First order oops but very quick to make it right
First order arrived melted. Customer service was very prompt at sending out a replacement. The tropical chews/gummies are good but our favorite is the fruit traditional flavors. Great product great customer service!

Bad Business
We opened a wholesale account with Reef Online. Filled our cart which came to $156.00. (We always put in small first time orders with new suppliers) Their website kept giving us an error when we tried to use our CC and checkout. Said it was busy and try again later. I did, same thing. So, I called and our sales rep said he would take the order over the phone. He did and I told him the total. Our CC was then charged $26.00 more ($182.00). I contacted rep & he said we would receive a refund (lied). A week later, no refund & no contact from them. When I contacted our rep, he said they can't give any refunds only "in store credit". This was their mistake and they would not stand by it. They will not be getting any more business from us. Beware!

This would have been a better review if the items that were ordered arrived together. I am still waiting on a shipment as I type this review. Not a good look, professionally. I hope it gets better. We do apologize for shipping out separate orders. There was a shipping error with certain gummies that whenever someone ordered them, it would not print out in our warehouse. That issue has since been fixed and although it doesn't excuse the late order, I hope it explains it. We sent out the order 2 days ago and you should already have the shipping tracking. Cooking with CBD is amazing!!
I have had great results with this company.
The gummy CBD daily chews are great!! The red is my favorite with a close second in orange.
The honey tastes great!! The quality shines through in tea or in any glaze you might like.
With the flower I try new things. I infuse the flower in my foods, dessert and as a dry rub for BBQing.
