The servers are great my clients dont have any issues expect the support is kind hit or miss sometimes they tend to repeat themselves its almost like a script game. They dont take the time to read the support ticket slowy and clearly

I want to give my feedback of all my time using ReliableSite.
I've been using this site for almost 8 months. I use it for my Minecraft server and It goes really great!

I'm a university student and Im working in my project that needs a dedicated server, I tried with different companies that where cheap but those were not as good as ReliableSite. I love this because is very professional and fast when I need support(for example: when I need a reboot) I really also like that there are many prices from cheap to custom prices.

In my case I use my service for minecraft server because person told me about this site so I knew reliablesite for a advice and since that moment I always recommend this site for dedicated/hosting because is very professional in what they do.

(Sorry, my english is bad)

I would recommend ReliableSties as they have competitive prices and especially the bandwidth they provide, the locations are stable for LATAM and my clients are happy with the service.

If you are looking for dedicated servers to resell or for your own use, ReliableSites is your best option.

I've been a ReliableSite customer for over a year, approximately 2 years to be honest.

I have almost 20 years of experience with hosting and currently work with clients in South America, specifically e-commerce sites. The prices I find at ReliableSite for the services I need are the best on the market, there is no debate.

In my career, I have worked for countless other companies, from market leaders to emerging hosters, and I can say without a doubt that my experience with them is the best possible.

The service is very helpful - which is impressive, considering the price you pay for the servers. Without a doubt, they will grow even more and they can count on me and my company to continue using the services.

If you are in doubt whether it is worth hiring them, I recommend that yes, it is worth it.

Edit in 27/11/2023

Unfortunatelly I get the worst experience possible when get the second server in NYC datacenter. Many tickets and no solutions. Asked for a compensation that I get a new server in MIA, but the ReliableSite said that's not possible.

Migrated the NYC server to another datacenter and maintained the great MIA server with ReliableSIte.

Been with them for almost 2 years at LA data center

After 1 year of usage, it consistently feels the same
Its been great their peering works good with most of asia all the way to europe. I use ram disk as well and never notice any downtime.

To be fair, my usage is average not a lot plus i manage the server myself. The server is 1Gbps but I never tested but past usage went pass 700Mbps just fine. No one hates me enough to launch complicated DDoS yet. I remember 1st thing i got the server at one point it was stuck at 100Mbps and support ticket fixed it, didn't know how long it took as i diverted traffic elsewhere for a day before coming back.

I recommend to use ReliableSite if ur requirements are lot too strict. They got good servers for good price plus unrestricted 1Gbps network.
Now I gotta head off to renew my server due soon on 1st Dec 2023

We've been using reliablesite for 8 months now and everything has been smooth, no downtime at all, great dedicated server performance and better support, we wanted to create a private network between two of their boxes and we couldn't be more thankful for the fast and easy email responses.

The only thing I would like to see improved is the DDOS protection, it works for some low bandwith attacks but it could be better!

Its been a great experience using ReliableSite for me, and i would recommend it to anyone looking affordable , unmetered bandwidth dedicated server. best for the money 👍

I have been with them for more than 1 year and the truth is I am very satisfied, they have excellent prices, the attention and service are incredible

Reliablesite is an overall good service. I've purchased numerous dedicated servers via their service, all which had been delivered as expected with excellent performance.
The only issue I've experienced, is that their dedicated servers OS installations tend to fail upon purchasing from my past experience; I'm then required to submit a support ticket whom typically resolve the issue within 6 hours.

I've been a customer for over 3 years and I really like the types of dedicated servers that Reliables has, the prices are great. But on the other hand, we can say that DDOS protection is practically non-existent, support is not present, I sometimes feel that it is a company that is still in the 2010s. Not to mention that they don't even want to respond to reviews. I would really like it to improve so that I can continue using it.

I've been using their site for several months now, and I've encountered only two issues regarding their quick-deploy not working. Support is quick at all times of the day, and are very friendly. I have had no downtime as well.

They're reliable, have no downtime (in my experience), quick support, and there products are priced fairly. I would recommend.

So far everything is going well with the company, the vps were delivered to me promptly and I have had no problems with crashes. I hope they continue like this

Great Dedicated VPS' with good prices. I bought me a vps that had 16gb of ram and a Intel Xeon E3 1240 V5 for 59 dollars originally and recently seen they had the same server but with 64gb instead for only about 5 dollars more. I've had no issues personally with them so far.

It is a company committed to high quality dedicated servers. Their support is unbeatable. They have the best locations and prices on the market. I highly recommend it

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service and technical support. They solve all our problems quickly.

So far my experience with reliable site has been nothing short of amazing. I have dealt with horrible game servers for years, logic, serverblend, and a few others to name a few. Reliable has been great, and the support was extremely helpful. Hopefully heres to many years of business :)

He contratado casi 3, o 4 servidores dedicados.
