Reactive Outdoor Arvostelua

Great quality tent. Love it. Comes with everything you need too. Rain Fly, Footprint and Stakes. Instructions sewn in carry case. Set up tent took 3 minutes, break down 4 minutes. Also bought the 4 persons blow up tent. Haven’t used that yet.

Thanks Guys, great customer service, the cabin tent we ordered was too small so sent back, got an immediate refund and bigger one sent, no quibbles :). all done in a week

I’ve been wanting to buy this tent. When I finally bought and got it, I didn’t get a chance to use it. Only after 2 months when I decided to do camping by myself. I was so amazed how fast I can set it up. I so love it!

Fast delivery, easy to put up even for a 63yo. Camping just got better!

Jack was so helpful in figuring out the best solutions for our client camping tours. Never threading another tent pole again! Thanks again for the help!

This is an honest review.
I received my 2-3 man tent the day after purchasing in line, sadly had a minor fault with the 'locking' mechanism.
After a brief consultation with Jack and Jethro from Reactive Outdoors, a replacement was in the post, received within a week of the original order (replacement tent is working brilliantly!)
The tent really does what it is advertised to do, and with my 'ageing' body, means I can continue to tour on my motorbike.
A fantastic product, and an excellent company to deal with-something to be proud of these days.
Well done, and thanks Reactive Outdoor team.

Hello
Easy to install, not enough dark inside when the morning’s coming!

I love that there are no poles and it sets up in a matter of minutes.

Arrived quick.
Went up very quick very pleased with the cabin size and quality

I ordered the 10 person tent and before it shipped my husband said he wanted the 6 person tent instead. I contacted RO and Jack got right back to me and was able to change my order before it shipped out. Can't wait to try out the tent and I will definitely do business with again, thanks again RO and JACK

Absolutely disgraceful company when dealing with issues.
On the 3rd of Sept we placed an second order for 2 of the cabin (inflatable) tents. On the 4th we received a message from DPD saying that they were due to collect parcel but had not yet done so.

A few days went by and nothing so emailed the company around the 9th Sept and just got told they would "look into it" and contact DPD.
Then again nothing, had to chase them up every single day since, and still the same answer, blaming DPD. Spoke directly with DPD and they just said Reactive Outdoor created a shipping label for my parcels, but then failed to send them or make available to be collected.

Now taking legal action against this company, have requested UK ops address as they are based in the US.

So be very aware that if you have an issue you will have a very big problem getting it resolved.

Just got back from a 7 day, 7 state, 1700 mile motorcycle trip with these tents. The tents were amazing throughout the whole trip. I did have an issue with one tent, I reached out to customer service on a Saturday, and Jack responded the same day and made everything right. Amazing product and even better customer service!!!

Quality of tent is good
Was a little fiddly to put up and down but once you get the hang of it it’s really fast
Had an issue with the postage but the team was fast to respond and get it sorted out. It was an issue with evri

Overall happy with the service and the quality it’s really sturdy and seems like it can withstand heavy winds can’t wait to see how it holds up in the rain

Very impressed with the 3-second tent. It is incredibly easy to set up. Just wish the storage bag was just an inch bigger to make packing away easier.

Delivery was good, tent looks great, and is easy to put up and take down, I practised, and can’t wait to use it, and I’m not a camper

I bought the smaller and larger tent. Both are very easy to put up, even for a 77 year old!
Wish the bag was bigger.

We were delighted with the product first time we used it but on the second occasion it kept deflating after 40 minutes. We checked the tent via instructions from Reactive Outdoor but could not find the fault. It was suggested to return the tent and my husband and I were surprised that was no trouble and they quickly refunded our money. We were very impressed with the professional way they dealt with the situation. Thank you Chris and Jane McCarthy

The tents are incredibly easy to use, just as advertised, and offer great value for money. Customer service is excellent—responsive, helpful and reassuring throughout. I have no hesitation in recommending Reactive Outdoor
