This company is a scam and a half , they run different companies in different names , little bit of research they are all link, they won’t give out last names but it wasn’t hard to work out . Don’t use this circus of a company , they block your number . I endeavour to leave this review on every website and forum

Don't be fooled into giving your personal banking information …
I started an application for a bond loan and they asked me for my bank name, customer registration number and my password for my online banking. WHAT A JOKE...
Why would anyone in their right mind provide secure information about their personal banking passwords. How they get away with asking for that information is beyond me especially in this day and age of online fraud.
If I gave them that information willingly and my account was compromised my bank would not back me up because I gave the information over.
Please people, do not share this secure personal information with anyone.

Hi Gabrielle, unfortunately lending laws mean that our finance partner needs access to bank statement information to assess the loan application under responsible lending regulations. All lenders are required to do this, not just us. Online access is via a secure portal used by banks and other lenders, however, if you're not comfortable with that, there are other ways to provide the required bank statement information please contact us at support@rent.com.au to find out more.

Be transparent with your interest
Need to be more transparent with your interest rates. Mistakenly got a bond loan through you thinking it was another place I’d had a bond loan on terrific terms and only realised the error when we saw the statement. No thanks won’t get caught again.

I didn’t know you even existed but my son told me about a friend of his that had used you. I was hesitant until he said the real estate had sent the link for your service. The process was simple, hassle free and the speed of funds being deposited after approval was amazing!!
