I complained because my poncho isn't waterproof. I received a public reply on Trustpilot asking me to email them to receive a replacement but despite two emails I haven't heard back from them.

I ordered an awesome, cool, fun, colorful rain poncho from Rain Kiss, my daughter and I are going to Alaska and need it... there isn't an option for expedited delivery so i emailed the company, received an answer within hours with a kind note. I LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! They care and their products are AMAZING!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I recently purchased a rain poncho online, and I couldn't be happier with my order! The delivery was incredibly fast, and the poncho itself is fantastic.
Firstly, the size is perfect—it’s big enough to cover both me and my backpack, which is a huge plus. The design is chic and stylish, with a pretty pattern that stands out.
In terms of functionality, the poncho is completely waterproof, keeping me dry even in the heaviest rain. I also love how compact it is when packed; it fits easily into my backpack, making it convenient to carry everywhere.
One of the best features is the ability to open the poncho from the side, allowing me to wear it comfortably while cycling. Overall, this poncho has exceeded my expectations, and I’m definitely not disappointed with my purchase!

First class service and product

I ordered my poncho on May 26 with a promise of 5-8 days delivery time. I have contacted them 4 times to ask them when my order will be despatched and they have not bothered to reply to any of my emails. I read poor reports about their customer service and delivery times on here but went ahead and ordered anyway. I should have listened to the feedback. They’re terrible and I have now requested a cancellation and refund as they have taken my money even though they haven’t bothered to process my order. Disgusted.

Wish I had read the reviews before placing an order for a poncho. It’s been two weeks since I placed my order and was very promptly charged for the same. I have not been notified of the item having been shipped to date. How long does it take to ship something that can be posted through a letter box??? I will be asking for a refund if my email does not get a response

Ik heb mijn 1e Rainkiss poncho ondertussen meer dan een jaar en was initieel echt teleurgesteld. Ik fiets dagelijks bijna 9km (enkel) naar mijn werk en was geregeld helemaal nat. Nikki van de Rainkiss klantendienst nam contact op en zei dat ik mogelijk een foute poncho ontvangen heb. Zij bood onmiddellijk aan een nieuwe te versturen, want 'de Rainkiss zou je echt wel droog moeten houden'. Hoe fantastisch is dat ! Ik mocht zelfs kiezen welke ik wilde ontvangen. Het gaf wel wat keuzestress ;-)
Gisteren kreeg ik de nieuwe poncho in mijn bus. Opnieuw : wat een geweldig design, compact, licht, makkelijk aantrekbaar en het wappert zoveel minder dan de ‘reguliere’ poncho’s.
Ik kijk nu (bijna) uit naar een flinke regenbui om deze poncho te testen.
Dikke complimenten voor de Rainkiss klantendienst !

Habe inzwischen 2 poncho für mich selbst u.einen für meine Frau. Wann immer es regnet kommen sie zum Einsatz. Halten was sie versprechen. Habe sie bei einen anderen Händler 20%günstiger bekommen.

Last month I ordered a diary poncho from Rainkiss. When I received it I tried it on and was very happy it was very nice. Unfortunately it rains lots in Vancouver and I was eager to try it out. Unfortunately there was a leak just under the hood in the back.
I emailed customer service and explained my dilemma. They were going to send a replacement but unfortunately they were out of stock. So they send me a refund right away.

First Class Customer Service!

I've been enjoying my RainKiss poncho for a few months now, then one of the buttons accidentally ripped. I emailed the Customer Service, and next to being extremely friendly and understanding, they also sent me a complete new poncho free of charge! Would recommend 10/10!

Rainkiss charged me for a poncho the minute I placed the order and they never sent it. It's been several weeks now and I have not received any emails from them explaining what happened. Seems like I am not the only one.

29/4: Rainkiss responded (after I wrote this review) with an email saying the item is out of stock and offering me some discount for another one. I said I did not want it and wanted a refund. I have not heard back since and I'm still waiting for my refund.

3/5: NIkki from customer service reached out and offered to refund the money and send me a new poncho for free. The money has been refunded. Thank you Nikki.

23/5: Received the new poncho. Haven't had the chance to try it in rain so I can't comment on the quality yet. Upgrading review but can't give 5 stars as I had to be the one following up to get refunded.

I'm impressed with the outstanding customer service I received from Rainkiss regarding my recent purchase of their rain poncho. After seeing a defect in the product, I contacted the company. They quickly responded and offered to ship a replacement product which arrived very quickly. When I received the replacement rain poncho, I'd have to say...it exceeds my expectation: not only is it roomy, light-weight and comfortable but it's also super stylish. I'm definitely a fan!

Delighted with my new rain poncho! I did have an issue with posting to Ireland, contacted Rain Kiss customer service and they resolved the problem for me. A really great rain poncho!

Bought my poncho online after admiring a friend's one. Had no problems with the order which arrived speedily. The poncho itself is great. Easy yo carry along, either in a bag/backpack or carried by it's own loop. If it starts to rain you can fling it on top of everything, including bags and because it's large and roomy you don't get all hot and sweaty inside. At festivals, when sitting, you don't get wet knees. It's great! Would recommend

Delivery was fast and garment is just as described. Really liked the look of it and the size was ok too. Took my dog out for a walk for an hour in rain and was happy to finally have a coat that would keep me dry. Unfortunately when I took the poncho off I was very wet down my arms and back…..really disappointed. So emailed company straight away and requested a refund. They were very quick replying and did offer to replace the poncho. I however didn’t want to take the chance on another one not working. They were brilliant and processed my refund straight away. I also didn’t have to return the poncho ( which I will recycle).
So, not sure why my poncho wasn’t waterproof and hope it was a one off as this company were very helpful and I still love the look of these garments.

It has been a month since I placed my order. Despite multiple emails from me, and a variety of excuses that blame Fedex, while Fedex blamed Rainkiss, I have no rain poncho and no refund. First I was told the poncho was held up in Jamaica, NY, then Mirabel Airport, Quebec, then Los Angeles. (I live in Canada.) I no longer believe anything I'm told or any Fedex links I am sent. I will continue to demand a refund.

Ik kreeg mijn poncho voor mijn verjaardag, maar hij bleek niet waterdicht te zijn. Toen ik daarover een vraag stelde, kreeg ik onmiddellijk een andere aangeboden waarmee ik wèl blij ben. Dank voor de goede service!

Fantastic experience. Laura from customer care was amazing with a delivery courier issue. Very helpful, prompt replies. Received City lights poncho and pink panther hat today. Wrapped beautifully. 5 star service. Highly recommended!!!
