The bag is very nice with good features. The only issue we had was the strap was broken so the bag cannot be worn as a cross body or backpack which makes its versatility in the way it can be worn unavailable.

Update: Customer support responded really quick and I have since been sent out a replacement strap at no charge and within a few days. Safe to say that if you come across an issue they will take care of you. Great bag and great support!

The entire order was wrong. I ordered a very specific pattern and they sent a blank black back. It is one day before mother's Day and two days before my wife's birthday. I'm in trouble.

Update 5/27: It took 3 phone calls and 5 emails to get a response. The product arrived today 16 days late. It's correct now... But holy cow. To be fair, I should mention that they let me keep the incorrect bag as a way of apologizing. I just wanted what I paid for when it was promised.

I love it!! And the quality is so good!

It isn't the size I had hoped for (a little too small for me) and the phone pouch tore at the corner on the first day I used it.

The bag was billed as a Kindle carrier but my Kindle Oasis doesn't fit, cannot zip it closed

Cute pattern, quality product, reasonable price, nice storage inside. Have been wearing it ever since I got it.

It's a really cute bag, but one of the seams was busted open before it even got to me. I am uneasy about it's durability.

I ordered a total of 3 bags. I originally gave them a bad review because one of the bags had a defect and it was only used twice. However their customer service was quick to respond. They had another bag shipped out to me within no time.

So I bought a purse from this company, but it came damaged, I have send 3 emails, I haven’t got a response!! Terrible customer service.

I bought my bag back in December 2024. I was really excited and couldn’t wait to get it. I really like the concept and design but I haven’t used it after a few times of wearing it. There’s definitely room for improvement. It’s just way too small to fit what is needed. I bought a small planner to fit and it fits to size but with not much extra room for comfort. It needs to be a bit wider in dimension. The organization pockets are way too tight to comfortably slide your phone in and out when fully packed inside, especially if you have a pop socket or magnetic wallet. The Tumbler add on feature was the real reason why I got the bag. With a little more room and I think it would be perfect. The only reason for 2 stars is bc I know I won’t be using it as much or at all if that anymore.

Ordered a cross body purse. It was shipped quickly and came in excellent shape. The purse is well made and the pattern is exactly what I wanted. Item cost was resonable and shipping was included. Will order from them again. 🙂

Heads up!After using the bag once it started to fall apart. And since it was outside the 30 day return window, I am stuck with a bag that I cannot use. I bought it to use on vacation. Not an everyday bag. Be sure to double check every stitch before your 30 day return window is up

Service was quick and seamless. Delivery was as expected. The bag itself is lovely. My only wish is that it was about and inch bigger in each direction, but it fits what I need it to and it makes me smile every time I look at it!

Fast shipping, was exactly as described on the page! I was overly ecstatic to open that package and find everything as promised! The artwork is beautiful, it has far more pockets than I expected, and I absolutely love the charms!

The delivery and communication was stellar. It arrived quick, and actually 2 days earlier than my original tracking indicated. I got the tumbler holder bag which I am loving and it does everything as promised. It is a little smaller than I was expecting, but the organizer pockets in the side do compensate for most of that.

Bought the bag to fit my kindle, as that was how it was advertised. Kindle does not fit. Waste of money.
