Shipping was very fast, I love the style of the bag, and all the compartments. I am very happy with the product. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the bag smelled really bad—a mixture of old cigarette smoke and burnt plastic. I had to put one of my oil car defusers into the bag for a while to help hide the smell.

Not only are the purses amazingly cute and so functional, but the company is just wonderful! I ordered the book design kindle one and two small regular ones. Once I received them, I felt the regular ones were just too small over all for me. They were so helpful and had no problem with me returning the two and exchanging for new. I’ll definitely be buying more from Raiven!

Absolutely love the bags I got! I got myself 2 and 1 for a friend. The tumbler strap fits great on my 40 oz Brumate era, 44oz Hydrojug, 44 oz stanley and many of my other random tumblers. 1 of my bags had a tear and the customer service was quick to provide resolution. After I had already contacted customer support my friend let me know hers did not come with the charms but I didnt want to bother support again for something so small since they already shipped my replacement. I gave her one of my sets since I had 2 bags but I have no doubt if this happens to anyone they will take care of their customers! Great products and great customer service!

The bag is cute, but I'm so disappointed that my Kindle doesn't fit in it. The whole reason I purchased it was to cary my kindle and water with me. Does great holding my Yeti cup.

Tbh I haven’t tried it was my cup yet. But the construction is solid and durable and thoughtful. This is definitely not a regret purchase.

DO NOT BUY. This is 100% a scam, you won’t get what you ordered or will receive extremely poor quality. Had to go to my bank to get a refund.

Received my bag quickly and it was exactly as pictured and good quality.

This bag is exactly what I was wanting. It is the perfect size for everything I need without being too big and bulky. The designs are also super cute. I’m glad the designs cover the whole item instead of just leaving a bunch of empty space. Over all it was a great purchase.
