Never used something like this before. The waiting for bond returns and paying triple rents is horrible This took all that stress out. I am very grateful.

Brilliant
Super easy and was brilliant to be able to borrow the money I needed to move during the Christmas period and know that if I paid it all back within 21 days I wouldn't have to pay any fees. Made everything else so much easier.

Smooth Process with Great Early Repayment Benefits
The rent bond application process was quick and hassle-free. Everything was smooth, and once approved, the funds were in my account within just a few hours. I really like their repayment flexibility—if you pay within 21 days, they waive both the interest and the establishment fees, which is a great benefit. If you need more time, you can still keep the bond, but there will be monthly interest, an establishment fee, and some additional charges. Overall, it’s a convenient and reliable option, especially if you can settle within the 21-day window.

Rental insite
Has been really helpful for finding and comparing rental properties, especially with saving listings and using filters to narrow down searches. The main challenges I’ve noticed are that the filters don’t always match exactly what I’m looking for, responses from agents or landlords can be a bit slow, and the layout can feel slightly cluttered at times. Improving the precision of search filters and notifications, along with a cleaner interface, would make an already useful platform even better.
