Envío muy rápido, la silla salvo algún roce en esquinas está en buen estado. Las ruedas color azul fuerte, me hubieran gustado más en negro. La silla es la Mirra 2 butterfly, muy bonita y cómoda. Muy satisfecha con mi compra.
Ahora me entero que la parte azul era de protección, ja, ja... Pensé en intentar quitarla, pero me daba miedo manipularla por si rompía algo. Gracias por responder

Asked after 5 working days about the estimated delivery time (a friday). The Monday I received a response that it should be sent end of the week. The thursday I got another email that one part is out if stock?! Delivery could be delayed for a few weeks or months...
The companys communication is a joke!

Answer to refurbished: you wanted to upgrade the sending methode but offered me a good downgrade: a celle with forward tilt for 200€ less than the ordered mirra 2 butterfly... How not to refuse?

Chair received in excellent condition and very quickly despite the summer period. I highly recommend using this site not only for their attractive prices but also for their expertise

I ordered an in stock Chair. The chair is great and in good condition. But instead of 5 days it took 2 months and I only really got movement once I started to threaten to get my credit cards fraud department involved. I will give them another try cause it seems like a great place to get these chairs, but yea...

The chair is perfect, the service also. Would recommend without hesitation.
Delivery took a while but still reasonable.

The chair is awesome, but the communication left much to be desired. It took several weeks to get an update. I hope they can fix the CRM system soon.

The chair itself is generally fine. There are a few minor scuffs and signs of wear, but overall it is acceptable.

Unfortunately, the delivery was very disappointing. It took a month instead of the promised five days, and throughout that time my emails and messages were ignored.

Got a 600EURish herman miller chair from them. Delivered on time. Reasonably well packed. No defects. Chair works well. Very happy with them!

After 5 weeks I did not receive a shipping link, no response to my last email asking for the shipping status. Beginning to feel like this is a scam.

Update:
Got my ordered chair after nearly 6 weeks. Customer service told me something about a confusion in the warehouse and apologized a 100 times, on top of that I got a refund of my shipping costs, which was about 10% of the total sum. So kinda happy end. The chair is awesome as well.

Parfait, malgré un problème de couleurs sur le produit tout c’est bien passé. Le service client est ultra réactifs et très polie. Le produits a été échanger très vite et est arrivé à temps.

The chair that I ordered arrived in great condition - I’m very happy with the product.

I did experience some communication problems, though. My original order was delayed, and I didn’t receive any notice of this or replies to my emails for some time.

Once they did respond the customer service representative was great and quickly offered a solution. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the updated tracking information and so felt like I’d been left in the lurch again.

Again, the product is great and the customer service rep really does their best! But it seems like there are gaps in their internal communication chain, and it’s frustrating for the customer.

It's now been almost four weeks since I paid. No chair, no tracking, no communication. It's hard not to feel that once they have your money, you stop existing as a customer. Buyers should know that the responsiveness you see in the pre-sale exchange is not what you get afterwards.

Update on order #1922

I’m updating my previous review after receiving my order.

I placed order #1922 on 20 April 2026 for a Herman Miller Aeron Remastered, Size B. The delivery took longer than I expected, especially as the usual timeframe mentioned was around 10 working days, and for some time I didn’t receive a shipping update or tracking information.

That said, the company did complete the delivery, and I have now received the chair. The final result is actually above my expectations: the chair arrived in great condition, and I’m very happy with the quality of the product.

I consider the issue resolved. The only point I would still mention is communication: a timely status update or clearer dispatch estimate would have avoided the frustration and uncertainty during the waiting period.

Overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase and especially with the quality of the chair. The delay was unfortunate, but the final outcome was positive.

Avoid — paid extra for express shipping, package never actually moved

Ordered chair #1858 on 8 April 2026 and paid extra for DHL Express (advertised 2–3 business days transit) on top of the 10 business day production time.

Timeline:
• 8 April: order placed, fastest shipping selected
• 20 April: tracking number issued (JD014600012577184874), DHL status "Shipment information received"
• 27 April (today): tracking has not updated once. DHL has never physically scanned the package. It has been sitting at "information received" for 7 days.

Communication has been the worst part. Their live chat went unanswered for days at a stretch. I had to chase repeatedly to get any response. When I emailed asking them to contact DHL and confirm the package isn't lost, I got no reply. I am now 19 days past my order with no chair, no movement, and no answers.

To their credit, one rep (Bram) did acknowledge that if the package isn't delivered by the latest promised date, shipping would be refunded, but it's now past that date. At this point I have no confidence the chair is even with DHL — and the silence when I raised concerns about a lost package is unacceptable for a company selling premium-priced refurbished office chairs.

If you're considering them, factor in that their advertised shipping times are not reliable and that customer service goes quiet the moment something goes wrong. I'd recommend Offeco or another competitor instead.

EDIT: In the end, the chair came in perfect condition. It was delayed but not due to their fault. They refunded me the full shipping and even sent a chocolate care package saying sorry for the inconvenience. Shit happens sometimes and even tho it was not their fault, they dealt with it in the best possible way they could. I'd buy again.

Overall, everything went well with my order.

The only point for improvement is the communication: I did not receive the tracking ID until I asked for it, and I had to wait a while to get feedback from the team.

Apart from that, I’m satisfied with the service and appreciate the support.
