ReliableSite.Net Arvostelua

Es una excelente página y brinda un excelente servicio con sus servidores

Llevo poco tiempo pero en el poco tiempo que estoy, siempre.me a funcionado bien.

ReliableSite is the best provider! ReliableSite not only has the best prices paired with fast machines, but also has the greatest support team I've ever seen. I recommend ReliableSite over any other provider to anyone.

ReliableSite has been more than wonderful to us. Top notch responsive support that gets problems solved in no time compared to our previous provider. Great bang for our our buck as well!

Good servers, fast provisioning, good support and prices.
Dashboard could do with some modernising and ease of use updates, but overall good enough to use.

Best host i have used for a dedicated server!

I have been using reliable site in the Miami location for a few months now and I am genuinely very happy with service. Their price to performance is unmatched elsewhere and I'm yet to encounter an issue with the network. However, I have 2 5600x dedis and both were having serious thermal issues in their stock configuration (High 80°C - low 90) at 30% cpu load. Thankfully, I was able to contact support regarding this matter and on both occasions they upgraded the server cooling solution rather promptly. Overall, I'd recommend giving rs a try, I haven't had any issues with support, reliability and their price to performance is unmatched.

Probably the best people for renting a dedicated server , the customer service TOP always there and they help me to setup the server , even when I mess up they still fix it again .

Bravo keep that service, I will come back again when I will decide to rent dedicated server again

So many problems with this hosting provider I don't know where to begin.
1. Their network randomly drops connections and they have to reassign your servers IP
2. Their KVM access barely works 1/2 the time so forget accessing your server if it's ever out.
3. Their admin panel is sloppy has broken links that they know about (ie. KVM) and refuse to fix
4. There's no way to get a timely response if you have an urgent outage.
5. Their support never acknowledge the very obvious issues with their KVM.

In all the stress you'll be under trying to get them to respond when you can't access your server is not worth it.

They will rush to respond to this ticket with a canned response, but won't take the 5-minute it takes to fix the broken https link to their VPM system in the server manager dashboard.

Hello,

I find the lack of cooperation with the support quite disappointing.

They used to be hands down my number one recommendation until several years ago. I’ve personally recommended them and operated with partner company several hundred servers from them.

I’m with them for 5-10 years I sent a proof of paid invoice today and the guy declined to turn on the server until payment confirms causing additional downtime.

Did you guys give up?

Really sorry.

Thanks.

Very helpful staff. We had a few minor issues but after sending off the required data to support they were able to resolve all the issues we had.

The control panel is fast and easy to use, it shows you the basics of what you need to know at a glance.

Overall, I'm very happy.

ReliableSite is the best for hosting, I have been using them for a few months now and 100% recommend.

¡Altamente recomendado!

Great hosting service and great customer service always quick and ready to help

Hello! Reliablesite is a great provider with very high quality servers and high-end processors, I am creating my Minecraft server and it is going very well, I have not found a company that facilitates me in that way and I want to continue with them for a long time. They offer exceptional performance. They offer great prices and I love that they frequently have deals on dedicated servers. I was able to get a dedicated server in Miami and it has been a 10/10 experience. I will definitely continue purchasing from Reliablesite as their quality has really impressed me. I hope you try them too!

Hi! Reliablesite is a great provider with very high-quality servers and high-end processors that deliver exceptional performance. They offer great prices and I love that they frequently have deals on dedicated servers. I was able to get a dedicated server in Miami and it's been a 10/10 experience. Their network is very stable and they offer 1Gbps speeds. I'll definitely be continuing to buy from Reliablesite as their quality has really impressed me. I hope you'll give them a try too!

Overall, the experience using ReliableSite is great. Especially the auto-reinstall function, I have to use it sometimes if I messed my things up. Also, the altitude of the customer service is good. However, the KVM access is one of the disappointment I've met while been a customer of ReliableSite. It's really not that user-friendly for a newbie who didn't use a dedicated server before, I wish there could be more tutorial regards how to use Accessing via KVM in Knowledge Base. Also, the reliability is one of the best in the market, they guaranteed a 100% Network and Power SLA which is impressive.

Very fast support, although our disk was faulty they diagnosed it and fixed it in an hour, we lost no data and we run smoother than ever. Would definitely recommend.

I have to admit this company is just as it praises…reliable. They are quick to respond to their customers and provide great customer service. Whenever I have a question or issue they are quick to provide me options in what I could do. I am glad to have picked them for my services.

We use Reli servers since around 2018! If you are looking for the fastest & cheapest Hosting providor for Miami, then this is clearly your best choice. Miami is the gateway for South America, allowing us as a reseller Minecraft Hosting Company to provide the best latency across South America.

ReliableSite overall is an amazing server provider.
They are one of the cheapest in the US and in my experience have amazing support & uptime. I've only ever had one issue with them in the past, and it was resolved after opening ticket.
