Took 5 days to get approved and I had…
Took 5 days to get approved and I had to call multiple times. Did not approve amount needed. Disappointed.
Should be 4 weeks not 21 days to repay as it generally takes 2 weeks to move/clean then 2 weeks to get bond back. At least once approved, money was deposited and available as soon as I received email and checked.
Edit for reply: I sent all the documentation on the Wednesday which should have been requested on the Monday when I applied and it still took 3 more days. Plus the document's that were requested had already been provided in the application! And the 100 points of ID should be included in application like everywhere else. The interest free period should be 4 weeks, not 3. $400 establishment fee on such a small loan is ridiculous.
You claim to process in 24-48 hours and you took double this time.

Hi Zara, thanks for your feedback. As you applied the day before the ANZAC Day public holiday (25th April) this meant there was an unavoidable delay in processing your application, and therefore obtaining some required documentation back from you. However, we’re glad to hear you were approved on the 28th, and the money was deposited into your account. The 21 days only applies to the interest and fee-free period; you have your full repayment term to pay out your loan. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and hope your move goes smoothly. Lauren & the Rent.com.au team
The application and assessment process…

Lifesaving
I was getting buggered over by modern real estate agents with break lease and other fees until I found these guys. Payment is simple and interest isn't charged within the first 21 days. Payment plans seem reasonable. Would recommend to anyone in a pinch.
