Reactive Outdoor Arvostelua

We bought a tent when I looked at it we didn’t think it was big enough so they asked to exchange it on these exchange it straight away for the extra cost of what the other 10 cost so very happy with getting the other tent and it’s on its way very good dealing with them and they did a good job

This was a excellent tent, exactly as advertised. The delivery was amazing, ordered on a Sunday afternoon, arrived on the Tuesday. Needed to return as we needed the larger size, no problems and very helpfull.

The tent is awesome.

Reactive Outdoor were easy to deal with, but they had a fiasco on their hands which was caused by the courier Evri. The courier 'lost' my tent and when it didn't arrive RO organised a second to be sent to me quickly as I needed it asap.
The team at RO were just great and did all they could to help, especially Jack, so the 'second' tent was with me in a couple of days. Couldn't praise them enough, as my planned trip is now on! Thanks to all at RO.
Kind regards Philip Hall

So I received my tent. I was very pleased as it pop-up was very easily. Unfortunately, I probably got a defected tent as water came in. I reached out to reactive outdoors and I had a respond within 24 hours and my issue is resolved within 48 to 72 hours. The customer service never seen anything like it. Very courteous and take care of the problem right away. I do highly recommend the tent.

Great customer service. Awesome tent. I bought the large size. Will use it this weekend on my first camping trip. Anxious to see how it works out. Thank you for providing this easy inflatable tent.

My tent is very easy to put up and down in a couple of minutes

Tent arrived fast. Takes only 5 mins to inflate. I am 6ft 3 and can stand up in the tent easy. Looking forward to first trip in October.

After our initial worry about ordering off an advert on Facebook we received our 10 man inflatable tent that seemed a good product. It was a while before we had chance to use it when we did it inflated quickly and easily just like the advert shows. It held up in late summer rain and winds and deflated easily and folded up into the carry bag provided easily. We like that the instructions are on material sewn into the carry bag so there’s no worry about losing them or them getting damaged by water or fading from sunlight. We take the tent away with us and use it as an extra “room” when we’re away in our motorhome. Delivery was very good and the customer service seems to be good although we’ve yet to have to call them with any problems which we’re hoping won’t happen.

Product is fantastic, and great customer service!

I reached out to Reactive Outdoor regarding my purchase using AfterPay without expecting much. The response I received from Jack was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I hope that the tent is as good. I will review it once I get it. Thanks again, Jack!!

I love the tent. When I struggled to buy one online via Fb portal I got a nice and fast email in response to my query.

Fast shipping and quality materials.

No regret buying these tents from Reactive Outdoor. It is exactly what was advertised; easy to set up and fold them. Cant wait to take them for my upcoming camping trip in October.

Great Product & Even better Customer Service! Thanks Jack!!!!

We got to our campsite. Put the pump in the tent. It immediately started pouring, and lightning and thunder. We ran to our vehicle and stayed dry in it. While we waited the tent self inflated. Despite the monsoon, we slept and were dry in the tent that night. Awesome!

I purchased a cabin tent over a year ago and used it for the first "major" trip last week. It is amazing to be able to stand up in this tent and yet for it to have such a small footprint. Basically, this tent sets up by itself ...No kidding. Just purchased the 2 sizes of 3 second tents for use by family. I am looking forward to the same great experience. I did have to ask a question of customer service and they provided me with a timely response. Totally satisfied at this point. Will report back when I receive the next two tents.

Tent kept collapsing in slight windy conditions. I used more guide ropes and still poor. I only used twice. Another frie d at the show said he had tried this tent it too went in the bin not fit for purpose

Excellent communication, thanks Jack for your assistance, great product, please continue to expand the range.

Great quality tent. Love it. Comes with everything you need too. Rain Fly, Footprint and Stakes. Instructions sewn in carry case. Set up tent took 3 minutes, break down 4 minutes. Also bought the 4 persons blow up tent. Haven’t used that yet.
