Real Foods Arvostelua

I have been a customer of Real Foods for a number of years and they are excellent. Their range of products is extensive their prices are very good and their customer service is brilliant. What more can I say they are a very good company in every way and I will continue shopping with them they are brilliant. Thank you Real Foods

I bought 12 packs of crisps which dates ran out at August 2024.

I have shopped with Real Foods on line for around a decade now. I have always found them professional, price competitive and efficient. No reason to change something that is far from broken. Great service

Great prices, great service, quick dispatch, good quality. What is not to like? Please support these guys, they seem like a very nice company.

Ordered organic garlic, and what I got was out of date, poor quality fungi infested garlic...
I paid nearly 10 pounds for this piece of .....t
Best to go out and buy from Sainsbury's or Tesco...these small firms have no chance

EASY TO ORDER
KEEPT UP-TO-DATE WITH EMAILS
PROMPT DELIVERY
GREAT PLACE :)

Purchased some organic wax free lemons from Real Foods as these seemed to have become difficult to get from our usual supermarket suppliers. When they arrived the difference in quality between these and the run of the mill supermarket offerings was obvious and made the cost of delivery well worthwhile.

The prices are great, the range is extensive, the communication is excellent and the customer service is exemplary

Ethical, truly ethical. They looked after us duriing the Covid outbreak and I have found them to be lovely people to speak to on the 'phone... no chasing round trying to speak to a real person. They don't take payment until the box has been delivered. If we had a problem with a delivery company they gave us a choice of other companies to try. Unlike some other stores they carry a huge range of ingredients, not just the most popular. This is wonderfuf if you are cooking organic vegan food from scratch. They also have their own label for some things. When I first went to Real Foods many years ago, I came across a review that said the Packing was an art form. They were right!

Good website. Very reasonable shipping. Good food products. Well packed and arrived in good time. Good communication too.

🙏

Really great service, and wonderfully fresh, obviously organically grown vegetables

Competitive price for a sought after product transacted with redeeming customer consideration overcoming brief availability issue.

Very happy with products and service. Nice company to deal with. Will use again.

Real Foods supply good tasting dried fruit, this is what I come back for. Tasty and good quality improves everything that I use them in

Always pleased with this company. A+

Sourced a product that was difficult to find and much more expensive elsewhere. Good communication and quick delivery.

Excellent product, good price, very well packaged and fast delivery. I have shopped with Real Foods before and cannot fault their customer service. Highly Recommended*****

Regularly seek healthy food. That is RF claim.
I/we need to reduce rich fructose fruits...
Dried fruit is not the best.....higher in sugar/fructose.
But, I do like dry sour cherries.....checked tart was same as sour on RF plastic bag.....and, unfortunately, didn't spot it was loaded with refined sugar (& sunflower:(
Either they do things right with their expensive healthy approach, or let folks admit otherwise.
Profoundly disappointed. My error....
Nonetheless, 'Real' foods???

Not impressed....putting sugar in sour cherries is plain wrong for 'real' foods. End off. I accepted I hadn't spotted this at the RF shop. Sent back my retail shop £4 bag. Gave a complaint....no response.

Clearly not the right retailer I used to enjoy. And, LF's TP response not owning up. Fructose is genuinely a health risk.

Amazing. I am first time buyer. I ordered 25kgs of organic pinto beans which were out of stock at the time of ordering and I got them within a week. Excellent customer service either by e-mail or phone all the way. They will even track your delivery if there is a problem.
