The only thing Reliable about this place is the Stupidity which reaches levels far beyond anything I've ever seen. You can rely on the fact that they are complete Morons who will go out of their way to waste your time.

I purchased a server and IP addresess, I then asked where the IP addresses where and was informed I had to fill something out. OK , odd, I mean I'm aware that this happens but I've never filled it out as the host always has and I receive the IP's within minutes.

I then endured 9 hours straight of this exceptionally special lot continuiously sending me a message 32 times. I explained 32 times that the instruction was very inaccurate and could someone correct it our send a few screen shots, perhaps a URL. However, sending this same response again and telling me with inaccurate instructions to "fill out the form here in the nonexistent place" ( no not there ) anyway I think we crossed that bridge 32 times over a 9 hour period.

After the first hour there were three of them on chat. At this point their special charictaristics grew exponentially like. As I was told 14 times that if I need to purchase IP addresses I could buy them on the server page under the server listings. Each time, I clearly explained that I already purched 5 of them for 8 dollars xx hours ago when I bought the server and continue showing them the receipt. Therefore they were shown visual evidence and told 14 times that the purchase had already transpired. Yet, these brand new clues were not enough for them too absorb this perplexing puzzle. While finding myself fresh out of finger paints, I was unable to draw them specially colorful pictures in hopes that maybe a small spark of light might begin to glow between their ears.

I still do not have my purchase, still can not finish my server , lost 10 hours so far and 9 of those were on special chat report! Meanwhile, this unique lot of window lickers, can't understand why I'm a tad bit upset. Understanding is most definately not their strong skill set!

Do your self a favor and find another place to by a server. I have seen and dealt with this kind many times and it never gets better. By stying away from Reliable Window Lickers your inner peace and harmony will thank you!

This Shady Business just doesn't learn. Instead of putting in the REAL WORK that is necassary to correctly make the changes in their business model that they really need to make, they tried the Slacker , Shady Business, Side Stepping Route. Trying to have a review removed almost 4 months later with the aid of Trust Pilot in a very Shady way!

So this business is still engaging in deplorable business practices. Warning for consumer protection.

STAY AWAY FROM THEM - TRUST ME also learn what sites will give FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS for some kind of payment and DO NOT LOOK AT THOSE REVIEWS SITES BECAUSE THEY ARE FAKE.

Even good review sites get some scammed positive reviews but they are a much better way to accurately judge a business. Do your reasearch extensively and find out who the good review sites are.

At this very moment with what Trust Pilot tried to pull today it's kind of up in the air if they are on the good side or have fallen to the dark side. One way or another I will get that information out to the public.

We've been with ReliableSite for over 4 years and have used roughly a dozen different hosting providers worldwide. RS is, without a double, the least reliable in terms of hardware uptime. They also have terrible customer service and don't care at all about you or your customers.

The straw that finally broke the camel's back for us was today. For a week, they've been pressuring us to change our IP because they wanted to do some internal restructuring. Originally, they tried to give us a 24 hour warning which was already unacceptable because we give our own customers a minimum of 48 hours. After agreeing to wait until our customer was ready, they instead performed the change anyway, resulting in a downtime of 6 hours so far (still ongoing).

In addition, when I asked them to revert the change, they instead went onto the machine without authorization and changed the network adapters to hardcode them to the new IP, erasing all of our adapter settings that were allowing us to tunnel through a GRE endpoint in order to provide DDoS protection for our customer. Now, we've spent hours trying to not only fix the issue they caused with the IP change, but fix the adapters they trampled without our permission.

To top it off, their customer service was terrible. Hour-long response times, rude responses and outright ignoring our requests for help fixing the outage they caused.

Over the years, they've shown they have systemic problems not just in customer service but uptime as well. Out of the dozen or so hosts we've used, they have had the most unexpected downtime by at least double the second worst. They have also taken upwards of 24 hours to fix outages they've caused with poor communication about the process, which has cost us a ton of business and customers.

Absolutely stay away from this company.

Olá, achei importante deixar uma avaliação na minha língua materna, realmente hoje os serviços da ReliableSite está bom, um bom data center e um bom atendimento, a algum tempo atrás estava com um grande problema de rotas e conectividade da parte deles, já estava á pensar em cancelar, porém este mês eles melhoraram a infraestrutura deles, e a conexões com as rotas que melhorou em 100% a conectividade do meu dedicado, sou cliente deles a mais de 1 Ano, tenho serviços pagos para mais 1 ano, e se a qualidade se manter, vou renovar o serviço para mais 2 anos, caso mantenham a qualidade melhorada que veio para infraestrutura este mês.

Good servers and a good price. The big difference for us is the support... Reliable's support is without a doubt the best we've ever had. We passed through large data centers and when we needed something the answer was always the same "Contact your systems administrator".

It wasn't like that with Reliable, whenever we needed something the support staff were always super friendly and tried to help as much as possible. It's really humanized support.

They handled server activation quite fast, and custom request for Windows OS installation was handled in few hours by their support team which is great. I was surprised by great server speed and connection from New York to EU with pretty lower ping than from other providers. Server panel interface is little bit outdated in design and I would suggest to improve it to modern interface and more professional look.

I've had two servers with ReliableSite, the prices are good and their 24/7 support is always around to help you out.

