Ordering was very easy. Item shipped in a decent amount of time. I am loving the item immensely. It's the right size to grab and go, is small enough to put into a bigger purse.

Ordered Dec 16th, waited 7 business days with no update past shipping label being created, contacted business for order ETA assuming the holidays caused delays, but instead I'm informed they oversold the Witchy Crossbody bag and then discontinued it, so I will be buying a crossbody bag from any other company no matter if it's as ugly as the rest of the stock on RaivenUSA site. Disappointing, but shouldn't be surprised seeing LOTS of other complaints online about this business!

It was easy peasy to order and the bag I got is exactly as advertised. Sturdy and I loved it. My order got here within a week and tracking was very easy to follow.

This was ordered as a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves it. It will be super handy for her when she doesn't want to take a normal sized purse. And it will still hold everything that she needs to have.

Ordered an item on 12/16 with the website clearly stating order today to receive by Christmas. On 12/21 I emailed asking if the order shipped. The response was “We are reaching out today because the shipping address we have on file has been flagged as incorrect or insufficient.“ which was ridiculous because If I had provided the wrong address I should have been contacted much sooner, I was only contacted after I inquired where the order was. I responded that the address provided was correct and that this was a Christmas gift so if I can’t receive it by Christmas then cancel the order.
No reply was given, this was on 12/21 I said to cancel the order.
They went ahead and still shipped my order against my request to cancel, with my original shipping address by the way, so there was no issue with my address I used to initial purchase the item. the tracking history shows it was Accepted at USPS Origin Facility

Quite ridiculous that it was a full week after initial ordering, ignoring my request to cancel which I sent to emails to cancel that were ignored. I asked to cancel the order on 12/21 and 12/22 I sent another email to cancel it, completely ignored the emails

Keychain was broke. I emailed support but they won't reply back. If someone would get ahold of me I will change my review. The bag is great just want a replacement keychain.

I never got my package, I reached out to customer service and never got a response.

Ordered 10 days ago and still hasn’t shipped.

I loved the communications sent on my order to keep me updated.

“I ordered from this company because they advertised fast shipping, but five days later, my product still hasn’t even been shipped. No updates, no communication, and customer service hasn’t been helpful. If you’re in a hurry, don’t bother ordering from here. Very disappointed!”

Still haven’t received anything. Tracking says package hasn’t left origin facility.

The bag is super cute, I love the design. It just needs to be a bit bigger. My iPhone barely fits in the soft front pocket, and this bag NEEDS to hold a Kindle!!! Just a couple more inches bigger and it would be perfect, it’s so small compared to my other crossbody bags.

I somehow forgot I had even ordered this bag. I had seen it come across my Facebook several times and thought it was so cute as it's Harry Potter themed and I loved the idea of having something small to carry ID and cash/credit cards but my water cup as well since those are usually what I always have with me when out and about. The bag is great and fits surprisingly more than I expected. The cup holder works wonderful!

Beautiful and great quality

The bags are measured at their widest and the ends of the bags are too small for a kindle to fit even though the dimensions describe a bag larger than the kindle. Unfortunately they do not allow returns on sale items so it seems I’m stuck with a bag I cannot use for my purposes.

Bought it for my wife. Arrived faster than expected. She fell in love with it.

Shipping was a little slow but it’s very cute and I’m so excited about it
