Have been struggling with rainkiss to get two ponchos delivered for two months now .They finally arrived with a duty and customs bill of over 400.00 …twice the price of the two raincoats …sent them back …hoping to get a refund soon…lol..pathetic…update it’s Feb .8th still no promised refund …update ..I did receive the refund and they are sending me a free jacket for all the trouble …Thank you Nikki

Ich trage seit langer Zeit schon einen Regenponcho von Rainkiss und bin sehr begeistert. Mit dem Design und der Passform macht jedes Regenwetter Spass.
Meine Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice war super, als ich für meine Tochter die falsche Größe bestellt hatte und nach einem Umtausch gefragt habe. Die Antworten und die Bearbeitung gingen super schnell und meine Tochter könnte nicht glücklicher über den neuen Poncho sein!!

I had an unfortunate incident arise with my order but couldn't be more grateful for the Rainkiss customer service - it was exceptional, can't thank them enough. A replacement package was sent to me very quickly. The rain jackets themselves are so cool, with handy opening for pockets. Highly recommend giving the Rainkiss Spotify playlist a listen too :) Very happy customer!

I love this raincoat and the very helpful support-team of Rainkiss! The colours are beautiful, it is absolutely waterproof, good quality and very practical. Especially as a mom of a toddler on playgrounds at any weather. The backpack stays safe under the poncho, too, and in case of emergency even the toddler. But me still looking cool ;-)
Perfect for riding the bicycle too, obviously, and small to pack.
I didn't make any negative experience with the delivery and had a exceptional warranty claim one year later, which was resolved very courteously. Thank you!!

The poncho I ordered as a christmas gift got lost in the mail. I was so sad to hear this but the customer service team kindly offered to send a new one and it arrived in time for the holidays!

Ich habe die Ware sofort und problemlos erhalten. Leider passte es nicht gut an mir obwohl der Poncho sehr cool aussieht. Da ich die Retoure nach Holland selber zahlen musste wurde mir äußerst kulant geholfen. Sehr kompetenter Kundenservice ! Ich empfehle Rainkiss weiter.

Ordered a poncho a month ago and no sign of it. Had an email last week saying they had mislaid it but it was now found (which causes concern, it’s not like they are cheap) and would ship Monday just gone. Have received no tracking information so I contacted them, they copy and pasted their reply from last week - which had stated it would have been shipped by now but no. I will be cancelling this order- which following other reviews I’m sure they will suddenly have shipped it. the service for such expensive items is utterly abysmal

Bought a rain kiss poncho, have only worn it a handful of time, but I find it makes my clothes under the poncho wet… even if not raining… the inside of the poncho always feels damp. I have written to customer service, but no response…

Total waste of money, as I can’t wear it - shame as I love it, but can’t wear it as it makes me and my clothes wet from inside.

Het is een fijne poncho! Waterdicht, ruim, kan over een gewone jas, rugzak, handtas... je bent door de leuke kleuren en prints ook goed gezien en ik krijg regelmatig een complimentje!

Maar op de fiets is ze helaas niet superhandig. Doordat het materiaal licht is, waait het naar boven. Ik heb ze al los gedaan aan de zijkant en dan de bovenste 'flap' vastgehouden aan het stuur (zoals je vaker ziet met fietsponcho's), maar dan zijn heel je benen/schoenen gegarandeerd nat als je geen regenbroek draagt.

De zak is ook niet praktisch op de fiets. als je daar iets insteekt en ondertussen rijdt, dan kletst die zak de hele tijd tussen je billen :).

Ik las hier van iemand anders het idee om loodjes in de zoom te naaien, misschien dat ik dat ook nog eens probeer...

Voor gewone wandelingen en dergelijke wel gewoon een héél fijne, modieuze regenjas!

I bought a poncho from Rainkiss in September which I was initially very happy with. However upon wearing it I realised it was faulty (one of the poppers didn’t work). I sent an e mail and 6 days later I received a reply that they would send me a replacement, and checked my address. I responded but heard nothing further. That was almost 3 weeks ago and I’ve sent 3 further e mails since to check what is happening, and have had NO response from the company.

02/11 In response to the company’s reply, I have now e mailed Nikki twice and STILL had no response

03/11 Still no response. This feels incredibly frustrating now.

Heute mein Cape zurück geschickt, da das Disigne und Material nicht gefiel
Frage warum muss man Retoure selbst bezahlen, bei dem Kaufpreis von 80€ ? Warum nicht zurück, nach Köln, sondern für 20€ ins Ausland ( Niederlande)
Verwirrend und unverschämt
