Would give zero. Parcel been at hub for over a week now. Most days says will be delivered today but no attempt has been made…
Cannot contact anyone from the company have had no reply’s and no number to ring.

Don’t know why any company would send parcels to this service for delivery. My parcel has been with them for over a week and not a single update since. Apparently the “storm” (a bit of wind for a couple of hours on the weekend) has delayed deliveries - however every other order from other providers have arrived with no issues at all! The lack of communication is disgraceful. Have blacklisted this company for deliveries to my address so I shouldn’t have to deal with Relay ever again.

This service is beyond shocking. I am waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago and every morning I get the same tracking email. They take 72 hours to hopefully respond to a query also. Honestly the company should be shut down

They have had my delivery since 19th October and the used the storms which were 4 days later for the delay.. they haven't replied to any of my emails to ask where my delivery is. They received a parcel for my partner 2 days after mine but still delivered his. Very bad service and will not buy from any company using them for delivery

Shockingly terrible service.lost several vinted parcels through this courier. Must be the worst courier in the UK for losing parcels. I WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN.!!!!!

Absolutely disgraceful company. How they are still in business and allowed to continue trading is beyond me. This company seriously needs investigating, and those running it could certainly benefit from some basic education in business management. The way they operate is simply unacceptable.

The WORST DELIVERY SERVICE experience i have had .
I have contacted this company twice regarding my parcel by email stating that the DRIVER did not even come to my property(TRACKER).
The second email reply stated my parcel would be returned to sender.
There is no contact number to SPEAK to a HUMAN BEING so there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I ordered items with Temu who used this delivery service , They left the item against my door shown in photo stated a safe place ,I have an postal box right next door,to my house so my parcel can be secured they definitely did not knock, I'm really annoyed at the way this was delivered

Relay is one of the worst courier services I have come across.
Two parcels that I have now sent through this company have been drastically delayed.
The last one I have sent messages twice for someone to get back to me and know .

Delivery didn't turn up, got a text saying it was 2 drops away from my house, 5 minutes away, then it never turned up.
Very slow response, terrible communication and customer service.
Obviously their Delivery drivers are stealing the packages as so many complaints about missing packages.
NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY WHEN USING VINTED

I started selling my craft work on Vinted for a charity. It was going well until two parcels went off with Relay and almost 3 weeks later not received by the buyers and no update from Relay. I contacted Relay via their website and no response. Each piece I make is a one off so it’s not like I can just send out another.

Says a lot about a company that they’ve not responded to any of the posts here, shows they don’t care about their customer’s dissatisfaction or their own poor reputation.
Vinted sellers, you can remove Relay from the couriers you provide. I suggest we all do that asap.

Tracking is a joke courier must have lost my package but can't get a refund for over a month as bad as evri

Worst courier service in the UK will advise sellers and buyers to use alternative service on Vinted.

Absolutely awful service, please do not use! My item seems to be stuck at one spot for the past 4 days, update status remains stuck too since then, saying, 'The package is being prepared for delivery'. What preparation for 4 days??? Sent a couple of emails to them which are just completely ignored. Absolutely horrible service! 😡

What can I say…..94% 1* reviews and no response….
I ordered a one off, specially made present for my grandson at some considerable cost. Due to the possibility of being away I scheduled delivery to my partners house. I received several emails from Relay updating its journey. Every email that I received specified for the courier to leave the parcel inside an enclosed safe porch due to in value.

Today I received an email with pictures showing the parcel had been delivered.

The photos clearly show the parcel left outside on the floor in full view on a main road. The photos also clearly show the note on the porch stating to deliver the parcel inside the porch if no reply. I was in the house and no one rang the bell or knocked the door.

When I read the email I immediately went outside and the parcel was gone. Obviously stolen either by a passer by, or kept by the driver after taking a picture.

The driver failed to follow basic agreed instructions or read a note written in clear English. No wonder trustpilot show 94% of users rate as 1* and wishes they could leave negative stars.

I m now raising a formal complaint against the driver, and vicariously against the organisation to recover my parcel, or a total refund/ replacement as your organisation has failed to meet its contractual agreement….one I have I writing

I've just received a message saying courier 3 stops away, then parcel could not be delivered, rubbish, they never even tried !!

Last week I received a message stating parcel could not be delivered to my usual pick up place, 2 weeks later it was delivered to a totally inappropriate alternative, slap bang in the City Centre, no parking so had to get a bus !!! Got there and shopkeeper sent me over to SIX SACKS of parcels and told me to find it myself !!!! Terrible service all round.

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I don’t know why Shein would even use this delivery service.
Parcel has been out for delivery for numerous days now, I’ve received emails in the morning stating it’s out for delivery, the time frame then changes 3 times throughout the day and then reverts back to on its way. Yet the tracking status never updates. I’ve still yet to receive it.
I’ve tried emailing customer service but never get a response.
Absolutely shocking delivery company. I don’t know why anyone would use them.

If only I could give 0 stars! Absolutely awful from start to finish. No collection from drop off point for 5 days and then took another 6 days to say Relay has the parcel- what on earth are they doing? Parcel still not arrived at collection point 13 days later and no updates available. Messaged customer support who haven’t replied after 3 days. Will never ever use Relay again for anything, ever!

I purchased a shein order on the 14 of october, relay received the package on the 20th. Shein told me my expected delivery was between the 21-25th of october. I sat and waited for this needed package for it to not arrive in the time bracket shein had given me. Package was delivered on the 27th, two days later than the time bracket i was given, and it took them 7 days of being in possession of my package to deliver it. As well as this, the day i ordered my package i received a whatsapp from relay stating, “ Relay will be delivering your SHEIN order! 📦

Welcome back! Last time you chose to collect from (collection point) would you like to do that again?”

i replied to this and asked them not to and to deliver to my address. i got a notification on shein a day or two later that it would be sent to said collection point. I messaged again and told them to deliver to my address.

I went onto relays website to inform them i do not want it to be sent to the collection point and the text on the website said that since they already posses my package the delivery address cannot be changed.

I have been extremely let down by relay and i have never been let down by them before. This is a very disappointing experience and the “500 poins” i got from shein for the delay is not acceptable to compensate for how let down ive been. I wish for you to make up for your mistake as i’ve been severely encouraged to not use your services again.
