Red House Service Station Arvostelua

arrived early, was very reassuring, worked quickly

The man knows what he's talking about. Got me going fast.

Unbelievable fabulous Gents and so clean. Smelt fantastic.
Helpful cheerful and amusing staff. Bev and Debs couldn't be a better team.
Worth a visit, and of course it's a Shell station.
Nuff said.

Excellent service. From the call to recovery was less than an hour. The driver kept me updated prior to his arrival. Very friendly amazing service. I would throughly recommend and so pleased I did not use AA. Well done on a fantastic experience

Dave was great! Weather was crap! But that's sod's law when you break down! Got recovered to our chosen garage. Thank you

Fast response! Arrived ahead of the ETA in fact. Joel was a great guy to deal with and very knowledgeable, sorted the issue within 20mins. From report to back on the road within an hour. Manufacturer cover using RAC messed us around for over 3 hours lying. Should have used these guys via our insurance straight away, will in future. 10/10. Thank you.

This company was used for my breakdown , they were with me in 45 minutes which in itself is brilliant, they checked the car and told me what they thought it was, so it's going to a garage to be sorted ,not something that can be fixed by them unfortunately but was happy with the service and the bloke was lovely and helpful .

Very quick pick up and good company for the drive home.

What a fantastic break down service. The driver Dave was great what a gentleman excellent and extremely professional thank you
For getting everything sorted.

Joel was very friendly and helpful. Explained everything he was doing and got the car going again quickly. Couldn't fault him

I cant recommend them enough. They were with me in 30mins.

Steve was very efficient and talked me through everything he was doing and tried everything to get my car up & running

Good and quick service driver very professional 👏 👌

Excellent communication and recoverer. Thanks again.

Red House came to sort my car out via Asda/Britannia Rescue. They attended within 25 minutes of me making the call. The operator was very friendly, very knowledgeable and got my car running within 5 minutes of arriving. He also gave me very useful advice for future reference. Highly recommended.

Speedy response to a late night call out. Friendly and cheerful which was much appreciated given the circumstances! Managed to sort the issue and get us going in super fast time and, whilst they were sent by the AA I would highly recommend as a separate entity.

Fantastic service and speedy recovery. Put me at ease and discussed any queries. Thank you so much for all your help!

Recovery arrived promptly and took car to the chosen garage with no hassle.
Operative was friendly and helpful

Very quick response and fixed my car there and then, always extremely helpful.
Definitely recommend.

Arrived within 40 minutes which exceeded the expected time. I was broken down in an unsafe place so they made sure I was dropped off somewhere safe and sheltered whilst I waited for my lift, as it was also raining. They made a difficult situation much easier for me.
