This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. We got a dedicated server built the server, uploaded our data, and commissioned it on 11/12/2020. We started using the server and suddenly with out even notifying anyone the server was down on 11/20/2020. Support was no where to be found. They don't have phone number, we where told to create support ticket, we created ticket # 106-274C0F64-0062 . It took them two days to respond. After two days of no service at all we receive email that shows a full refund of the amount we paid at time of activation, without any explanation what so ever. I would not recommend this company at all.
They are not reliable at all.

This is an early review but the service these guys offer blown me away. You email them, within minutes thdy fix or reply its incredible and i use a few servers. Server is fast, no lag, tjey also installed my own windows on too with key when asked. Again a early review but they have surpassed my expectations in first day by a mile. Lets hope server does it job but looking at server, knowing servers its looking good

Ive had multiple dedicated servers at reliablesite over the last 4 years.
No other host can beat their generousity and support! Thats a real good point at Reliablesite. Great prices for dedicated servers is part of this as well.

High quality dedicated server at an affordable price. If you know what you're doing, This is perfect for you.

One of the best providers for NA dedicated servers around, with continued improvements to the service quality being implemented frequently. Support is both knowledgeable AND helpful (very rare in the hosting field), the network is better than expected at this price point; making it very easy for me to continuously recommend RS to my clients. Main thing I'd suggest or like to see in a future update is a redesign of the dedicated panel to make it more user friendly.

We have seen improved uptime and better load times since switching to reliablesite. Support has been very professional and available 24/7.

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is due to the fact that their servers are high quality.

The amount of issues I have had with this company just seems to be endless.

First off, their automatic OS installer for Ubuntu is quite literally horrific. We have ordered 3 servers back to back for ubuntu, each server having 2x1TB SSDs and 2x2TB hard drives. Each time I have to manually go back myself and setup raid on the servers because if you forget...CONGRATS your entire operating system install is botched.

The customer service acts clueless as well. The first time the above issue happened they claimed that their "system administrator forgot to reraid the drives after replacing one of them for performance benefits." Silly me, I actually believed them. Then it happened two more times after that. Now I'm no super genius but from what I can tell either they have a horrendously bad System Administrator back there, or they are just too lazy to fix their systems.

Then when I'm running into issues accessing the ipmi, I clearly state that the credentials provided were not working. They responded with a knowledgebase article on "how to enable temporary access to ipmi" and claimed that "they were having no issues accessing it." I didn't ask you if you were able to access it, I said I couldn't.

All in all I had to solve that mystery for myself too, as I had enabled temporary ipmi on two of my nodes recently, and their systems had given me the same tunnel ip for both! Imagine that.

This company will give you what you ordered, but working with it could be a pain at times. I guess you could say you mostly get what you pay for, if what you paid for was a quality server with terrible service.

Good response times, they respond in a 15 minute timeframe. Which is the quickest for a dedicated provider.

Excellent provider! No frill, no bs, straight to the point answers.10/10 will continue to grow with them.

The automation is good but if anything goes wrong, you are up the creek. Unable to fix problems if the automated processes fail. Make sure you do not need ANY support beyond the remote access provided to you.

The 10 min setup took 2 days. First the OS install was stuck, then the control panel wasn't installed and when we finally pulled the plug it still wasn't properly licensed. On top of it, they blocked our hosted desktop admin IP and refused to whitelist. I strongly do not recommend this company.

I've used Reliable Site for years and have had nothing but good experiences. Everyone from their sales to support is always professional and helpful.

The range of servers they offer should fit pretty much anything you would need.

If you're looking for a server in an area they cover I highly recommend going with them.

Habíamos adquirido uno de sus dedicado en su página web con la localidad Miami FL, esperamos 24h y nos dieron el dedicado con localidad New Jersey, pedimos al soporte que nos dijera si tenia disponibilidad en especial con otras especificaciones de uno de sus dedicados para Miami FL, y nos dijeron si, hicimos otra compra y nos lo entregaron nuevamente en New Jersey. Siento que perdimos el tiempo, engañados ó estafados, al menos nos hicieron un reembolso que llegó 3 días después.
