Better off spending your money somewhere else

I'm currently using a dedicated server from Reliablesite, and I must say the hardware performance is excellent—especially considering the competitive pricing. However, I'm puzzled by their limitation on IPv6 allocation. They only provide a single IPv6 address, and when I inquired, they cited firmware restrictions as the reason.
In 2025, it's become standard practice for most hosting providers to offer at least a /64 or even a /48 IPv6 subnet. For businesses and developers who rely on scalable networking, this limitation can be quite restrictive. I genuinely appreciate Reliablesite’s service quality and reliability, but I sincerely hope they reconsider their IPv6 policy in the near future to stay aligned with modern infrastructure standards.

Decent selection of hardware, great programs for resellers as well. Only downside is limited availability for x3D chips if any are even available at all. DDOS protection is great and support responds in a reasonable time frame. We have been an indirect customer for quite a while but converted over to buying direct from them when we had a large need for more hardware. So far as a direct client things have been smooth. Just wish there were more higher end x3D chips available.

ReliableSite has been great for us. While issues arise like they always do with any hosting, RS support is always there, fast to answer. They also send emails about everything that's going on. They have been our pick for US hosting since 2024.

I’ve been using ReliableSite for my Windows VPS (Ryzen 5800X GPU) to host cloud workloads for my project at aihoston.com.
The deployment was instant, and performance has been excellent so far.
Their servers are stable, bandwidth is consistent, and the DDoS protection works well.
Support responses are professional and quick whenever needed.
Overall, a very good experience for developers looking for high-performance servers.

I have a dedicated server with them. The hardware is as advertised. The download speed also seems to be fine but the upload speed is less than ideal. I haven't had to reach out to support yet since everything has been running fine with no downtime for the past 2 months.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The server I use is always online and accessible. I’ve never had issues with any of their representatives.I think it’s unfortunate other people might have not had the same experience but this is mine.

I've worked with ReliableSite.net for a year, purchasing a variety of services. Each has been delivered as promised, and their customer service has surpassed my expectations.

I purchased a server from this company expecting functional, secure hardware, but what I received was completely unacceptable.

Severely outdated hardware: BIOS from 2017 with hundreds of known exploits.

Used CPUs adding even more security vulnerabilities.

No disclosure in the listing about age, BIOS, or potential security risks.

Refund refused even though the server was completely unused and only in my possession for 30 minutes.

This is a clear case of misrepresentation. The lack of transparency and outright refusal to issue a refund is unacceptable. I will not be returning as a customer, and I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company — your data and security are at risk.

I've been in the Minecraft industry for over 10 years and had my fair share of trying many hosts. I thought I'd give ReliableSite a go for the launch of my new server, what a terrible decision that was..

I'd seen the reviews of issues but assumed it was a 1% chance thing. Yet, I had persistent network failures from; severe latency spikes, frequent SSH and player disconnects.

I tried reaching out to ReliableSite via support and was told that there was "significant fluctuations and generally high inbound traffic (data coming into the server) compared to outbound traffic, with several notable spikes in "In Speed" and "In Traffic."".

After looking at the inbound & outbound network traffic on the machine (via nload), the inbound traffic was not high. During the period I was looking, I saw a peak of 1.74 MBit/s. This is normal. The majority of my traffic is outbound (average of 8.83 Mbit/s, peak 118.31 Mbit/s) and is expected for both the server's activity and player engagement. This is not an issue.

I tried to request a refund due to these issues and was declined, in which I filed a PayPal chargeback and was threatened with legal action if I went forward.

Please listen to the reviews and don't make the mistake I made. Go with a host like Bloom instead.

Our company has been using ReliableSite.Net for over a year. We originally started using them due to their NY footprint, their competitive pricing for Bare Metal, and quick provision time.

All of that has been great, but what we've found is that where they really shine is with their support.

Having used many Bare Metal providers over the years, large and small, ReliableSite.Net leads the pack when it comes to support. Every support issue has been handled quickly, and the difference has been that the support team leans into problems and goes above and beyond expectations to help resolve them.

Although the services we use are primarily self-service, that hasn't been used by the support team as an excuse to kick back a problem, which we see with other providers before the root cause is even looked into. It's really made the difference and kept us as a customer.

Spammers and scammers.

We had a server with a promised "lifetime price" (price won't be changed until canceled). Not that long after having it, they bump up the price by >20% citing "to provide amazing service", completely disregarding their promise of a fixed price. The owner responds with "if you're not happy with the price increase, just cancel". Very professional.

Their marketing strategy is nothing short of idiotic, and everybody notices it. They come into communities and spam their ads non-stop, pretending to be part of the community, when they get called out and flamed they pull back for a few months and then continue their shenanigans spamming everyone with irrelevant ads once again.

Additionally their modules for billing panels are of horrible quality and are bound to break your install at one point or another, or at the very least make it quite unusable.

They have done very well on their support, I ordered 2 Dedis so far at this point, both had issues with their deployment script which made them inaccessible, but within 1-2 hours of support ticket being made the matter was resolved.

So yeah, pretty chill, the servers are great :)

I learned about this server host from a friend. I decided to try it out and I have nothing but good things to say. Responses from my ticket were quick when I bought my own windows key. The upload and download speed are very high. As well as no downtime that isn’t scheduled. Haven’t had any problems with them. Great company, great support!

I paid for a VPS server which was supposed to be delivered within 10 minutes, as clearly stated on their website. More than two hours passed and I received no login information, no activation email, nothing at all.
I contacted their support team and was told that refunds are not possible — even though the service was never delivered and never used. This is completely unacceptable. A company should not refuse a refund when they fail to provide the product in the first place.
I am extremely disappointed and warn others to be very cautious when dealing with this company. I will be escalating this issue by filing a formal dispute via PayPal.

Seriously.. i would avoid buying anything from them, they failed as a company.

- Constant Server outages
- Constant Datacenter outages
- Constant Network outages

oh and if you dont pay, within 24 hrs your server is gone! doesnt matter if you are a customer with them for many years.
