Repair took over a day due to needing a part to be ordered in.
There were no instructions on how to prepare the phone
The repair was done poorly, The proximity sensor is now not working all of the time and there is a gap bewteen the screen and the frame so i can see the back light

I had an average experience with Repairly. I signed up for a screen replacement and booked an appointment which was an easy and smooth process. However, there were issues with stock and communication.

It wasn't until they had already collected my phone that they informed me that they didn't have the screen in stock and it was going to take an extra day.

The phone actually got repaired late that day in the end but it was far too late to re-arrange for collection. We arranged for 9-10am the next day. I got a number of e-mails containing conflicting information at 9am the next day. 10am came and went with no communication from Repairly. I sent a message at around 11:30am asking where the phone was and requesting an update. I tried the online chat tool and got no response, and was unable to find a phone number.

At 12:30pm I got a response informing me that a courier was on the way and would arrive in 20 minutes.

The repair itself is fantastic. I am just a bit surprised they neither offered me a concession on the price (since they didn't deliver on their promise of turn around time) nor offer me a discount on future services, since their service comes at a premium price over alternatives.

What first class, simply and efficient service, I made the call at 10am and had the iPad collected repaired and returned by 2:30pm. This included regular updates and an opportunity to bring the collection forward. I will definitely be bookmarking this site and will recommend to friends.

Went to iSmash for a quote to repair the screen of an Ipad2 and was quoted £249, the same as the price of a new iPad2 (although the engineer was very apologetic). Looked online for alternatives and was quoted £54.99 by Repairly for a same day repair with free collection and delivery. Booked them straight away, they collected the item within hours and it was back with a new screen and screen protector within another three hours. Courteous and professional staff throughout. Perfect.

Booked for the next day was quick and friendly. Sure I’ll need them again and I will use them.

Six months ago I broke the glass of my iPad and Repairly repaired it quickly and efficiently, within the day. After six months of heavy use, some slight anomalies appeared and Repairly took the device back and repaired it again under warranty with the same speed and professionalism. Added to that they are just a joy to deal with: the definition of good service

Great Service from start to finish regarding the screen repair I had been putting off for ages. Had I known how easy it was to use Repairly I would have repaired the screen ages ago. My iPad was collected repaired and delivered back all within 24 hours.

I work in a Special Needs School and our ipads get treated quite rough. Although we have our ipads in spongy cases, they still suffer from frequent screen breaks and other faults.. Repairly have been our solution. They even repaired some ipads that our previous repairer had bodged up. A quick efficient service. Just book them in, box then up and leave them to be collected. And we get billed on a thirty day invoice that is essential for schools.

The pick up and delivery was fine. And they repaired the screen as requested. However, this process took 2 days not the "few hours" they refer to, with a fair bit of miscommunication - eg saying the phone was on the way back when in fact it wasn't.

So overall they got the job done, but it needs to be quicker.

We've tried a few iPhone repair companies and this is the best one so we're sticking with Repairly. We send them at least 2 phones a week and the odd iPad and they always come back the same day and perfectly restored. Great, great service and highly recommend.

So, I walk into work on Tuesday morning and my boss says "my ipad pro screen is cracked, please can you get it fixed by Friday as I am travelling". Hmmm, okay what to do, Google - what would we do without it! After scrawling through and calling up a couple of places that could not help me at short notice I came across Repairly. After reading the reviews, chatting online to one of the guys who works there who was very helpful, I decided to go with them. At 11am I booked it in, by 1.30pm they had picked up the device, taken it away, replaced the screen and repaired it and by 6pm that day I had it back in my hands and one very happy boss! I would highly recommend Repairly, great service, efficient repairing of the device, friendly, helpful staff and if you need a quick turnaround repair, I would give them a call or look them online! Fantastic service! My son smashed the screen on his iPad Air 10am. I placed the order 11am, the courier collected the iPad at midday and it was back with us in perfect condition, as good as new and sparkling clean by 2:30pm. And all for under £60. Brilliant job - thanks so much.
