Two of my.vinted parcel. Have gone to sorting place not deliverd now back on way to sender .not happy with relay 😡

Absolutely shocking company, the parcels take 2 weeks to arrive, no updates on movement and will not use again extremely poor service

I have 2 parcels missing , vinted , one bought and one sold , have to wait a month before you can get your money back , I have removed them from my delivery choice selection in my settings , as have numerous people I know , please do the same ! Vinted - please end your relationship with this company , I have been buying/ selling with your company for several years but this may make me change to another selling site !

Absolutely SHOCKING. Parcel bought from Vinted. Marked as delivered. Went to the shop - no parcel. Used the respond button on WhatsApp - automated email response received… As well as constant emails, texts and WhatsApp’s telling me to collect! Went back a second time. Cashier every box - no parcel. Couldn’t report it on his handheld device as it said invalid code.

Tried contacting Relay - no luck. Really bad customer service. No phone number. Email was ignored. WhatsApp feedback responded to via email with an automated message. Will not be using this service again. You’ve got more chance of a trip to the moon in a submarine powered by flying pigs than Relay safely delivering your package.

Absolutely awful... Missing parcels, parcels taking 3 weeks to arrive, tracking never up to date, this company needs shutting down....

This pathetic useless company currently have 20 of my items, bought and sold, and I have no idea where they are or what is going on with them.

I have tried sending emails to relay I have tried going on their website and sending messages via their own personal site just asking politely for an update and a bit of information and have received nothing, zero, response.

My emails came back undelivered as their customer service email address is not responding/there isn’t one and they have ignored anything I have sent through their own personal site.

Even the shop owners who normally receive the parcels to redistribute to customers say relay couriers are not showing up on delivery dates and their only form of contact themselves, with relay, is through a chat service. They have no contact telephone number for relay and are going to stop accepting parcels/cancel their contract with relay as they are getting too many angry customers blaming them for the poor courier service.

Lost my parcel and have not responded to email. How to not run a company.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing experience

Today was my first day with Relay Delivery, and unfortunately it was my last. I accepted a route showing around £45 for 45+ deliveries, but the payment later showed around £35 (about 67p per delivery). For the amount of work, fuel, and time involved, this is far too low.

There were also damaged/torn packages, an unprofessional collection process, and constant scanning—sometimes two or three times—which made everything more stressful and time-consuming.

I delivered only 4 parcels before cancelling the route. I expected much better, but the pay and overall experience were simply not worth it. I definitely won’t be doing this again.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 I WOULD. RELY ARE NOT DELIVERING MY ORDER THEY IGNORE MY SAFE PLACE LOCATION AND ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT. I CANNOT BELIEVE THEY ARE IN BUSINESS AS ITS NOT A BUSINESS ITS A JOKE. NOT ACCEPTABLE AND SERIOUSLY UNACCEPTABLE. THEY EVEN WENT AS FAR AS FALSIFYING TRACKING INFORMATION AND THEN NEXT DAY DELETING IT BUT SORRY RELY IM SMARTER AND HAVE THE SCREENSHOT EVIDENCE. ISSUE BEEN ONGOING SINCE 26TH OCTOBER 2026

They claimed to have delivered my parcel . They didn't everyone was at home.
They then said would be attempted again 2 days later never was and now its just stuck showing awaiting delivery.

Companies need to stop using them.

Vinted package was neverdelivered.Tracking never changed 21 days after posting by seller.Just for me to receive a relay email that package is on its way to be returned to seller.I WILL NEVER USE this service EVER.

I dropped off my package at the collection shop, but the tracking information never appeared in the Vinted app. As a result, the transaction was cancelled and my package was lost.

A week later, I am still waiting for Relay’s customer service team to get back to me. The lack of communication and customer support has been extremely disappointing.

I certainly won’t be using Relay again, and I would not recommend it based on my experience.

Worst service ever, late deliveries and no updates for days

What an absolute joke of a delivery company.

My parcel was shipped on 21 October, and the tracking showed no meaningful progress for days. I contacted Relay two days ago and received absolutely no response.

Then, suddenly, on 28 October, a tracking update appeared dated 24 October an update that wasn't visible the previous day. How convenient.

No explanation, no communication, and absolutely no indication of where my parcel actually is.

This was supposed to be a birthday present for my brother, and thanks to this completely unreliable service, I now have no idea whether it will arrive in time.

Customers shouldn't have to chase a delivery company just to find out where their parcels are.

Appalling customer service, unreliable tracking, and a complete lack of accountability. Avoid Relay if you value your time, money, or sanity.

I ordered an item to go to a Parcel point. After being misdirected and rerouted and them missing closing times of the Parcel point, I raised a complaint with vendor and they cancelled Relay and their failed ability to deliver. I got a DPD delivery with ease. Relay are awful and have failed me multiple times, worst courier ive ever experienced. Why do vendors even use them?!

Delivery took 10 days to arrive domestically. When the box arrived, it had been ripped to bits as if someone tried to get into it. I confirmed with the seller that the box was sent in perfect condition. Luckily all contents were present and in good condition otherwise.

Absolutely shocking. If i could give 0 stars I would. They dont update tracking, no contact number, no response to my email and the dont deliver when they're supposed too. Was supposed to be here between 9am and 1.15pm, didn't turn up now it's changed to will be delivered today. They've already had my package for 5 days. Completely awful company.

I used to swear by relay, hyping it up regardless of it being quite new and making some errors every now and then. But now my shein parcel is 2 days late, ive had no updates and there is no direct way to contact them. They stopped updating the tracking since the 22nd when apparently they received my parcel to the local depot. They havent replied to my email and there is literally no help i can get from their side as they dont even have a customer service phone number or live chat. now my halloween is ruined because someone decided not to do their job.

Would give zero. Parcel been at hub for over a week now. Most days says will be delivered today but no attempt has been made…
Cannot contact anyone from the company have had no reply’s and no number to ring.

Don’t know why any company would send parcels to this service for delivery. My parcel has been with them for over a week and not a single update since. Apparently the “storm” (a bit of wind for a couple of hours on the weekend) has delayed deliveries - however every other order from other providers have arrived with no issues at all! The lack of communication is disgraceful. Have blacklisted this company for deliveries to my address so I shouldn’t have to deal with Relay ever again.
