Rave Coffee Arvostelua 

We had an issue with Royal Mail losing a couple of shipments, but Rave quickly sorted it out for us. Also, it's the best coffee!!

Brilliant customer service. I ordered a mix of items which included a bag of decaf cafetière coffee which when it arrived had a tear in the bag and coffee was spilling out. Thing is this was a gift for my dads birthday so I took a picture and sent an email to explain and straight away Jess from the team placed a new order for me, first class so it will arrive promptly in time for my dads birthday. The care and consideration from the customer service team is exceptional and I will certainly be ordering from these again for future gifts!!

Beautiful packaging with an aroma valve. Exactly what great coffee needs. Delivered very, very quickly after roasting. The coffee is amazing, holds it crema very well and makes for a fantastic morning pick me up or even an afternoon social beverage.

always wanted to find an ethical coffee that's easy to get delivered for my office and i am very happy i found them. been ordering for months now. i also love the limited edition coffees, still thinking about their xmas coffee. it really smells amazing even from the closed bag. one thing i would say is that spending 25£ in order to get free delivery is a bit too much.

Really enjoy the coffee but was more impressed with the customer service. Royal mail had an issue with the parcel and rave resolved the issue within a day, with very little.effort from my side.

Love the coffee and customer service has been superb.
I had an issue with my espresso machine not working with the fine grind of the Rave espresso and contacted them as I wasn’t sure why it wasn’t working. They explained that with certain models of my brand of machine (Delonghi) that the machine couldn’t handle the fineness of the grind. So they sent me the same coffee again in a larger grind completely free of charge. Issue solved!!!
The range of coffee is phenomenal, something for everyone and fairly priced too.
Shipping is quick and the subscription works well as if you run low you can get it sooner, and if you don’t need it you can pause it with no charge.

Great company with a wide range of coffees and I particularly like their half caf coffee for a milder buzz

I ordered four bags of espresso ground coffee on a monthly subscription. The first bag I opened was too coarse, probably good enough for filter but water went straight through it using the machine and the coffee tasted terrible. The second bag was spot on, it was ground for espresso and it tasted great. I checked the other two bags but unfortunately they are too coarse so I'll probably throw them.

I tried to log in to cancel my subscription but the site didn't accept my credentials and the forgot password link didn't work. I have a feeling something went wrong during sign up. I emailed Rave asking them to cancel my account on two separate occasions, and after two weeks I've still not had a response. Luckily, I was able to create another account which then somehow linked to my current subscription and I was able to cancel.

Rave packaging is great and well designed. I would prefer a weekly delivery but that didn't seem to be an option.

Overall I wouldn't recommend Rave. If they had a customer service that matched their branding then maybe I would have stayed a bit longer. Only one bag of four tasted great and the customer service was non-existent.

I was introduced to Rave by my brother who has sworn by them for his coffee for a long time.
I cannot agree more with him. The coffee selection is amazing with lots of new ones constantly being added. I’ve placed a few orders now.
So much so that I have taken the Discovery box subscription with a different, unusual selection each month. I love trying new beans.
The service is excellent, delivery fantastic (the Royal Mail strikes are not their fault) and great packaging. I love the tasting note cards pinned to the bag, that you can then make your own notes and keep for future orders.
Also really appreciate the generous rewards scheme and glad to be able to support a small uk supplier who is so dedicated to quality.
Looking to visit the coffee shop in the new year to experience your coffee made by you, fresh from the bean.
I hope 2023 sees you go from strength to strength.

The last few orders have been late, and so there is a way of leaving a message that got an automated reply confirming the tracking details, and when that tells me that RM are yet to receive the parcel.
So I call Rave, and there is no answer. I order lots of products from various sellers using various forms of delivery, including Royal Mail, but Rave orders continue to be later than everyone else's, to the point where I have started to order my coffee from elsewhere.
Shame, as the coffee is delicious.

I've ordered from rave a couple of times and all have been great experiences. Each time I receive freshly ground coffee fit for my espresso machine or the slightly larger grind for my cafetiere.

Coffee tastes great and shipping is quick either 1-3 days depending on the option I pick. Even better is that when you earn enough points you can get free shipping or £5 off vouchers.

Most awful coffee bean I’ve ever had and topped off by even worst customer service. Failed to read request / note and then had no solutions but instead put the blame on customer.
The beans itself is sub-par quality - might as well go to a cheap supermarket and get the same.

I first came across Rave in late January of this year (2023). I was looking for somewhere to buy from regularly as it is quite hard to get hold of my favourite Ethiopian coffee in the UK. What really drew me in was the brand name, and then the packaging. I was fortunate enough to have been a part of UK Rave and club culture as a performer from the early nineties onwards. So the word 'rave' holds a special meaning for me. I prefer to buy single origin beans and I love how each bag comes with a back story of the plantation a roast has been sourced from. I also appreciate the ethical approach to how Rave maintain their business. But the most important part of all is that their variety of coffee available taste absolutely incredible.

I’ve ordered from you before but this time I ordered your signature blend coffee beans . The coffee is very nice and I would definitely order it again . I also ordered 2 coffee sacks . I was surprised how large they were and very clean . I made them into 2 cushions which are different but definitely my thing .

This was my first time using Rave. I ordered the "best sellers"coffee bundle and a new Aeropress and everything was excellent.

Had subscription for 6 months and was always lovely to try new coffees, I’m new to coffee and only started drinking within the last 8 months but love trying new ones. I always drink mine black and I’ve moved from pods to cafetiere, then to the drip v60 and now to the aero press. Raves help was great and always sends some good advice with their subscription service.
The whole bean for me is the way to buy as the smell and satisfaction you get from the grinding is awesome.

The Rave website is easy to navigate, I would like to see different postage options as Royal Mail can be very slow sometimes to delivery.

All in all a great place to buy coffee (I’ve tried quite a few places like grind, pact, cafepod) all have something different and Rave is my go to place
