Ho ordinato un paio di jeans ihyerflex la prima volta si è perso il pacco poi la seconda volta è arrivato un jeans totalmente diverso da quello nella descrizione il jeans che io conosco bene in quanto acquisto da diversi anni è un jeans skinny stretto e praticamente non vestibile il tessuto ha ceduto il servizio clienti guardando semplicemente le etichette che ho inviato mi hanno detto che per loro era tutto in ordine ,problema non risolto servizio clienti pessimo

Shit customer service. Bought three pants, one jeans that’s fine. A chino that’s slimfit which was ok, another chino that’s the exact same fitting and size/model, happens to be a stretch pants that would not miss it’s role in a ballet.

Customer service reply; you’re just too late letting us know. Our advice is: go bugger off :).

Well, I will boys! I’ve bought tons of clothing from this brand, but this was a great example of why to bugger off.

Horrendous ongoing issues with Replay. As others have experienced, a bland statement on their website about being responsible for import fees but no inkling that these fees would be over £100 for 2 pairs of jeans!! Customer services were very unhelpful on the phone. Both jeans were unfortunately not right for my son, so started the returns process over 3 weeks ago, costing £21 for a tracked service to Italy. Package is still being assessed by customs - Royal Mail say Replay would have been contacted, they are saying they haven’t. I’m not at all confident I will end up with a refund, so will have lost over £300 with nothing to show for it. Feels like a robbery.

J’ai retourné plusieurs pantalons, mais la marque prétend n’en avoir reçu qu’un seul. Aucun remboursement complet, aucun geste, aucune enquête auprès du transporteur. Service client scandaleux. À fuir absolument !

I ordered from Replay’s website without being warned at checkout that I’d be liable for UK import duties. Only after delivery did I receive a bill for customs charges. When I contacted Replay, they referred me to their terms and insisted these fees must be paid regardless of refund or return status.

This is misleading. UK consumer law requires retailers to disclose all charges before purchase, and Replay fails to do this at checkout. I’ve since seen multiple other Trustpilot reviews from UK customers reporting the same issue — no clear warning, unexpected duty fees, and unhelpful customer service.

Replay may think burying a vague line in their Terms covers them, but in practice customers are being misled. At best this is poor transparency, at worst it’s a breach of consumer law. I will be escalating this through my card provider and Trading Standards.

Shoppers in the UK: be warned, you will likely face hidden import duties with Replay, and they will not take responsibility.

N'achetez pas de produits sur leur site internet.J'ai commandé trois pantalons et je les ai retournés. Ils disent n'en avoir reçu qu'un seul. Et ils refusent de me les rembourser. Ils refusent également de faire une réclamation auprès du transporteur. C'est une honte, ce sont des voleurs. J'ai vu sur Trustpilot que d'autres clients ont été victimes comme moi.

Koop nooit iets bij dit bedrijf!!
2 broeken besteld die niet op mijn adres aankwamen maar pas na bijna 3 weken op een UPS afgiftepunt.
Omdat ik van de koop afzag, regelde REPLAY zelf de afhaling bij mij thuis. Pakket werd op 14 august 2025 afgehaald door UPS maar kwam maar niet aan bij REPLAY. Alles was op camera vastgelegd; kenteken, tijd, overdracht pakket, etc. Echter was de door REPLAY opgegeven trackingcode niet traceerbaar, ook niet bij UPS. REPLAY ondernam geen enkele actie. Na meerdere mails naar REPLAY Customer Care (GIOVANNA) werd probleem telkens bij mij neergelegd, ik moest maar een onderzoek bij UPS starten, hetgeen alleen maar kan worden gedaan door de opdrachtgever (=REPLAY). Er werd geen enkele poging gedaan om te checken waar het pakket kon zijn en heb nooit een inhoudelijke reactie gehad. Uiteindelijk op 8 september een unaniem geautomatiseerd bericht ontvangen dat het pakket wel was ontvangen. Dat mag toch echt geen Customer Care heten.

3 shirts besteld ter waarde van 135 euro. Moest worden afgeleverd door UPS. De koerier van UPS heeft het gewoon ergens buiten gelegd, wat niet mijn woning is en heb het pakket uiteindelijk nooit gekregen. Ben nu al 3 maanden bezig en ze trekken allebei gewoon hen handen er van af en zeggen doe maar aangifte bij de politie. Er is gewoon bewijs met foto en al, dat het bij hen is misgegaan! Maar je moet wel betalen. Het is echt te schandalig voor woorden! Dit verwacht je niet van zo een groot bedrijf en ook UPS vind ik echt onbegrijpelijk. Maar laat het uit alleen al principe er niet bij zitten.

