Aftermarket service sucks

While the song itself is fine, the company does not respond to emails or complaints.
The AI completely mispronounced names which meant that the bridge was gibberish, and repeated requests for an mp4 karaoke version have been completely ignored (I can strip the vocals out using LALAL.AI but I'd rather not have to). I also never got a copy of the lyrics as promised.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience left you feeling disappointed.

We would like to clarify that we did respond to your emails twice. In our first reply, we provided a 20% discount code as a gesture of goodwill, and in our second response we explained that we could make the requested adjustments, though some of the requested changes would affect multiple parts of the song production process as explained in our message.

We also understand your concerns regarding the pronunciation and lyrics. Occasionally certain names or wording can sound different in the final version, but we absolutely want to help resolve this for you.

Regarding the karaoke/mp4 request, we currently do not provide karaoke or vocal-stripped versions of songs, which is why this was not something we were able to send.

Please reach back out to us directly so we can review the lyrics issue again and any other concerns you may still have. Our goal is always to work together with our customers to find a solution they’re happy with.

Absolutely beautiful

Absolutely beautiful! I surprised my wife and she was in tears! Even had me crying. Very well worth it! The only thing wrong was the pronunciation of my wife's name.

My baby is going to love this

I got this song made for my better half. When I heard it I wanted to cry just thinking about his reaction. It cocked all the tea. It did exactly what needed to be done. Thank you so much this birthday gift will hit different.
