Honestly, I haven't had any issues with ReliableSite, over the past 4 years of using them they have been fantastic with providing services that I need. Sometimes its just for a month sometimes its not. I do genuinely think if you need a server for mild items such as a Game Server or Website Hosting, there the way to go.

Price to performance with reliablesite is hard to beat. We have had consistently good experiences with our dedicated boxes with them.

Honestly, since I discovered "ReliableSite" I have really liked the 24/7 Support they have, since, any problem I have, even if it is 3AM, in most cases there will be a person in charge who can help me. The only thing I would recommend you improve on, which with my +2 years of experience is something vital that you improve on, is this:

1) I once bought a new dedicated one, but it was "defective" it took them a long time to realize the error, so much so that my server was turned off for "DAYS", it caused me to generate losses but then they solved it by telling me to buy another dedicated one (not they replaced it) but, in general, ReliableSite in the last 2 years has been very good, only this problem that I had

I recently rented a server from reliablesite.net in New York, and I must say I'm quite impressed. One of the standout features of this server is its low latency, which has significantly improved the user experience for my website visitors. Setting up the server was a breeze, taking me only about 15 minutes to get everything up and running smoothly.

One of the key factors that attracted me to reliablesite.net was their commitment to energy and environmental sustainability. I'm conscious of the impact of my online activities on the environment, so having a server with a low CPU frequency aligned perfectly with my values. It's reassuring to know that I'm contributing to global environmental efforts by hosting my website with them. While it initially posed some challenges in terms of performance, I appreciate that reliablesite.net has taken steps to address this issue. They've made adjustments to ensure that my website remains fresh and loads quickly, meeting the demands of search engines like Google.

Moreover, their customer support team has been a real asset. Whenever I've had questions or encountered any issues, their support staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive. Their dedication to providing excellent customer service has made my hosting experience a positive one.

Lastly, reliablesite.net's hardware is top-notch, ensuring that my server runs smoothly and efficiently. Overall, I'm pleased with my experience with reliablesite.net, from their environmentally conscious approach to their commitment to performance and support. It's a hosting provider that I can rely on for the long term.

I have been using reliablesite for two years now. Their support has been exceptionally quick the numerous times I reached out.

Their servers are fairly priced and provide a lot of value. I like this. The uptime of the servers is outstanding and when maintenance is needed, they announce it ahead of time.

At the time of my review, there is no option to set up UDP blocking or make changes to a firewall. Seeing something like this in the future could be excellent.

Overall my current experience with the company has been pretty great, the only complaint I have is the special offers that they give out. Once you purchase the products you can't really upgrade the amount of RAM or Storage. Other than that its been alright.

Very pleasant experience my first two months:

Ordering: server was ready very quickly within a few hours or placing my order

Speed: Seems faster than my old provider of 10 years, you can choose from 3 locations in the USA

Support: Each ticket has been answered quickly, if they need more time, they let you know(only happened once)

Nothing but excellent service from the support team. The package we have is excellent and is extremely stable. We have had no issues at all in the year we have been with them.

Been a Reliablesite customer for about 3 years now, having used a range of their dedicated servers. Originally found them through reddit recommendations and ended up choosing them due to price.

They consistently provide the best combination of value and power compared to other dedicated hosts with North American data centers. They're pretty good about offering the latest and greatest hardware and often have great deals if you are looking to expand or upgrade your services.

I will say that while they typically offer the lowest cost for comparable hardware, the experience is similarly low frill. Not a negative, just something to be aware of!

I've been using ReliableSite for my hosting needs for quite some time now, and I can confidently say that they have exceeded my expectations in every way possible. They offer quality dedicated servers at a low cost.

Their dedicated servers are amazing. Solid performance and no need to worry about shared resources causing issues.

The pricing is what draws you in initially, but the customer service (so far) has been excellent. It's easy to purchase new servers, I've set up several, so much so that I ended up becoming a reseller.

Occasionally, whatever script is used to provision the server "withing 10 minutes" fails and I'm unable to log in initially. A quick email to support gets that fixed easily. I'm usually up and running in 10-30 minutes even if something goes awry.

