ReliableSite.Net Arvostelua

Very fast and effective experience. Quality hosting for a reasonable price, alongside quick and helpful support.

Very Fast Delivery On Dedicated Server,

Very Good Support Response

Strict About Abuse so your IP can be clean all the time.

Very good Quality Server and Bandwidth Quality.

Ordered instant deploy server, payment was processed immediately. Spent the whole day setting up my server. Wake up the next day to find my server canceled and wiped.

Turns out they had requested extra verification for my credit card, which I provided 12hrs later but by then the server was already wiped.

Customer support seemed to think this was normal conduct and blamed me for not providing the info requested.

Don't do business with these amateurs.

I like the hosting, the only drawback I would say would be the problem of the macs addressing the anti ddos, which is not the best but could be improved, and the possibility of acquiring external protections, an example path.net

Reliable Site has been consistent for the past 7 years.

Very few downtimes with zero issue getting reimbursed under the SLA. Aggressive 100:1 SLA credit.

Support is always quick to respond.

Rsnet is terrific and reliable. They're such a fantastic provider with excellent and friendly staff. I definitely would recommend it! Our server was up consecutively for 240 Days +.

I have a dedicated server with ReliableSite.net for 4 years and I never have a single issue.
The server is always online with a very fast connection and also the price is lower compared to other companies.
The support is always available when you need it.

I've been using ReliableSite for our cPanel server hosting for several months, and I'm compelled to share the exceptional experience. The uptime is phenomenal, a crucial factor when managing multiple sites. Performance-wise, even under substantial load, our server runs seamlessly with no noticeable lag.

But it's the customer service that truly sets them apart - prompt, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, no matter the complexity of our queries. Also, the pricing is reasonable, reflecting the outstanding quality we receive.

I've been a customer of them about 6 years ago and moved away because of lack of good support. Now i came back as a client and its being a good experience.

Network uptime is about 100%. Low latency network wich is good.

a really good friend of mine talked to me about yours, so i decide to buy my first dedicated server here, now i have no problem here, its a really safe place to be, faster and really care about us, so please keep it going like that, now they are helping me, ussully i dint like to bother, but they are fixing an issue, so, i want to stay here for rest of my time, really appreciate them, really really glad with them

I have been a user for a long time, they always had a solid network and excellent support.

Response times are very good and the support team is friendly and helpful. I even needed to change defective hardware once and everything was very fast and organized.

I have hired 2 servers in the last few months, and everything has been fast and efficient.
No problem, good service, I will continue hiring my servers in this company

Great support, reasonable price
Just I need to be able to customize server specs in some case

So far my experiences have been more positive then with the previous provider.

Reliable's support team actually responded instead of accusingly me of lying and ignoring everything I say.

I also had a very positive experience when requestioning additional hardware be placed in my dedicated server, despite some minor hickups, it has worked flawlessly since.

My only complaint would the the website UI feels very dated. But I suppose it gets the job done

ReliableSite, good hosting service.

I've been a customer of ReliableSite for almost 2 years, and I can assure you it's an A1 service. It has good support as well as affordable prices for everyone. Their locations in Miami, New York, and Los Angeles are the best, as there aren't many companies that can offer those prices.

Highly recommended.

Have been with them for over 10 years. Fast support on initial setup and on the very rare issues over the years. Recently used loyalty points to upgrade ram. Very stable overall and next year we may upgrade to a newer CPU. A+

Radic and his team of engineers are amazing. Tickets are handled with urgency, pricing is very competitive, network is reliable and fast, and best of all: They are RELIABLE. We've leased 5+ servers in the last month from ReliableSite, I've opened 20+ tickets (some with stupid questions!) and each interaction with ReliableSite has been quick and painless. We use ReliableSite for business purposes, and we plan on remaining a long term customer. We're proud to have chosen ReliableSite for our needs. If you're on the fence about ReliableSite, don't be, you won't regret choosing ReliableSite for your needs.
