Repairly Arvostelua 

I broke a new Samsung S9 and Repairly fixed for me perfectly. The model had only been released a few weeks beforehand so they had to order a part in, but this arrived the next day. Several other companies had told me that it would be weeks before they could fix it since the model was so new. My phone was collected at 10am and I received it back at about 4:30pm as good as new.

The online chat window was really helpful to keep track of the progress. The online tracker was not updating very quickly but I was able to get the answers I was looking for from the chat window.

I'd definitely recommend this service!

Put in my request for a diagnosis around 11am. Picked up between 12 and 1 and returned just after 2pm with constant comms throughout the transaction. Amazing.

Phone repair took 25 hours not the advertised 3 and a half hours. Communication was confused with one set of comms telling me repair was complete and out for delivery and another telling me engineer advised they need to keep phone overnight. Why would a screen replacement require overnight??? Not to mention when courier picked up there was no jiffy bag to keep phone safe in, no ID, no receipt for giving over the phone. All told it started feeling like a scam! That the helpline never answered or called you back didn't help. In the end the phone was repaired and returned and so far, no complaints about the repair.

Avoid

Upone the checkout they do not specify whether you are purchasing a standard product or manufacturers warranty one, so what they do after the order has been placed they ask if you want genuine product you have to pay extra. For example in my situation I purchased £104.99 for standard and after I’ve made the payment they asked if I want an apple screen for £174.99. Sounds priecy however considering they are pickin up and dropping off is not that bad however, what they did is they blocked my money for both standard £104.99 and genuine £174.99 and if you do not pay attention like I didn’t you get invoiced for both. I tried contacting them via phone but could not get through to an operator and email as sugested on webchat by one of their employers but the Manager Jon Arnet failed to reply back with an explanation to this until this very day.
And after all it does not take couple of hours like they say, it takes days, so think about this before you go forward with them if is worth it.

The mobile phone came back and was repaired using a cheap screen that appeared blue. There was then further issues as the screen touch would not work, which meant I had to spend another 48 hours without a phone whilst they recovered it.

A few weeks later after their second repair job the defect cam back, and now they are not living up to their "12 month warranty" claim and refuse the arrange a pick up.

I work for a reputable e-commerce company in a senior position - In conclusion I would NOT recommend any friends or family to use this service.

Don't bother. Run from abroad. After booking on website with specified time, got a call from Philippines to say centre is closed so can't do it today. Can collect and take it to London but probably wouldn't be back today. No way they can go to London and back twice and repair for the amount they were charging, let alone make a profit Highly doubtful that is what they were going to do. Just pay for a local trustworthy repairer.

Great communication and excellent service! They come and collect your mobile and drop it back (with a nice little sleeve). Surely better than going to the high street!

I was very unlucky with the service!!!
My phone was not delivered on the same day as promised (I asked the question on the live chat as the next today I was not going to be home and they reassured me the phone would have been fixed and returned on the same). I have chosen repairly as I needed the phone right away since was travelling the next day. I choose repairly even though I have an insurance, I needed the phone and I couldn’t wait.
Also, I had my screen replaced and after a month the screen is now not working, issues with the touch as the screen was not correctly installed. After couple of weeks there a was a small gap between the screen and the body (of the mobile).
Besides, I explained to the customer service what happened and the inconvenience I went through but they did nothing more than apologising.
Long story short I spent 80£ for a service I didn’t receive and for having to take my phone back to a repairer as after a month is not working anymore!

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE AND ADMID TO MISLEADING ADVERTISING

I booked my phone in for same day screen fix, courier came to pick it up and I asked him when it would be back and he confirmed 'in a few hours'.

I then receive an email saying that instead of delivering it back half fixed it will be tomorrow, this was completely out of the blue and I guess a (failed) attempt to be funny.

I tried to call them a number of times but no one answered. I left a couple of messages asking for a call back but no one called back. No one responded to the online chat either.

