Attention: It's a scam!
Happens when you try to book a restaurant. If you see a restaurant asking for a 0.10€ to book a table, don't do it! They are going to deduct 69,90€ a few days later

Complete scam. Tried to get a cab in Menorca (Spain) through some site called Taxi Reza, which required my credit card information. Upon entering my credit card information, I was signed up for a 70 EUR monthly subscription for Rapidoxy (???). This was NOT CLEARLY ADVERTISED AT ALL. Their business model violates EU customer protection laws. Their phone number is fake and the address they gave for their location is also fake. This company is a complete fraud. I’ll be following up with authorities, this is ridiculous. Ended up spending an hour trying to reverse charges.

They also signed me up for a 0.10 euro magazine which was charged weekly. Didn’t notice this for a bit either. Extremely suspicious.

I was charged €69 without knowingly agreeing to this subscription. DO NOT ENTER YOUR CARD DETAILS.

Quando si prenota e non c’è posto,e addirittura come prova della carta prelevano 0,10 € il minimo di correttezza sarebbe dí inviare una mail e dire che non c’è posto.
È sempre una esperienza,che non si ripeterà mai più.

Dit bedrijf beloofde een taxirit voor mij te regelen in Italië, maar daarvoor moest ik een abonnement bij hen afsluiten. Toen ik dat gedaan had bleken zij de taxirit opeens niet meer te kunnen regelen. Ze hebben dus nooit enige dienst geleverd. Abonnement onmiddellijk opgezegd maar daarna bleven ze nog steeds geld afschrijven. Volgens hen omdat ik hun ‘magazine’ nog steeds ontvang. Oplichterij is dat! Mensen geld in rekening brengen voor een waardeloos, zogenaamd abonnement. Scammers!

Absolute outright scammers. I was trying to book a restaurant in Barcelona and somehow this website inserted itself into my search. I thought I was booking directly with the restaurant. I clicked the terms - which I thought were the restaurant's! In the end they didn't even get a booking (if they even can?) and their terms were EUR49.90 per month! And they charge me to receive their marketing emails. It's clearly a BOT responding to customer service. I was able to stop the subscription but feel highly cheated. Outright Fraud.

What a scam. So Rapidoxy intercepts bookings you might try to make while on holiday. For example you have a telephone number of a restaurant and try calling it, next thing you are looking at an online booking request for the restaurant. The thing is a lot of the restaurants you might like don’t use Rapidoxy and your request ends in failure. Not so much for Radidoxy, they deduct £0.01 from your account because you have accepted terms and conditions, ones that you might have thought related to the restaurant you were trying to book. Oh no, 3 days later you won’t notice a charge of £0.10 coming off your account, especially because you are on holiday. They have now caught you, you get signed up to a £49.90 subscription for Conceirge services, WTF. Worse still, any possibility of cancelling has been sent to your scam folder, if you are lucky. They also claim text messages follow, also untrue. Avoid this company, based in Brazil it offers nothing in Europe except stealing your hard earned money. Oh and BTW, your credit card company might not back you because you appeared to authorise payments of £0.01 and £0.10 before they get the £49.90 that they really from you. Finally, don’t be surprised if you end up taking out an Uber One subscription too, it is all connected, thieving and scamming at its worse.

Je komt op deze site terecht via een booking platform dat niet blijkt te bestaan. Kredietkaart wordt gedebiteerd voor 10ct en je hangt vast aan een ongevraagd abonnement. Heb mijn kredietkaart geblokkeerd.

Attention ! C'est une arnaque avec abonnement caché !
Alors que je cherchais juste à trouver un taxi, ce site est apparu, j'ai fait ma demande, j'ai eu comme réponse "nous n'avons pas pu trouver de course disponible" et dans un autre mail d'accueil, avec bien sûr en tout petit à la fin, il était indiqué que je m'abonnais pour la modique somme de 49.90 € par mois à un soit disant service de conciergerie !!!!
Une honte !
