Shipped so quickly and such a cool product! I bought two and I love that I have a small bag to carry or something to hold my giant water cup and take with me on walks or just to run errands!

I love my cross body bag. The quality is good, I love the slots for cards and id, I love the zippers and phone slot on the front. The little hook to hold my keys is great. And I love the kitty print. I ordered the first bag as a test. I ordered another of the slightly bigger ones to fit my kindle paperwhite signature series. I wish they had more options of design for that one, but it was a pre-order so I got what I could get.

I love the look of the bag and everything is honestly perfect, except I ordered it because it said the interior pocket should hold all kindles and it doesn’t hold mine 😞 it’s a paper white. I thought it said all of the bags could hold them, just not on the outside pocket. I won’t get as much use out of it as I planned for this reason.

Great overall experience, it shipped so fast I was really excited to be able to present this to my wife as a quick little gift!
She now uses it daily.

I thought this purse would be mini backpack size but it's twice as small.
It barely holds keys, cards, and my phone. Also the zipper quality isnt very good. I'm always afraid that I will break the zipper or it will get stuck. Other than that, it's a nice purse & nice pattern.
You do only get 1 strap, so to make it a backpack with 2 straps, you'll have to buy another strap separately.

I just received my third bag! And I'm lovin it just as much as the other two. Such personality!! These bags are well made and soo cute. Perfect size for on the go.

I love the design and charm! The size of the purse is good to but I would prefer a slightly bigger size.

Quick response from order to deliver. The bag is amazing and fits every essential thing I need then some because of the bag strap loops. I can hook my keys, headphones and other items to the loops.

I would've gave 5 stars but there was a little but of a mix up when it came to shipping and I had to reach out to figure it out. Took a full month to receive my item.

Shipping was fast! The quality is great and it has lots of pockets with lots of space. The phone pocket is very handy. However, I was not paying enough attention as I had wanted a Tumblr strap. My fault though, no one to blame but me.

The site was easy to navigate. I loved the selection of products. The ease of checkout was a breeze. The shipping was fast and easy to track. Great experience overall!

My bag didn’t ship for two months after a few emails with the company. They were out of stock for a strap, and they didn’t tell me until I asked. They did offer replacement or refund and their support was relatively responsive. Once I got the bag, it’s cute and seems to be good quality. I just wish they reached out sooner once they realized they were out of one of the products.

This bag is great. It can fit a kindle paper white without a case! It has a net for storage and two rubber straps that you can put chapstick or a highlighter in them! Plenty of card holders. Two more pockets on the front!

It does not come with two straps, but it does come with a cup holder that attaches. I would have preferred two straps but you can purchase those separately.

I LOVE my ACOTAR bag! I did have to gently stretch the fabric using hot water and fabric softener in order to be able to fit my 2021 signature edition kindle paperwhite but now it fits and I'm OBSESSED!

The little add on was missing and when I asked if we were supposed to pur have the pins separately, they immediately wanted my info so they could send it out! Customer Service is great! And I like the putse.

***UPDATE****they have sent me a new strap and everything works perfectly!!! Absolutely perfect now!! Great bag and very cute!! Would recommend!!! Customer service was great too! Once they replied they sent me a new strap right away!! Thank you RAIVEN USA!

I love this bag so much very cute but the strap that is supposed to hold the tumbler doesn’t have Velcro on it to keep it closed. I contacted support and no one replied. So although it is a very cute bag have to give a one star it’s not functional for the purpose I bought it for.
