Shaun was v efficient checking my phone driven over by a SUV, saw all was working and fitted a new front screen. Felt reassured phone was in expert hands...Just needed to be aware the back panel cracks were not just 'cosmetic' as i realised my son put his bank cards inside his case, so then needed a solution to stop the bits from falling off etc - I hadnt thought of that myself either to be fair and maybe these guys should not have to think of absolutely every scenario! Good job thanks iphix!

Went in expecting that port on iPad would need replaced and an expensive job. But Shane removed a broken bit that was jammed in the space and fixed it within 30 seconds. I had tried for a few weeks without success. Cost zero customer experience brilliant and would definitely recommend

Great Service
Once again me and my wife travelled from Donegal to Iphix Castle Street Belfast this our fourth visit over the past 18 months with different repairs. And was received like old freinds all the staff engaged with us always making us feel so Welcome we leave our repair with them on this occasion it was two items go shopping and call back later to pick them up. We have phone repair shops here at home but the customer service the total
engagement with all the team and most of all the repair quality that we recieve each and every vist.
The wife loves the new phone purchased this visit
Travelling this distance for a repair is proof in its self how good the service is

“By far the best advice”
Called in on Sunday to Iphix for advice on buying a new phone. Shane gave us very practical advice on the different new phones available in their shop in Castle St. We called back on Monday and chose a A26 5G. Shane seamlessly transferred the data from our phone to the new phone. The whole experience went very smoothly as we were anxious about losing files from our old phone. Xbox repair
I have used Iphix now quite a few times for various repairs on phones and IPads . At the weekend, I took my son’s broken Xbox down to Iphix Lisburn and Zak got the repair sorted. The fan had completely broken off inside. They provided a fantastic service, explained exactly what was needed and what the cost would be from the outset. It was repaired extremely quickly, even though the replacement part needed ordered in. I would absolutely recommend Iphix for console repairs for a speedy and professional service. I have a very happy little boy, now he can get back to his gaming. Thanks guys!

Amazing service they get things done…
Amazing service they get things done rapid fast like for example i left my phone in to get a screen replaced and they took half an hour unlike other shops where they said it would take 3 hours and I was having problems with my charging port and a guy called Lee had it sorted in less than a minute so probably the best phone shop ive been to so far.

Third time using iPhix
Third time using iPhix, and once again impeccable quality of work, customer service, turn-around time, and value for money. I made the mistake of using an alternative repair company to replace my battery, which turned out to be a cheap knock off. IPhix use genuine Samsung batteries, and now my phone is back in tip top condition.
