 PC's like me and you WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT THEM. If you don't believe call the number written on any of the reviews, they don't work. They also give you a different number when you make a purchase that also does not work. And emailing their support team does nothing, I suspect they don't even bother to look at it. TLDR not worth the risk of purchasing it, don't bother.

Ayant quelques soucis dans le fonctionnement de mon ordinateur, j'ai été sollicité par RESTORO qui m'a proposé un scan gratuit, ce que j'ai laissé faire. A la suite de ce scan, on m'a proposé la version payante qui devait, soit disant, résoudre tous mes problèmes. J'ai souscrit a leur demande et j'ai payé (35 euros +tva je crois) . maladresse de ma part peut etre, on a même tenté de me faire payer 2 fois.!! Après action de RESTORO, j'ai du me rendre à l'évidence: Il n'y a eu aucun effet positif sur le fonctionnement de l'ordi. Donc, ce matin j'ai désinstallé le logiciel et je sollicite le REMBOURSEMENT intégral des sommes versée, comme le mentionne leur publicité. Je l'attend!!

De problemen kunnen alleen verholpen worden doormiddel van een abbonement, maar nu komt het, dat kan alleen met creditcard (schuldkaart) en die hebben we in de EU meestal niet, en de optie Paypall staat wel aangegeven maar met ruim voldoende saldo kun je alleen maar met creditcard betalen ook via paypall.....
Dus dan kun je dit niet kopen.

Having learned about the Restoro program, I, as a potential user, wanted to try this program. But as it turned out, they don’t have a free premium version for a certain period, which leads to strange thoughts. As we live in 2023, we can not get a trial version, without unnecessary problems. 3, 7, 14 days at least something? But no, this company doesn't do that. They justify that you have the opportunity to return your funds after 60 days, but people who have experienced this opportunity know that you need to go through 10 circles of hell to get your funds back. And after reading the information on the Internet, I was convinced of this, many users mentioned the incompetence of the Restoro support service. And they received the funds after a month or even more, and only after they had already extorted their money from the company. Therefore, I do not advise you to rely on this opportunity. Abbo-Kündigung, weil PC langsamer wurde…
Es war etwas aufwendig mein Abbo zu kündigen. Aber, sowohl paddle als auch Restoro haben nach einigen Mails reagiert. Problem bei paddle ist englisch, auch dort wird mit einem Translater gearbeitet. Man muss nur Geduld haben. Mein Abbo würde im Mai 2024 auslaufen, von beiden Firmen habe ich am Folgetag die Bestätigung bekommen, dass auch paddle nicht über Paypal abbucht. Außerdem hat man mir am Folgetag Restoro die Gebühr für 2024 auf Papayl zurückgebucht. Also, kann nur empfehlen bei paddle und bei Restoro Kündigung einzureichen. Die Abbo-Kündigung muss bei Restoro erfolgen!! Mein Fazit, die im Netz stehenden Negativbewertungen kann ich nicht teilen.
