relay.delivery Arvostelua 

Shein parcel should have been delivered in my safe place (On their records). On two occasions. Two orders left outside front door on full view to people passing. Relay courier put on his delivery notes. Left in covered porch. We don’t have a covered porch.

They lost my 1 of my packages, the 2 second one arrived after 23 days( damage, the box was torn and missing some things). Not a great company, and not ordering through them.

Very good always on time alwaysxearly than suposed to come witch is good and always put it in safe place or deliver to door always let you know when they are close to delivering to your door very good service

All the indicated local delivery/ drop off are no way near anything they say when adding a postcode took it to 3 specified locations and none accepted Relay

If there is zero rating I will boldly give this relay people. I can manage a late delivery but it’s the boldness to deliver my parcel to a wrong address and took the picture of the person entirely different from me obviously and still sent me the pictures to my email address. Unfortunately you can’t get hold of them. Avoid this relay people by all means very incompetent service

My name is Muhammad Usman I have had an email saying I am of the waiting list for the relay copilot couriers services but now I am unable to do the documents as the app is just showing the logo and not loading but on my brothers phone it is going through but I need to use my own phone.

So I’m not really happy about that.

At this point, I think this company is a scam. Why is there no way to contact them, why is it taking so long to deliver a parcel locally? They either deliver late or dont deliver at all. I gave 1 star because I had no choice, you deserve no stars.

Gave me the wrong qr code so i cant pick up my items aswell as mixing up my items,tried contacting them but they never responded

I have been trying to get help from Relay for over a week, and it's been an incredibly frustrating experience.

My parcel was marked as having a "failed delivery attempt," despite me being at home all day, and since then it has remained stuck with no meaningful updates. It has now been over a week since it was first marked as out for delivery.

The most disappointing part has been the lack of customer support. I've tried every available contact option, submitted a support request on 6 July, and received no response, despite the website stating that enquiries will be answered within 72 hours. There doesn't seem to be any way to speak to a real person, making it almost impossible to get an issue resolved.

Delays can happen, but the complete lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable. I simply wanted an update on my parcel, but after more than a week, I'm still no closer to getting one.

Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend Relay until they improve both their delivery reliability and their customer support.

Disgusting service,shows as delivered but photos show delivered to number 23 parcel labelled for 144.How can they get it so wrong. Still haven't found my parcel.

This is the best delivery company for our building... always ring bell and deliver to the correct door.. also your driver is always polite and bonus delivered with a smile😃

Parcel not delivered. No response through the online contact form. No other way to contact them. Not great.

First attempt said failed delivery, they never tried, we were in all day. Package left at a store for pick up, no where near our home. Store said driver told them we were not on his route. Store obliged to take package.
We will never again buy anything to be delivered by Relay. A pathetic excuse for a delivery service.

I’ve sent 3 vinted parcels with relay and all 3 were stolen and replaced with other items. Don’t not use!!

pls someone find out who the owner is and let's sue this c.nt. He steals people's parcels and we're left hanging. Scm needs to be taken to court! Pls start a petition for this company someone!

Horrible experience with relay delivery man.
They will inform you that your parcel will be delivered and It’s 5 min away.
I waited and excited to receive my order.
The next message was your parcel delivered.
I came out, and can’t found my parcel . On my ring video, the delivery man , knocked on my door slightly, placed the parcel on my front door, took a picture of it with my door number and made away with the parcel.
We looked for it , asked neighbours, would not find it
I Reported the incident and the company do nothing about it.
It was a bad experience., and l wish sellers should stop using relay.

The courier didn,t knock the door. Instead put parcel under the front of my car. This is not my safe place. This company never follows instructions. I wish another delivery would be used.

On two occasions I order from vinted, relay was the delivery service!!! Dreadful lost one item, then miss packed another item! Had to wait over a month before I had a refund ! Really wanted the items they were unique! Very disappointed and won’t be using them again.

The worst of worst !
My parcel is lost in transit probably stolen by them. Awful awful company why on earth are Vinted still using them.
Avoid !!!

Twice in as many days Relay have failed to deliver items to the correct address. photographic proof of delivery is not much good when it is delivered to the wrong address.
