Never trust Redbus app and website. There’s no option to cancel ticket. In the ticker cancellation policy is mentioned but no option to cancel. No customer care support. For account creation otp doesn’t work. There’s 0% trust on this platform.

Booked service is uncertain.

If you plan to travel safely without any hassle, considering other booking platform will be great option. From my recent experience, Redbus confirmed that don’t have a policy to handle if a bus is cancelled or operator not serviced fulfilling customers booking. It clearly clarified they are completely be away from any travel issues. They typically act as a commission agent and stay safe without handling customers issue. Consequently, preferring some responsible service providers would be ideal choice.

Beware of Fraudsters !!!

Beware of Fraudsters !!!! Redbus is a fraud never book tickets on the app as they first confirm tickets after taking payment then 2 days prior to travel they themselves cancel the tickets & make refund & don't give proper reply as to why they themselves are cancelling the tickets. Just to get more money on the tickets later then why take advance booking on the app. Also keeping the money & cancelling it on time Just incase the customer shall pay more after cancelling to book new tickets at higher price. Really disappointed ☹️

Worst experience i unfortunately select…

Ticket noTV6T19921039 Worst experience i unfortunately select wrongly selected previous day as travel day so i requested for date change booked ticket in 28th to 29th may, Even on 29th multiple tickets are available but redbus customer asked me to cancel the ticket I lost 850 rs for a booked amt 1000 worst experience with red bus, but this bus has date change you purposely fooled us

Actions possible: you can check with the transport helpdesk to change the date from 28th to 29 th
Action possible1: Since date change option missing from your end you can investigate and provide us 90% as refund

Kishanganj to Lucknow journey with Redbus

While sharing my experience, I would like to say that this journey was the most painful journey of my life. I had booked a sleeper ticket from Kishanganj Bihar to Lucknow UP through Red Bus. I came from Kishanganj Bus stand from 30 km away at 9 pm when I reached I searched my bus but there was no bus then I called bus operator and he told me bus canced I really surprised how they cancel bus without intimation or prior information, Now at that time I had no option except staying hotel in Kishanganj then the next day I came to Patna by train and then Lucknow this was end of my journey, but I was surprised when regular messages started coming again and again from Red Bus to share the experience of your pleasant journey they are such shameless people that till now they have not returned money, hence I would request everyone not to book ticket through Red Bus.

Worst and pathetic service .

Worst and pathetic service .. i booked one bus and when I reached the boarding point they said our bus is delayed you go by this bus to the nearby location of highway and our bus will pickup from there .. I took the bus and after boarding the transit bus they said Rs 200 per person you need to pay more when I let him talk to the main bus driver they said pay rs 200 and then that transit bus dropped us at highway and the main bus driver said it will take 10-15 minutes and when I spoke to customer care they said we can cancel the booking and you can find an alternate option ..imagine being at road with 54 years aunt was told by redbus that we will cancel you find alternate option

I am requesting all travellers to…

I am requesting all travellers to please avoid booking through RedBus. I have always booked my buses through other platforms like MMT without any issue, but I made the mistake of booking through RedBus on 21 May.

While boarding the bus, we reached the mentioned boarding point on time but could not find the bus. The bus operator then called and asked us to come to Vasant Vihar. After somehow reaching Vasant Vihar in heavy Delhi traffic, we again contacted him and he then asked us to come to Rajiv Chowk, Gurgaon. They literally made us run behind the bus across Delhi NCR.

Because of their mismanagement and false coordination, we could not board the bus at all. The same time, I raised a complaint through the RedBus chat support, where they promised a refund within 24–48 hours. However, I am still waiting and there has been absolutely no proper response from their team.

Their customer service is terrible, the bus coordination was highly unprofessional, and the entire experience felt like a fraud. Please don’t waste your money, time, and energy booking with RedBus.

I would like to rate you 0 out of 5 i had flight at 12:00 midnight from delhi , and had booking on the name of sarita negi at shri ram travel bus primo very very poor communication and scammers they are taking booking at red-bus and breaking people trust i i will miss my flight today because of you , i had booking 23 may at 13:30 but bus still couldn’t bot arrive on pickup location, they said it’s delayed, but now time is 16:40 from 13:30 thats not called delayed now i do not have able other option to reach reach delhi as i am single lady was travelling through them such a scam and there is no option to cancel and refund you have caused me lose and to many others as well

Never trust Redbus.in

Never trust Redbus.in. Neither will they or any of their trusted bus operators can be trusted. I booked a ticket for tonight from Babu Ghat, Kolkata to Bhubaneshwar. Then a connecting bus from Bhubaneshwar to Bangalore. They sent the correct invoice but wrong ticket. Now, I'm stuck here in Kolkata and not sure whether to head to Bhubaneshwar Or not. Total amount paid nearly 8000 inr. It's more than a months rent for me. I am appalled by their behavior and ashamed of them. Will never ever recommend anybody to trust these thieves.

