The cap is very large, with an off plastic nape. It does not lay down- but rather sticks out. The hairline is ok. Sparse hair along part.
I regret my purchase.

My experience with Raregen has been five stars (and above!) from beginning to end. Initially, I ordered "Hedy" from the Purehand Collection. She arrived in less than a week, and I was very impressed with the cap construction and the quality of the human hair. Unfortunately, the color was just too "ashy" for my skin tone. I contacted Customer Service and was given all the information I needed to receive a full refund - including shipping!! I returned "Hedy" and ordered "Dora." "Dora" is every bit as beautiful and high quality as "Hedy." My refund was processed quickly and the credit appeared on my account in just a couple of days. I'll be keeping "Dora" and won't hesitate to order from Raregen again and again. Their Customer Service is second to none. I had the pleasure of communicating with both Rachel and Mia; they are both outstanding to work with. I highly recommend Raregen!!

Quality is above and beyond. Absolutely perfect. Customer service treat you better than a member of family. I was really suspicious as it was to good to be truth, but it is . Thank you so much Raregen !!!

The texture of the hair is amazing,the colour I ordered was spot on, only problem I had was i ordered the small but it was still to big for me so sadly I still haven’t worn it

I can’t believe how quickly I received my hair! The quality is amazing. I did get the full lace option so that I could wear it up in a pony. I haven’t had a chance to do that yet, but I played around with it a little bit and it seems like it’s gonna be amazing but meanwhile, the hairline is beautiful and so completely undetectable.

I was so excited to get my second Avis from Raregen. The first one I received was my favorite wig ever. Unfortunately the second one was not of the same quality. Lots of broken off hairs on the top and underneath. The knots were not bleached and visible and the part was not pre plucked. Just not the same high quality as the first Avis I received. Disappointing!

I had some issues with the wig that I ordered and the company was AMAZING in their response. Professional and kind!

I purchased my second wig from Raregen. I had been waiting for it to arrive then the post office said address and complete and they sent it back. Come to find out the place where it was shipped from here in the United States did not complete my address. Jen did not contact me about this after weeks of waiting. I contacted them and they said that it was their mistake and that they would be sending another wig from China. I waited a few weeks for that to come very disappointed with that situation but the wig is very nice.

Purchased Ayla wig but the cap was to big i ordered m instead of s and the colour did not work for me, i contacted them for return which in my view is always a test of how good a company is, they were very efficient and responded the same day sent me a pre paid label and i returned the wig they offered me a full refund or exchange i opted for exchange as i already had Dora and wanted a second one to change with , they sent her out the next day , the wig its self is beautiful and really good quality , i cant fault Rargen and would order again

Almost a 5 the root is a bit darker than I expected but overhaul nice colour, hair feels really nice and cap is a good fit. I haven’t worn it yet as I need to organise a trim as a bit long for me as I like a shorter length. Good response to questions I had so overall very pleased with my experience with Raregen and received within a week.

The support and service I’ve received from this company has been 2nd to none from giving me advice regarding colour and lengths and giving me advice on how to Care for the wig.

The product itself is outstanding beautiful colours, super soft hair and an innovative cap design That makes you feel that you’re not wearing anything at all.

I would highly recommend this company for someone looking for a high-quality product with lots of kind and empathetic support

I now have 2 wigs from raregen and they are both lovely quality. The customer service is second to none! After my first purchase went astray, Raregen replaced with no issues, their communication is excellent.
