Awful company!! Very rude! No communication skills! Did not even attend the property, offered me money and then informed my insurance company that they would not do the job - totally non-sensical?
Clearly this company is on a scam to initially offer money - which is admitting that the job DOES need doing but because me 'the customer' (which apparently stands for nothing) said no to their offer, they decide to refuse to visit my address despite setting up an appointment, to which they did not inform me they had cancelled and to notify my insurance company that they were not going to do the job! JUST SO RUDE!! How are they still in business?? I really wish I could give no stars!!

The carpet is good quality as was the previous one and the carpet gutters were excellent

The service we had was v professional from start to finish

The experience from renew flooring was great from start to finish. The put us in touch with a local company which was birch flooring in Heywood.
They kept in touch with me every few weeks to see how things was progressing.

Two brilliant men moved all the furniture, fitted the carpet perfectly and then replaced all the furniture. True stars.

I have accidental damage & matched items as extras on my home insurance policy. I have never claimed in my life. Unfortunately my dog did irreparable damage to my sofa and living room carpet, so with encouragement from my family, I decided to make a claim. They sent someone from Renew and that’s where it all started to go very pear shaped. Their communication is appalling, they make statements that aren’t true. Having read others reviews I can only think that the people whose items cannot be replaced through Renew are treated like crap. I’ve never dealt with such a useless company….. and it still isn’t resolved. They just keep moving the goal posts and don’t appear to want to treat me fairly in line with my policy. Their departments work separately for furniture & carpet and the customer is stuck in the middle. Spoke to my insurer today and Renew have made statements that just aren’t true. I don’t even know why they are still involved as my items cannot be repaired of replaced…… bloody awful experience.
Renew….. I have exhausted the ‘customer email’….. so please don’t suggest it!

The work was completed very quickly and professionally.

Absolutely awful service. Instructed by RSA, their instructed agent attended over 6 weeks ago for choices to be selected, further payment made to extend carpeted area and since then no progression to matter despite many telephone calls and assurances that it would be actioned.
