I really want to rate them higher, because some of the tools are well done and easy to use (got some quality video generations), but between the increasing credit cost to generate (especially Seedance) and the nearly complete lack of support, I can't recommend it. On top of that, all my old video generations are no longer viewable (something changed in the system, so 42 of 44 generations are no longer available). I downloaded most of them, but that's a pretty big knock.

As for cancellation, I got lucky and sent a message to support that I needed to end my subscription and they actually did it. Now that message option doesn't even pop up. This could be a really nice little collection of apps and services, but pricing and support kill it.

After buying credits and having plenty left, I suddenly couldn't access my account anymore. A pop-up appeared saying "unusual refund activity detected." This is completely false — I never requested any refund. They blocked my account, kept all my money and remaining credits, and gave zero explanation or support. This is straight-up fraudulent. Avoid this company completely.

Ho acquistato crediti da questa azienda e dopo un po' di tempo, senza aver mai chiesto nessun rimborso, mi è arrivato un poput che diceva 'rilevata attività di rimborso insolita'. L'account è quindi bloccato, non ho più potuto accedere ai miei crediti e i soldi che avevo versato sono spariti. Nessuna spiegazione, nessuna possibilità di chiarimento, zero assistenza.È un comportamento inaccettabile e per me chiaramente fraudolento. Chi ha crediti in abbondanza rischia di vederseli sequestrare senza motivo. Sconsiglio vivamente di usare questo servizio: non vale il rischio di perdere i propri soldi.

if there was a negative star , i would use it . they claim to allow free credits for daily access. 10 credits added every day you access the site. it seems that if you do this too many times, they will lock you out . false advertisement. This is on top of having to change my credit card 3x since they kept charging fees even after asking them to stop many times, customer service refused to respond. over $300 charged with no services rendered, no refunds given ...what a scam ! beware

Herroble. Started with my videos paid almost $700 . Then everything stopped working. Unclear service for money , disconnected while you still have credit and no customer service

Its a Scam!, the website works!, but they INTENTIONALLY hide the cancel membership button to keep people on the leash!
DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!

Never was able to access website or app. No response to request for cancellation.
Had to cxl card to stop further billing.

Filed fraud report on original bill since no access to app.

Stay far away from these scammers,

The trial will not let you cancel without paying for the next month. When you try to cancel after the next month you get confirmation that you no longer have an active plan. They then continue to charge your card with no way to contact them or cancel again. Had to cancel my card.

They need to seriously improve their image generator. Of the 50 or so attempts I made, about 5 went through and of those, only one was acceptable. Even my simple one-word test prompts failed to generate.
I’ve used many image generation tools before, but none have been as mediocre as this one. I give it a one star rating only because zero stars wasn’t given as an option.

Complete Corruption !!

Used the FREE to Generate Mock Up images of my Dead Mother and these Criminals Charged a Monthly Fee anyway and THEY ONLY Way to Cancel was to CLOSE the Charge at the Bank - THIEVES !!!

They hide cancel subscription button so well, that no one is able to find it. Support doesn't exist and if you want to cancel subscription, your only way is to block the card at your bank and issue a new one. SICK!

This will be leason for everyone, if someone offer something too good to be true, there is scam in that. we all falled for low price of discounted cupon, and now have to block our credit card, and even then not sure will be safe from reelmind.ai.

I paid for one month. Video generations failed both times. I definitely do not recommend you sign up.

Fraud. No way to cancel subscription.No response from support. Had to block bank cards to stop charges and stiil not sure I'm safe.

I try to write reviews or open a topic on Reddit, but everything gets deleted. They should be cancelled.

Not only are they snowflakes who will censor things easily even if you were able to generate a few amazing videos at first, they will suddenly cut you off. They also make it extremely unclear if NSFW is okay or not... I swear I saw it say NSFW IS OKAY but it is heavily monitored... almost like there's an AI generated web page claiming it is okay to draw suckers like myself in. By the way, you can't unsubscribe from them, and you have to basically call your bank for fraud. Stay AWAY from Reelmind!

FRAUD ALERT - Their contact page requires login, no way to reset password, they just keep charging credit card. I had to cancel the card. Now I get emails about how they can't bill me against my will, and I have a nice chuckle. SCAMMY MCSCAM!

I bought credits for 3.60 then they charged me 9.06 a few weeks later despite me emailing them to cancel any subscription - there is no where on my account platform to cancel or even see memberships / subscription or billing. No response when I tried to contact them. I now have to block them with my credit card service - very bad experience and not honest company

I have never had an active subscription with these but they insist on trying take payments from my account - This company needs investigating !!

bad ai for generating videos. taking a membership is not enought, the more complicated the task is, the more token are taken away. in the end you must go buy more tokens just for a simple video.
even worse cannot cancel subscription.

0 stars would be better. When staring to create a video, it breaks down and your credits is lost. No refund. What can you expect from a company in that country.
