Recruitment United Arvostelua

Very useful community! Great webinars with fantastic coaches. Would highly recommend.

The Recruitment United webinars have been great! The sessions cover a wide range of engaging and relevant topics, making them both informative and enjoyable. The variety ensures there's something valuable for everyone. I’ve found the content consistently insightful and well-presented. I would definitely recommend signing up!

The recruitment landscape is finally changing for the better, with peers across the industry appreciating each other these days, rather than lying awake all night worrying about losing to the competition.

Pete Watson, founder of Recruitment United, is leading the way. Recruitment United encourages collaboration across a cohort of 300+ recruitment specialists, encouraging help and support when needed. We all want to achieve success and to be better at what we do each day and being part of this group compliments everything we do.

I highly recommend joining Recruitment United and enjoying the support, the free webinars, and the friendly banter with other like-minded, highly driven recruitment legends!

I have been really impressed with Pete's leadership, attitude and understanding of the challenges facing a small recruitment business. Having set up a recruitment business in early 25, I would reccomend Recruitment United to anyone in a similar position and I look forward to utilising the service for years to come.

I enjoy being around business owner who show empathy and kindness towards others. You can achieve your business goals and have these skills. This group is testament to that.

Pete has created a true community for recruitment small-business owners. It's a safe space to collaborate, share ideas and seek advice with a sprinkling of banter thrown in!

No peacocking or judgment, just support.

Excellent communication, and the calibre of trainers is next level, something you wouldn’t usually get access to as a boutique agency. Pete goes above and beyond to create a truly collaborative environment where everyone is encouraged to share, learn, and succeed together.
I've recommended Recruitment United to all my friends who have recently set up their own agency.

Recruitment United is like the silent partner you can dip in and out of when you need additional support. I often go back to watch webinars that are relevant to me at the time, depending what is happening in my business which has been really useful. I've also enjoyed the benefits of the member discounts a few times. Pete has worked tirelessly to cover all bases with Recruitment United and there is definitely something in there for everyone.

Excellent support and fantastic presenters and webinars. Pete really has created a wonderful community of practice! I've learnt so much from being in the group.

Pete has been transparent with me from the very beginning and has always provided great feedback and advice when I really needed it.
He convinced me to join RU and the support from the community has been amazing.
The frequent webinars and tools RU provides have been essential in supporting me with my own business.
Totally recommend RU if you’re in the recruitment trenches and looking for extra support!

Really enjoying being a member of RU. Pete is really friendly and approachable plus very passionate about the industry. 10/10 recommend!

Recruitment United delivers fantastic, high-impact sessions every week. The speakers are engaging, the content is practical, and our team always walks away with new ideas that challenge our thinking and sharpen our recruitment skills.

I rarely hand out perfect reviews, but Recruitment United genuinely deserves every one of those five stars. From day one, the value has been real and tangible. Their webinars are top-notch, the mentoring is practical and authentic, and the peer-to-peer advice feels like having a trusted squad of agency owners in your corner. The community spirit is strong and genuine - people actually support each other rather than just talk about it. The tools, resources and discounts are thoughtfully designed for small and boutique agencies, not just the big players, and the results speak for themselves. Since joining, I’ve experienced real growth in confidence, earnings and industry connections. Considering the cost, the return is exceptional. If you run a recruitment agency and aren’t part of this community yet, you’re missing out. It’s more than a networking group - it’s a genuine catalyst for growth.

Great customer service, easy to work with and some great innovations for a small recruitment business. Great chats, lots of banter and some great advice. $$$ Well spent

Uniting what has always been a fragmented industry, and bringing together sole and small agency operators to collaborate, communicate, engage, support, and rally behind each other with the common goal of WINNING!

Phenomenal - a support network there and ready to tap into when you need it. Not only do you have access to fantastic insight and training (with recorded sessions for the days you just can't make it), but also a group of decent human beings all striving for the same thing - that is, to deliver great client and candidate experience and run a profitable business.
The comradery and support are second to none, which is particularly important on those days where you feel like throwing your computer or mobile phone out of the window (jokes).
Pete has created a fantastic group at Rec Utd - if you're a recruiter who would like to do well and also feel a whole lot less lonely on the journey, sign up (and welcome).

Add up all of the value from the webinar's alone hosted by the industry's top trainers and compare it to the cost of joining, and it's an absolute no-brainer to sign up to Recruitment United.

Pete has built a valuable mindshare community in RU.... It's an extremely useful outlet for those of us in the recruitment space. Keeps us on track with our business, acts as a springboard for ideas, and helps resolve recruiting conundrums; all at a very reasonable price. If you are a recruiter, join the community!

Recruitment United has collected the top voices in Recruitment to share their widsom - super helpful and practical sessions

Relevant training that is engaging. Something for everyone, lots of value.