It does help that they have a data center located near me, so speeds are great and latency is low!

Do not be guided by those who only come to leave bad reviews, as I personally have been using ReliableSite for almost 4 years and I have never had any problem with the staff and much less with the hosts. Their prices and accessibility have allowed me to grow both financially and in my server. Thanks to Reliablesite and their staff I have been able to expand my server and add more components thanks to their points system for being a loyal customer and I have been able to upgrade my contracted machines. I totally recommend it and thanks for the good support always :D

I've been a customer since 2015 and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the products that I have with ReliableSite. I have not to complain about the support, they are always there when I need. I really don't like when I need to upgrade my server and they don't offer to me I way to do it without forcing me to pay a full cicle for a new server and I lose my Loyalty Rewards.

I am thrilled to share my positive experience with ReliableSite's dedicated hosting service. From the moment I decided to migrate my projects to their dedicated servers, I have witnessed a level of professionalism and efficiency that is rarely found in the web hosting industry.
What struck me first was ReliableSite's dedication to understanding my specific needs. It's not just about providing powerful servers; it's about customizing the experience according to the demands of my applications. The highly knowledgeable and 24/7 available technical support team has been instrumental in this process. They are always ready to answer questions and resolve issues, providing me with invaluable peace of mind.

ReliableSite's reliability is another aspect that deserves praise. The stability of their servers is impressive, ensuring my websites and applications run seamlessly at all times. The speed and performance are exceptional, resulting in an optimized user experience for my visitors. Furthermore, their robust network infrastructure ensures fast loading times and a 99.9% uptime, which is crucial for my online projects.

Security is an evident priority for ReliableSite. I am impressed by the advanced security measures they implement to protect my data and applications. Their firewalls, monitoring systems, and security protocols are at the forefront of technology, giving me absolute confidence in the integrity of my information and that of my users.

Last but certainly not least, ReliableSite's value for money is unparalleled. They offer a variety of flexible and affordable plans that fit different budgets. I get exceptional value for every doll

ar spent, with a service that far exceeds expectations.

In summary, my experience with ReliableSite's dedicated service has been outstanding in every aspect. Their commitment to excellence, unwavering reliability, and outstanding technical support make ReliableSite my number one choice for all my web hosting needs. If you are looking for a dedicated service that provides peace of mind and unparalleled performance, look no further than ReliableSite. I am completely satisfied and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Saludos cordiales,
Atentamente,
Luis Barreiro

I have a dedicated server in Miami location without problems for more than a year and half. The latency to south america is less than 100 ms, that is very good for a US provider. The time of response of the support tickets is very good and the price competitive.

Maybe improve the prices for the old servers/clients to make competitive with the new offers.

I've been leasing a dedicated server from ReliableSite.net for 8 years, and my experience has been consistently positive. Finding the right hosting service can be a daunting task, but after conducting extensive Google research, I came across ReliableSite.net and decided to give them a try. Here's what stood out for me:

Support: Their support team is top-notch. Whenever I've had a query or issue, they've been prompt in their response. It's evident they prioritize their customers.

Communication: Scheduled maintenance is inevitable in the hosting world, but what sets a company apart is how they handle it. ReliableSite.net has always ensured to notify me several days in advance, so I'm never caught off guard.

Performance: Over these 8 years, I've enjoyed generous bandwidth and experienced minimal to no downtime. For businesses and individuals alike, this reliability is crucial, and ReliableSite.net delivers on that front.

In summary, if you're on the fence about where to host, I wholeheartedly recommend ReliableSite.net. Their blend of excellent customer support, proactive communication, and dependable performance has made my 8-year journey with them a breeze.

This is what I've experienced as a client.

Have been using ReliableSite for quite a few years with multiple dedicated servers. Their services and prices are second to none in the US market. Will keep using them. Highly recommended.

We have been with ReliableSite for a few years and we've only had a couple of issues that the support team addressed in a reasonable amount of time. We don't have a lot of traffic but our sites have been running smoothly for a while now. We would highly recommend giving ReliableSite a try, particularly if you don't have complex requirements.