Cancellation of tickets is a harrowing…

Cancellation of tickets is a harrowing experience with Redbus. They deducted over 85%of the money, barely an hour after the tickets were booked and cancelled due to an emergency. Will never ever book from this app again. The ticket prices are also inflated manifold and there are better service providers than this app.

This is a formal complaint regarding my bus booking through redBus.

Booking Details:

I paid around ₹1400 for a semi-sleeper bus service. However, the bus that arrived is completely different from the one shown and promised during booking. This is clear misrepresentation and cheating of passengers.

The delay of more than 1.5 hours due to heavy rain is understandable. But changing the bus type and providing a poor-quality replacement vehicle without prior notice is absolutely unacceptable.

Major issues faced during the journey:

Almost no leg space

Impossible to sit comfortably despite booking a semi-sleeper

Cannot stretch legs properly

Push-back seat does not recline properly because the last-row passenger gets disturbed

Extremely congested seating arrangement

Passenger comfort and safety completely ignored

This is not the service that was advertised or paid for. Collecting premium fare and then providing an inferior vehicle amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act.

This is a pure form of passenger exploitation.

I am a Municipal Councillor, and I will officially escalate this matter before:

Consumer Court

Motor Vehicles Department

Kerala Transport Authorities

Public grievance platforms and media if necessary

I have sufficient evidence including:

Booking confirmation

Photos/videos of the actual bus

Seat condition

Delay details

Service mismatch proof

RedBus cannot escape responsibility by blaming the operator. The platform is equally responsible for allowing misleading listings and cheating passengers after collecting money.

I demand:

Immediate clarification regarding the bus change

Compensation/refund for service mismatch

Strict action against the operator

Assurance that passengers will not be cheated like this again

Passengers are paying for promised comfort and safety — not for fraud and false advertisement.

ATLANTIZ Travels is a completely fake…

ATLANTIZ Travels is a completely fake and irresponsible company.

Travel date: 30th April, Pune to Malvan.

The bus was cancelled just 30 minutes before departure and passengers were left stranded at the last moment. Later, the same bus was reportedly running again with passengers who paid much higher ticket prices.

This looks like a deliberate tactic to cancel cheaper bookings and sell the same seats at inflated rates. Many passengers said this has happened multiple times with this operator.

Such companies are destroying customer trust and creating unnecessary harassment for passengers. redBus should investigate this seriously and stop supporting operators involved in such unfair practices.

Passengers should be very careful before booking with ATLANTIZ Travels.

Pls note that red bus is good , driver is excellent and sincere however Indian culture reflects everywhere which shows poor time management and induction work . The charges of travel is high and the bus management is rude and looks not educated , and influenced by politician or someone like backing them. I travelled from Dahod to indore and all time on line message monitoring shows bus is on time . To my surprise when I arrived boarding point and inquired all said that bus shall arrive at 1830 hrs around however bus to of reflects 17:00 hrs . This is really unbelievable and the boarding point office made a joke on timing. I repeatedly asked him on time , he kept on bull shitting me that bus is coming in 20 -10 -10 … . I suffered 1.5 hrs in scorching heat and there is no sitting arrangements. I realised that India still working in 18th century and these are the important point where a good owners ruin his business by employing rude and uneducated persons .I am sure the owners must be involved or influenced by some politicians as in India business runs only by politicians assistance . I tried to know that why you donot warn the people that bus will
Come at 18:30 hrs and what you gain by fooling customers. The driver already told me that bus will come at 18:30 and you clarify from office . How long in India people have to suffer . I had very poor experience with red bus…they cancelled my booking at the last moment and forced us to use their another option. Very very disgraceful behaviour by coordinators.
Not recommended at all

Time will come you will have to shut your service.

Due to confusion in boarding point selection, I contacted the driver in advance and requested to board at Hebbal instead of Tin Factory. The driver agreed and told me to reach by 8:40 PM. I reached nearby, but due to heavy traffic I was delayed by only a few minutes and continuously informed the driver that I was just 200 meters away. Still, the bus left without boarding me and I was asked to travel all the way to Devanahalli at night.
The tracking link provided was not working properly, so I had no proper live location updates. I spent additional time and money trying to catch the bus, but could not reach it.
The worst part is the customer support. I raised a complaint immediately and was repeatedly told to wait 48–72 hours. It has now been 10 days and the complaint is still showing “In Progress” with no proper resolution or refund.
This experience was stressful, unprofessional, and unacceptable. Customers deserve proper communication, working tracking links, and timely resolution instead of endless waiting.