Been using Reliablesite on and off since 2017. The network speed is awesome, even better since they now offer unmetered bandwidth. I rarely have to contact support, but if I do, they respond within minutes and are ready to help. Servers are newer hardware like AMD Ryzen for example but cost less than any other host in the same area. A++++ for Reliablesite. The uptime is excellent. Reliablesite is very reliable for our hosting needs.

ReliableSite is an amazing overall dedicated server provider. I've been using them on and off for about 3 years now. The servers have been reliable, and the prices are absolutely phenomenal compared to literally any other dedicated server provider in North America. They're also one of the very few providers that do Ryzen servers in Miami or Los Angeles for a good price. The support has also been decent, and are fairly responsive when it comes to things like OS reinstallation or BYOIP. I did have some initial issues with network throughput on one of my servers, but those issues were quickly resolved when RS moved them to another switch/NIC.

Overall, I'm loving ReliableSite so far and I would highly recommend their services to anyone who needs high performance and reliable bare metal Ryzen servers in North America.

I've had a Dedicated Server with them for almost 2 years now.

I had my Servers KVM stop working and after two weeks still no resolution, besides "We are working on it". (March 2022)

As of 12 hours ago my server mysteriously went offline and hasn't recovered since, After contacting about the incident I was told there was a partial power outage and services were being restored. After around about 2 more hours since that ticket I contacted to find out more and was told nothing.(March 2022)

This company advertises power redundancy with 100% SLA for their Miami location and yet my server just dropped dead offline due to a power fault.(March 2022)

Update: After 13 hours of downtime the server was brought back online and I was told to contact their billing department in regards to their SLA Compensation, as of typing this I haven't heard anything from their billing department so who knows if they will honor it.(March 2022)

Update: They have honored the outage with a credit, still not happy but I've made sure that if an outage happens again I am prepared.(March 2022)

Update: This is honestly just disgusting, no communication and my server went down for another 7 hours on the 6th of April as of the 7th it's now down again due to maintenance I wasn't even notified about I am moving away asap, highly unrecommended. Don't even bother it's not worth the savings vs other reliable businesses.(April 2022)

Update: The hardware is fine, as for networking it runs beautifully I'm still not happy about the lack of support or information on downtime but once I ask they seem to be honest about issues related to my service and they did honor their SLA price reductions which is good.

ReliableSite has helped us grow our business over the past two years. While the support can be a little redundant at times overall we have had a great experience. Recently we have moved from using their IPs to brining our own and their network engineer was very patient and spent hours working with us on configurations.

Their DDoS protection is the best you can get except to maybe OVH. I highly recommend them!

I will say, the server I am renting (Ryzen 3950X) is of good quality. I have been with them for nearly two years now with no downtime so far (fingers crossed). I have been impressed as you get what you pay for as far as your product goes. If they don't have a product in stock, they make it happen with a product of higher quality for the inconvenience. Example: I wanted to use my points to get 8GB of RAM added, they didn't have that option so they gave me 16GB of RAM.

I will agree though that if a mistake is made on their part, they're not always entirely helpful and it does turn into a too bad so sad scenario. BUT, I personally have not had these issues often and for the most part they have been incredibly helpful. These relatively rare inconveniences are a price to pay for the very good prices I suppose. No real complaints on my end so far.

It's rare for a happy customer to post a review, but really easy for an upset customer to do so.

Reliablesite has been hosting our servers for over two years, we couldn't be happier with the service provided. Both the network and support side of Reliablesite really rock. I definitely vouch for them.

Terrible experience, at first everything was so smooth until the attacks started hitting our server. After submitting all the information they needed their response was simply, "We do not guarantee protection" and "This will take months to implement a solution". Not exactly word for word but precisely their point. We had to make a whole infrastructure change in a matter of hours due to this as the attackers were not letting up and ReliableSite was highly unreliable. Not to mention when we send in the graphs showing the attacks they respond with "This does not match our DDoS check list". But when provided a PCAP they say it's something they need to put months of testing into fixing. Obviously, I understand that different types of attacks occur all of the time but I'm certain that I am not the only one that has experienced this attack as they advocate for these types of game servers in their protection and selling points. Will never host there again.

Took a 10Gbps server New York metro city data center at just 69$ approx. The delivery was fast but speed was pathetic. I received hardly 1Gbps speed. Most of the time it was 800-900 Mpbs.

The worst datacenter I have ever been with. On my Ticket: 1FE-2756D7C1-006F I requested for upgrade to my RAM. They took the money and kept the ticket on hold saying it will take time to visit datacenter and upgrade hardware.
I waited,
waited..

somehow I kept my clients have patience, they were waiting for the servers.

day passed. nothing happened.

Next day they started saying "the working time is 9am to 5pm est"

I again waited.. my clients started to get angry .

I still waited hoping, I would get the RAM added anytime.

at 9pm, they said your server is up and VMs are working fine. ( The ticket was for RAM upgradation).? This ticket was for ram upgradation.

after my reply. they ticket again was on hold.

I waited.... waited

At 11am, they said we can upgrade now.
I immediately replied with confirmation, and again my ticket went on hold.

at 4 PM, they replied your server has maximum RAM and cannot be upgraded.

like seriously?? I was wasting time for 24 hours? Dont' you think I have any other work?

This kind of support is happening most of the time, not the first time.

You guys are lucky, I can't abuse publicly here.
