I purchased a shein order on the 14 of october, relay received the package on the 20th. Shein told me my expected delivery was between the 21-25th of october. I sat and waited for this needed package for it to not arrive in the time bracket shein had given me. Package was delivered on the 27th, two days later than the time bracket i was given, and it took them 7 days of being in possession of my package to deliver it. As well as this, the day i ordered my package i received a whatsapp from relay stating, “ Relay will be delivering your SHEIN order! 📦

Welcome back! Last time you chose to collect from (collection point) would you like to do that again?”

i replied to this and asked them not to and to deliver to my address. i got a notification on shein a day or two later that it would be sent to said collection point. I messaged again and told them to deliver to my address.

I went onto relays website to inform them i do not want it to be sent to the collection point and the text on the website said that since they already posses my package the delivery address cannot be changed.

I have been extremely let down by relay and i have never been let down by them before. This is a very disappointing experience and the “500 poins” i got from shein for the delay is not acceptable to compensate for how let down ive been. I wish for you to make up for your mistake as i’ve been severely encouraged to not use your services again.

Same experience as everyone else, saying my Vinted parcel was delivered to them 10 days ago. It hasn't arrived and my vinted account has updated to I can dispute in a months time. Will pay the extra for a different delivery service.

Absolutely terrible courier service.
I've been waiting on parcels for ages. The last tracking update I recieved was 5 days ago to say that it had been picked up by Courier and nothing since. Where has the Courier gone, what is he doing with my parcels?!!
Companies should not be using Relay, they're extremely unreliable and leave customers very let down.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....
I have raised 3 tickets now to try and find out when my parcel will be deliver on 2 occassions I've been given time slots today incuded and still no parcel. This company should be investigated by trading standards.

This “company” needs looking into , parcels do not get delivered, courier collects and then they disappear,
Vinted needs to disassociate from these what I can only assume are thieves

Their delivery system is hugely flawed.
So called first delivery they report they are 9 minutes away at 15.19. Yet no delivery.
Second so called delivery 12 minutes away at 16.09
Yet no delivery.
They claim that there was a delivery using pathetic indistinct photos that were evidence probably taken while on the delivery vans front seat.
We have checked all homes in our vicinity. NOTHING. Their 2190 reviews on trust pilot has a score of 1.2. Why Temu or any other give them business is questionable.
They are employing it would appear, dishonest drivers.
I have screenshots of all the communications from Temu and Relay that I am happy to show any interested persons.

Absolutely awful delivery company. I've now had 3 parcels go missing from vinted with these cowboys.

They won’t deliver your parcel and may even steal it if it’s valuable. No response from relay. Rubbish service don’t use it

Do not use this courier! My package went to the wrong address. The picture send clearly shows a door with the no 31A. My package should have come to no 37. There is no 31A on my street so I have no way of knowing where the package was left. I contacted Relay support and frankly they are not interested, simply suggesting I go back to the retailer.

The worst delivery company ever!! I think they may even be worse than Evri. They’ve had my parcel for 6 days and still have not delivered it and I go on holiday tomorrow, absolutely joke of a company.

Agree with the terrible service.You get a million messages n when they finally deliver which is longer than any other delivery service even coming from another country.Basically they badger you so you pick it up.But we pay for home delivery.Wish people would stop using it

I have had far more negative experiences with Relay than positive ones. Every single time, there is a 50% chance (1 in 2 parcels) that they will completely miss the scheduled delivery date. Once a parcel is delayed, you are left in a painful waiting game for up to a month just to get a basic tracking update, a refund, or the package itself. This company lacks the logistical capability to handle standard deliveries and is completely unfit for purpose. Avoid using them if you have a choice.

Has to be the worst delivery service in the entire universe. The nearest shop is a 15 minute drive away. God only knows how you’d get there if you didn’t drive the store looks completely chaotic with parcel randomly scattered around the floor. Took the guy about 10 minutes to find the parcel. Also when using this to send parcels extremely slow delivery to customers. Would be quicker to imply a carrier pigeon, and I’m sure the updates would be more informative. Absolute pants.

I had a phone call on Sunday 25th October around 7pm.It was a lady's voice, concerned that she was unable to find my house (Flat). She told me where she was at, which was not far away. I told her that I would come to her. I received my parcel. She also told me that there was a parcel left outside the office that she was at was concerned that it may be taken. I took both parcel from her. I delivered the other parcel. But I was amazed at the commitment and concern that this young lady had given to her job and me. Soooo bad. I ordered 3 weeks in advance from Shein and they regularly updated me on my package whereabouts. As soon as Relay took the package i had no updates and it is 5 days late.

Appalling. Lost 2 parcels out of 4 in a week. One had no updates. Won't reply to emails. Have to wait 35 days. Absolutely dreadful service. No idea why Vinted use them (Vinted haven't been helpful either).

The worst delivery service I've ever had. I bought a pair of trousers on Vinted and they used the Relay courier for delivery. It's been 22 days since I ordered the trousers and still waiting for delivery. Even Temu takes less time to get their stuff delivered from China. Totally disappointed with this delivery company.

Never again with Relay. I’m waiting for 2 packages, and neither has arrived yet—zero communication. The absolute worst delivery service there is.

Parcels are consistently delayed or never turn up as they have gone missing as the drivers leave parcels here there and everywhere but your actual address. Not quite sure why companies are still sending parcels via this courier, it’s ridiculous

They are dreadful left packages on doorstep and items stolen. They claim it was left in a safe place and put a picture of the items being left on a doorstep is hardly a safe place in a row of terrace houses! Shame on such a corrupt so called delivery service you need shutting down