Ich habe online eine Jeans bestellt, die leider nicht passte, und habe diese zur Retoure angemeldet. Ich musste die Jeans über DHL für € 23,- nach Italien schicken und habe bis heute (nach mehreren Wochen) mein Geld nicht zurück erhalten! Hier ist eine Methode zu vermuten (siehe Bewertungen) und ich gehe von Betrug aus!

La qualité a beaucoup baissé et les jeans sont vendus à un prix d'origine indécent.
Ils doivent tout de même avoir des soucis pour écouler leur stock vu le nombre de ventes privées qui fleurissent sur le net.
Sous prétexte d'être déjà délavés , les jeans sont déjà tout distendus, cela est du à l'élasthane bon marché qui rentre dans la composition du tissu. J'ai définitivement abandonné cette marque.

DO NOT USE REPLAY IF YOU ARE IN THE UK.
I have had to pay £70 customs fees on a £180 pair of jeans and customer service are just hiding behind T&Cs.
It is despicable that they sell at full price on their website (ie covering all taxes etc.) exactly the same as UK retail price then say you "May" have to pay customs duties on orders over £136 in a small banner on the screen.
Totally unhelpful, blaming Brexit after all this time - Other fashion brands manage to fulfill from the UK without all these charges and Replay are supposed to be a premium brand!
I will never use them again.

Na contact te hebben gehad met customer service is er nog steeds geen duidelijk over de bezorgtijden. Je wordt daar vreselijk aan het lijntje gehouden.

I wish I could give them zero stars! Disgraceful. I paid in UKGBP and got stung with a £ 70 import cost. Call themselves an international company. Makes me laugh. I wish I had read all these reviews before making my purchase, as they seem to do this all the time without remorse.

J'ai commandé pendant les soldes des polos à la coupe superbe et aux très belles couleurs, ainsi que des jeans de très bonne qualité et des baskets très classe. Fidèle à cette marque depuis plus de 20 ans, j'adore et je ne suis jamais déçu. Je recommande vivement sans aucune réserve.

J'ai du mal à comprendre les avis négatifs. J'ai déjà eu un problème lors d'une commande où je n'avais pas reçu mes articles, j'ai été immédiatement remboursé par le service client de Replay. Lors de ma dernière commande, j'ai fait une erreur de taille et j'ai pu retourner l'article gratuitement.

Le service après-vente et le service client sont très réactifs et efficaces.

Ich wollte eine Retoure anmelden und die Website hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Ich habe dann dem Kundenservice geschrieben und mein Problem erläutert, dass ich keinen Retourenschein generiert bekomme. Ich bekam keine Antwort und habe nach Ablauf der Rückgabefrist (15 Tage) nochmal geschrieben. Meine Retoure wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass ich innerhalb der Frist hätte anfragen sollen. Der Hinweis, dass ich das ja bereits getan hätte, wurde bis jetzt ignoriert. Ich bestelle dort nie wieder.

Zero star for me.Terrible customer service.They say ,that they provide free returns for some countries,but they oblige you to return their products with your own cost.Also average quality...It should be 5 times cheaper for what they provide.

I find the other reviews too misleading. It almost deterred me from buying. I went ahead with the order since I couldn't find the same model in local store. Everything was all right. I'm from EU, it was shipped from within the EU (Italy).

Disgusting company. Order from a UK web site and then they ship from outside UK and you get a bill for VAT, delivery, and import tax directly from the courier which you are then legally obliged to pay. Small print within their Ts & Cs at the bottom of their web page. Basically 2 pairs of jeans totalling £270 I had to pay £120 to cover all items mentioned so circa 40% on top of the advertised price. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ich habe zweimal die gleiche Jeans gekauft ( je 160€) und innerhalb eines Jahres waren diese bereits kaputt! Der Elastan Anteil hat sich aufgelöst und der Jeansstoff sah sehr schlimm aus. Auch mein Mann hatte zur gleichen Zeit gekauft und auch hier war es das gleiche Problem! Wir werden keine Jeans dieser Marke mehr kaufen!

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered from the UK website based on the promise of free delivery. At no point was it made clear that the items would be shipped from Europe. I was hit with a £65 import tax on a £130 order—something I would never have agreed to had I known.

Had this been made clear upfront, I would’ve simply visited a local branch. To make matters worse, there’s been zero customer service—just a dismissive response blaming Brexit (which, for the record, I didn’t even vote for).

This feels misleading and unprofessional
