He is very friendly, easy to work with, patience and mastery in resolving queries easy or difficult one.

He was very easy to understand, knowledgeable, considerate, thoughtful and interested.

Excellent response to a query

Dylan Westley, who was the agent who dealt with my policies, was very professional, very polite and very efficient, unlike other agents I have had to deal with in the past. Sorted out my problems and came back with an acceptable solution within 24 hours. Good to work with.

Rentguard Block Policy Insurance

The lass (Kendall) I spoke with was great! Easily understood why I was calling, clearly explained what she would do, apologised for any "wait"time - and resolved my issue quickly and efficiently. Overall a VERY positive experience. It's so nice speaking to just one customer service rep who can, so quickly and easily, resolve your issues!

Very helpful customer service

I've been a customer for more than 20 years and have been consistently happy with the service and value for money. However something went wrong with my renewal last year and I would like to thank Dylan for patiently fully resolving it and keeping me informed at all stages.
