Very efficient

Came promptly. Diagnosed problem quickly. Fitted new battery and I was mobile again. Very polite and friendly. Couldn't fault services

Excellent response and service.

Excellent service. With me within 25 minutes. Defective battery diagnosed. Battery replaced. Car back up and running within an hour of reporting the breakdown. Operator very helpful, informative and very polite. A credit to the company.

Highly recommend

A very courteous and professional company and operative. Provided through LV breakdown, the recovery operative was with us within an hour. I highly recommend Red House.

Ive had to use the redhouse recovery…

Ive had to use the redhouse recovery services wonderfull persons both creg and ed are first class very polite and never give up what a challange to get my a class on to the recovery truck its auto and was stuck in drive but ed did manage to get it in to netral in order to take it to the garage as to find out as to what is wrong with it as it will not start at all i know that they can be trusted and hopfully be back on the rd as soon as poss

Great experience, the recovery team arrived swiftly and loaded very smoothly. Was very knowledgeable and professional throughout the recovery.

Faultless

After 3 weeks away had flat battery. Telephoned Brittana recovery .who sent Red House out. Up and running in 5 min. Service guy spot on and highly recommended. Thanks guys

A very quick response

A very quick response. He was at my vehicle before a could get back to it.He was very friendly and cheerful. He explained to me everything he was doing. He was obviously an experienced mechanic. And this was all on Christmas eve.

Your roadside assistance was prompt

Your roadside assistance was prompt
(1hour 15 minutes). The recharging of my battery meant that I could get back on the road & continue my journey.
I’ve taken your mechanic’s advice & replaced my old battery with a new one. Thank you very much for your help!