When someone replied to my reply to the childish email regarding it having to stay with them over night, I explained I was travelling tomorrow and asked if they could guarantee when it would be back in the morning, which they couldn't so said they would return the phone unfixed.

In reply to my concerns at being mislead by the advertising and their driver I received the following;

"I can only apologise that our advertising is not clear enough, it is something we are in the process of rectifying, but obviously that does not help you in this instance...."

"...We have cancelled your order and you will not be charged at all for this transaction, as it is clearly a failure in the advertising on our part."

SO BEWARE, THEIR ADVERTISING IS MISLEADING AND THEY KNOW IT..

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Picked up my iPad and returned it the next day. The screen was fixed and the battery allegedly changed but it wasn't charging or holding charge. I got back in touch via email-there are no phone numbers for this company-and the iPad was picked up again for a re repair. I was then told it needed a new charging unit which then 3 days later was told it then needed a new regulating IC. This morning I logged in and saw the iPad had been delivered back to me, which it hasn't. No response to numberous emails asking what is happening? I received 1 answer phone message from the Philippines-i guess where they are based-I couldn't even understand what was being said. Basically Im out of pocket £141 and an iPad. I have reported this to the police and to my credit card company. Avoid this company like the plague. They are scam merchants.

So far the service I have received hasn't been what was promised. I originally booked my repair in on Saturday and was give a pick up time of between 13-14.00 hours. I cancelled an appointment and waited in to receive an email approximately 12.40 saying that they don't work Saturday and that they would come on Monday. I emailed back and said that I'd be at work and could they pick it up from my work address. I didn't hear anything until Monday morning when I'd already left (and not taken the device as I hadn't received confirmation) for work when I got a phone call saying that there was a courier in reception waiting for my device. I sent him away to be later billed £29.99 for a missed appointment.

I rebooked the device to be collected on Tuesday and was told that they could not pick it up until Wednesday, on Wednesday I got a message saying Thursday and now another message saying between 9 and 5.30. I'm going to call Repairly and cancel the whole thing.

Great quick service, remained in contact throughout the process. Amazed my phone was fixed in around 3 hours and delivered back to my door.

Poor comms and slow service.

Booked in report early in the morning - collection time of 9-10. Pick up nearer to 12.

Still promised 3 hours 17 minutes and website highlighted latest delivery back at 3.17. After many long online chat I got it back around 6.20. I suspect if I had not been constantly pressurising them it would have been Monday. No apology.

Shoddy. Would never use them again or recommend them.

A great service and super idea. I would honestly recommend it to anyone!

Quick and easy to arrange

My screen was both cracked and digitally damaged so I chose Repairly because I needed the job done quickly. I do think £104 is a bit expensive for a screen fix (most places do it for much less) though I do appreciate this covers courier costs as well. Courier picks up your phone from work or home (the driver was a little confused at my pick up location so make sure you leave very detailed instructions) and drops it back after a few hours. I was a little unnerved by being asked to provide my passcode and turn off my Find my iPhone app but after speaking with the team I felt a bit more relaxed (though deactivating them is optional)

My job took a little longer than I thought and the return was a huge nightmare, but I blame this more on the snow than the actual company. I almost had to come pick it up myself! Once Tom got involved on customer services he put me at ease assuring me they wouldn't close the studio until my phone had been returned. Despite this, my phone looks gorgeous and I even got a sock case to protect my phone which I really appreciate!

Overall, if I needed the job done quick and had the money I would use Repairly again as they do a good job and it's nice to get your phone couriered and not having to factor in a studio visit into your busy day. However they do need someone else manning customer services as it did go quiet on me at one point which didn't put me at ease. If you want a same day service try to book your appointment as early in the day as possible just in case.

Great experience. Repaired my iPhone 7plus (severely) cracked screen, which had caused it to become completely unresponsive. Now working and looking like brand new. They collected it from my workplace and I had my phone back in just over two hours. The comms throughout were great and friendly.

More transparency needed on what repair was carried out.

Very convenient and reliable service. They do what they promise and I’m very satiesfied with the result.
