It took way too long to receive. I pre-ordered it and had to wait an extra month to receive it. On put to get a bag that the zipper is malfunctioning. And it’s actually much bigger than the other bags you sell. I will probably not be reordering.

My first order and it exceeded my expectations. This is perfect for traveling and keeps my kindle safe and easy to get to. Love the variations of the strap and holding my water bottle. Especially when I go to Disney!

I ordered a bag several months ago. They contacted me shortly after, informing me of a production issue and there would be a significant delay in receiving my order. They offered me a choice of full refund, choosing a different item or to wait until production caught up. I chose the last and have now received my bag. The quality is very good. It has thoughtfully designed pockets, straps/clips and organizational holders, along with little bonus keychains/charms that are very cute. The fabric is also very soft. I love it and it was worth the wait!

I pre-ordered the new Kindle bag with an extra strap at the end of March and was told my pre-order would ship at the end of April. Early May rolls around and I still haven’t received any shipping information so I reach out to customer service again, and then I get an email saying due to “unforeseen circumstances” there was a shipping delay and that my items wouldn’t arrive until end of May now. They said a mass email was sent out to their affected customers two weeks prior, but I never received it. I replied to that email asking for a refund. Waiting 2 months for a bag is absolutely ridiculous. Nobody replied to my email asking for a refund for a week and a half, and then the reply was suddenly “Sorry, we can’t refund you because your items have shipped before we even saw this email.” So now suddenly my items are available once I’m asking for a refund, and they have already been shipped, but they said I could return them if I’m unhappy with my purchase once I receive them. Four days later, I get an email from customer support saying that the Raiven strap I ordered is out of stock and I can either switch it for the plain black one, cancel the strap altogether, or get a refund for my entire purchase, and once they get an answer THEN they’ll ship my order. So this company LIED TO ME and said my order had shipped days ago when it really hadn’t, and then told me at the very last minute an item that I PRE-ORDERED TWO MONTHS AGO was out of stock. I get that I could’ve switched it for the plain black strap, but that’s not the point. What’s the point of having a pre-order sale if you can’t deliver on your promise to your customers who have been waiting for months for these items?? I honestly feel like this is not a legit company, looking back on some of the comments on their ads, and I’m glad they responded quickly when giving me my refund. This entire process was infuriating!! Ordering a damn kindle bag shouldn’t involve this much drama!! 😭

Horrible customer service. Did not advise on preorder being delayed for almost 2 months, and refused to cancel order.

P.S. I was never given an option to return my order for a refund nor was I told that preorder items could not be cancelled. Your company should get on the same page regarding customer service and actually offer consistent problem resolution versus a bait and switch.

Bag does not fit device it states it does and I have to pay to return the device due to it not working for specifically what it says it does.

I love this bag so much!!! It's small enough for when I'm on the go and big enough to fit everything I need (including my kindle, of course). Plus, I can show off my love for this amazing book series!!! What more can I ask for!

I pre-ordered their kindle cross-body bag, which was supposed to ship the last week of April. It did not ship until early may, roughly a week after was promised. No notification from the company at all, which wasn't a huge deal, could forgive.

Finally did recieve my bag and the quality is poor, with several loose threads and the zipper completely being dysfunctional. It does not actually zip no matter what I try or do. I followed the full instructions for recieving the product warranty and have gotten nothing but automated responses stating I will recieve a response in 48 business hours. It has been over two weeks and absolutely nothing from the business. I truly believe I've been scammed.

Witchy crossbody purse was good quality and exactly what I wanted. It arrived without the key chain, but after reaching out to customer service I was able to have one shipped to replace it.

The color was not what I expected. My inquiry about exchanging colors were responded poorly and not in a timely manner.

The bag is super cute and easy to wear. I love that it holds my Stanley cup! It fits my phone as well as a couple other goodies. The quality is actually amazing. It arrived sooner than expected. I’m only a little sad that I didn’t realize it only came with 1 strap so I can’t use it as a backpack. The croc pegs are super cute in my crocs.

I bought this acotar purse for my friend who loves the books (so do I) and she fell in love with the bag and it is so well made, that I bought one for me for my birthday!

I liked my bag, don’t get me wrong. It came when expected and as described. However, the quality was not as good as I was expecting for a 40 dollar cross body. The zipper has already got stuck and one part of it won’t close. (I’ve had it for 3 days) the key clasp was incredibly difficult to open the first time but since opening it has worked fine. I’d say that it’s an OK bag but I’m not sure how they stack up to competitors…
