La peor experiencia que he tenido. Usan hardware reusado hasta el punto de estar en tan mal estado, que a la semana de usar sus servidores, ¡murieron los discos! Un desastre total...
Intenté recuperar mi dinero y de 200$ aprox, me devuelven 50$ en "compensación". Pero ahí no acaba la historia, de la "compensación" un año después me doy cuenta que me la habían eliminado de mi cuenta sin previo aviso y sin actividad de compras. Es decir, no me han devuelto nada.

Lo mejor de todo que el dueño o uno de los dueños del hosting me intentá convencer por DM para borrar la reseña, lamentable. Si pudiera adjuntar fotos de la conversación, ¡lo hacía!

It's been a year, and they deleted my review as soon as they could, and I'm resubmitting it. This is a company that uses junk hardware and doesn't issue refunds or take responsibility for any issues. The company owner also asked me to remove my negative review in exchange for a refund, which I refused. It seems he needs $150. Enjoy! I'll leave my review here whenever you try to fraudulently delete it.

Scammers, provide a faulty service. No refund policy, even failed to cancel my service and doubld charged me. Would stay away

My personal experience with Reliablesite is that from the beginning they helped me a lot to configure my server as I wanted it despite my little experience. They were always there to help me and without further ado, I have been with them for 3 months now and not a single minute of network failure or blackouts. The service is really good.

Great hosting company! I used them for almost a year with a previous dedicated server. I recently upgraded to more RAM and a better processor, the IP was flagged as malware and they changed it free of cost. Would highly recommend, easy support, friendly to use, and a good network!

Stay Away from RS – A Nightmare Experience

We ordered multiple systems from RS and had nothing but issues. Avoid them at all costs—don't be fooled by the lower prices.

//Setup Issues
Most of the nodes we ordered had problems right from the start, requiring us to contact support. Issues ranged from the OS failing to install correctly to drives not being mounted properly.

//Power Cables Unplugged
More than once, our servers went down because RS staff accidentally unplugged the power cables. No, that’s not a joke. Each time, our systems were offline for at least 30 minutes while we waited for support to fix their mistake.

//Other Outages
We've also experienced extended outages due to data center failures, leaving systems offline for over four hours. One server went down due to a PDU failure—fair enough, things happen. But the next day, the same server went down again due to another PDU failure.

//Outdated and Barebones Panel
Their control panel looks like it came straight out of 2006. That’s not necessarily a dealbreaker, but it lacks even the most basic functionality. It doesn’t show whether a server is online or offline, provides no status updates during boot, and the OS install feature is still in beta.

You also can’t rename a system after ordering or change the OS unless you selected that option at checkout.

//Poor Support and SLA Failures
In total, we opened over 30 support tickets during our time with RS. We don’t like opening tickets unnecessarily, but every single one was for a legitimate issue. Despite our patience, we often waited over four hours for resolutions. Their SLA? Completely useless—we experienced hours of downtime and only got a one-day extension despite their SLA promising more.

//Final Verdict
RS is unreliable, has an unacceptable level of downtime, inexperienced data center staff, and slow, dismissive support.

We’ve worked with OVH, Servers.com, Datapacket, and many others—RS is by far the worst. Avoid them at all costs.

We've now moved all our systems off RS, costing us extra in needing to order more servers. Plus the clients we likely lost due to the downtime and outages.

Everything was going smoothly. Until a few days ago. I got my 5950x on a discount for $99/month in March of 2024. I then confirmed with their staff and they said the discount will be active until I cancel and they will NOT change the price and this was forever

Fast forward to a few days ago. I got an email saying they’re raising the price $21 to $120/month. They gave me a bs excuse of “we’re passing on the increased cost to you so we can keep providing amazing service”.

LYING to your customers is not good service. I wouldn’t be mad about the price hike, but lying and not upholding what you said is BS. It’s not being real with your customers. And in the future I don’t know what else they’ll do. I’ve talked to multiple people around discord that said they’ve gone through the same thing. This company can’t be trusted and will just lie to you. STAY AWAY

I had a terrible experience. The price was good, but the support was awful. I’ve been waiting for 12 days since I paid for a dedicated server that rebooted every day from day one. They kept making excuses, saying it was the motherboard (which they replaced twice), then the hard drives, then the RAM. In the end, they gave me a new dedicated server, but the issue persisted. Now, they refuse to refund me. I’ve been trying for 3 days to get my money back, and they’ve done nothing. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.

Not really reliable! I went to the hosting with my company because I thought they were good. Now I have a server since a week and I was not able to use it normally. I wanted that ReliableSite announces my AS and IP blocks but it seems they are unable to do that. I had to build a GRE tunnel now that our customers are back online. Now they say they cannot do it anymore because there is an existing radb object. Wtf? They should be to announce it even if there is an object.

Also to told me before I got a customer that I can use up to 10 Gbps and the 1 Gbps is the traffic flat. Now they tell my that I just can use 1 Gbps because I ordered 1 Gbps. What is going on there?

They often do not listen to you and do not answer any questions except you ask them where the answer is.

The support is really slow, just gives you an answer that they are looking into it and this everytime.

I cannot recommend them. Very terrible!

Fortunately, I was only a customer here for a very short time and would never want to be again, and I can't recommend it to anyone.

It's enough that the hardware is sold defective when you buy it. Support requests take forever. Billing requests are dealt with immediately with automated messages.

You immediately realize that this is just about making as much money as possible and there is no customer satisfaction.

Future customers who nevertheless decide to shop here: It can only be seen in small print that the payment method is stored and ALL invoices are automatically included, regardless of whether there is an existing contract or not. Regardless of the payment method, a direct debit agreement is automatically made in the background without written confirmation.

I wish ReliableSite all the worst and hope that karma will catch up with you.

The servers are good, but, the ddos protection is questionable.., support was good 👍

If you are looking for a Data Center for critical business, this is not the place. The support is very poor, the network is very bad with speeds that do not exceed 50Mbps. I made repeated claims to have 1Gbps Unmetered bandwidth as they mention, but they never solved it. They sell cheap and that saturates the service. I do not recommend it.

Stay away, the ToS is predatory and emails they send regarding auto payment is very comtradictory as in an email it had been stated that it would have had to be manual, yet i got charged for the server automatically. 10 days in advance is what you need to give them for a cancellation request which is insane. And the internet is just not what its supposed to be and claimed to be just how the internet speeds work.

Reliable service and great prices, fast servers set up and good technical support.

Reliablesite has outstanding customer service, which is very quick and ready to address any questions you might have, even if you have multiple support tickets open. Additionally, it is one of the services with the lowest prices on the market, which does not affect the quality of their machines at all, as they offer you what other companies might provide at a much higher price.

Simply put, one of the best places to rent dedicated servers on the internet.

Our server, which we are a non-profit organization, we are renting from them has gone down 10 times in the last 4 weeks. Currently down since Sunday. They haven't replied to us in the last 19 hours.

They are doing what we are requesting. They aren't responsive and don't communicate well or listen well.

As a non-profit we help single moms, kids at risk, veterans and others who are at risk of depression and suicide.

The cost, time, money and people is huge and it's sad to say that they went black on us.

Suggestion: Communicate and don't run from problems. A lack of communications will only make the situation worse and tick a click off so they write a review like this. It's not complicated really.

I have been using ReliableSite for a few months and it's been amazing. The network is extremely stable which is important as I host gaming solutions. There's only been about 10 minutes of downtime in 3 months and it was notified ~8 hours before and it was at 3 AM PST. Overall amazing service and will continue to use indefinitely and recommend to anyone who is in need of hosting solutions.
