Real Groove Records Arvostelua

The web page, price, payment, delivery - all faultless!
Unfortunately, the product came faulty. Having contacted Real Groove Records on this, they offered excellent solutions.
A fantastic experience held back by a faulty pressing (Not the companies fault).
Will be using again.

perfect through and through. the album i ordered wasnt actually in stock but still showed that it was avaliable to order. i recieved an email to let me know that my order would take slightly longer than expected and when my album would be sent it. the album arrived promptly after that wrapped in tissue paper and with a thank you note
would 100% consider ordering again

Prompt service, secure packaging. Speedy delivery

Great price with fast shipping! This is the 2nd time they've had a repress of a record I've wanted in my collection for years. And it was slightly cheaper than their competitors. I'm very happy to support a queer-owned UK small business. They really take care of their products and customers.

Cheap prices, really cute packaging

Such a good store. I was a little hesitant at first as I’ve not heard of them before. I’m glad I did order with them instead of a bigger company such as Amazon. My order was delayed which wasn’t their fault, they had personally emailed me explaining what had happened, and upgraded my shipping as an apology which they didn’t need to do. The record was well packaged, time and care was definitely taken which doesn’t happen nowadays. I’d recommend Real Groove Records to anyone and I’d use them again.

Delivery was prompt, but what made Real Groove stand out was the personal touch of wrapping the album in tissue paper, which was a small thing but very much appreciated. Just delightful 😊

No complaints, well packaged and delivery was quick.

Great site for pop vinyl. I was very impressed with my order, the vinyl was on offer at a great price and was dispatched very fast and packaged lovely, the card thanking me for order and recommending other albums I might like was a nice touch. Will definitely be browsing and buying from them again. Highly recommended.

Trouble free, very quick delivery

Super fast shipping!!!
Many thanks!

Will definitely buy more soon! Perfect items and delivery.

Really happy with my order. Arrived in lovely condition and always good to support independent sellers. Only thing I would say is it would be great to preorder items awaiting stocks

Top company for records. Packed with care and individuality! Use with confidence, love it! 🥳

Always wonderful and the new mailers are great. Love the postcard with the personal touch and recommendations. Loads of titles at great prices and fast delivery.

Fantastic five stars , I will definitely come back there, I am very satisfied

Great item that I got for a fantastic price. It was wrapped well and arrived safely.

I’m a repeat customer and Real Groove Records never disappoints! The orders are shipped quickly, I’ve never had any issues with customs and it is always well packaged with a personal touch. Do not hesitate to order from them, they are wonderful! I am always happy to support queer owned independent businesses and RGR is one of the best! Highly recommended!

One of the best experiences buying vinyl online - I’m a repeat customer as the communication is friendly, care is taken when packing up the vinyl so it doesn’t get damaged, and quick delivery. Would recommend.

Clear and prompt communication, very fast dispatch and securely packaged. Would highly recommend
