The website states that a paperwhite fits within in the main compartment of this bag but it does not. Buyer beware.

Beautiful bag, though. But the whole purpose of the purchase was to use it to hold my kindle.

Unfortunately I was missing something from my order. They fixed it right away! I did not have to jump through hoops to get it done. I love my bag!

I just love my bag!!! It came pretty quickly and everything was perfect! Now I just need to go buy the cup 😂❤️❤️

Absolutely terrible company. Bought a bag for my girlfriend for Christmas. Bags are pretty small but they work. The bag broke after a couple days after she started using it. The company said I can send the bag back for a full refund. I sent the bag back and tracked it. They received the bag and never replied to any emails after and never refunded the money. I recommend saving the money for another bag. They have yet to give me a refund and have not replied to an email for over a month. Crazy way of doing business. I was full on hustled. I will be spreading the word about this company. Order #9686

The functionality, quirky, durable quality, it's so wonderful! I thought it was a mistake to buy three bags, plus additional straps, but I just know I'm going to get plenty of use out of them.

This bag is super cute and I hope to see more themes in the future. The charms were missing but CS took care of that super fast! My phone is a bit too large for the microfiber pocket (I have the S24+ and it goes up to the cameras) so smaller phones should fit just fine. The main compartment fits my Kindle basic (with case) with a few other things. It feels awkward to carry with a 40oz water bottle attached, I'd probly size down in bottle size, otherwise very happy!

The purse was delivered in a timely manner and feels good quality; but I’m sad because it said my kindle would fit and it does not.

This is my second bag and I am obsessed.

I received the crossbody bag with tumbler strap as a holiday present. After one use one of the loops that attach the strap to the bag completely tore, making the bag unusable. I reached out to customer support and they did nothing to help me. They didn't offer any support on fixing the bag, even though it was obviously a manufacturing defect. They stated that unfortunately it was outside their warranty (which is only 30 days from delivery). I asked for my case to be escalated, but received NO reply. I am highly disappointed by the bad customer service and complete lack of response to my case. I DON'T RECOMMEND PURCHASING FROM RAIVEN.

This bag is not only gorgeous but great quality! The functionality is so nice and appreciated. It holds 5 cards, it’s so nice to have a place for my keys inside. My pencil flashlight and tide pen tit great in the lipgloss holder spots!
One of my bags came missing charms, the customer service was quick and friendly and they sent them out quickly! Will be a returning customer and convincing all my friends to be as well :)

I purchased my bag last week and got it today. It is even prettier in person. I absolutely love this bag. Will come in handy while I work. Very roomy. My only complaint is I wish it came with directions on how to do the different ways to wear it.
