mi è arrivato l’articolo che avrei intenzione di cambiare perché piccolo, non riesco ad avere istruzioni di come effettuare il reso nonostante abbia inviato già svariate e-mail

Sadly,I have to mention that although I ordered, deposited the money for the rainkiss poncho,on 27th September and i was supposed to receive the parcel within 7 days I haven't received it yet.I have sent many emails to the rainkiss shop
to sort it out.I have also asked for a refund since I haven't received the parcel and they haven't answered.I am really disappointed that I trusted nainkiss shop.
Αfter lots of emails on Facebook and on their official company email and a delay of 15 days I received my parcel.They told me that the shipment to Greece is a bit slow that's why the delay.
I would like them to answer the emails promptly and without any excuses such as I haven't received your email.When we order the products they send us a confirmation email immediately.How is it possible not to receive our emails when we ask for clarification.

Malheureusement le poncho souhaité n est plus en stock. Mais un beau suivi de la marque. Et ils seront dispo plus ou moins mi octobre. Me réjouis. Merci pour vos suivis par e-mails .🙂

Great customer service having turned what could have been a bad experience in to a very positive one - after a stock count issue at the warehouse meaning my order could not be fulfilled, Nikki came to the rescue and despatched an alternative poncho from the Netherlands.

I’m very happy with the speed and the nature in which my issue was dealt with. Thank you Nikki, keep up the good work!

Das war meine Bewertung :Optisch ist der Regenponcho ein Hingucker und hält auch eine Weile dicht, da wo er jedoch mit Kleidung in Berührung kommt, geht die Nässe durch bei Dauerregen. Nach dem tragen muss man ihn sofort trocknen , denn wenn man diesen dann bei einer Pause unter Dach in einen Rucksack reinlegt, ist der durchnässt und man kann ihn nicht mehr anziehen . Schade

Absolut schlechter Kundenservice .
Habe bis heute keine Ware erhalten und soll sie trotzdem bezahlen.
Habe versucht das Problem mit dem Kundenservice zu klären aber nicht möglich niemand antwortet auf Emails oder sondergleichen.
Der schlechteste Shop der mir jemals untergekommen ist .Meine nächste Instanz würd wohl ein Anwalt sein müssen.

I have been trying to refund an order of ponchos for several days. You can only email because there is no way to call the company. I have requested return information at least 4 times and no one will provide it. The return is due in 14 days. I am returning the product today and hoping the return address is correct. I have canceled the original form of payment and I’m filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Department of Insurance. Stay far away from this company if you want to save yourself some aggravation.

very fast delivery, great product, good price. Competent, very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended :-)

I ordered a raincoat for my dog, when it arrived I realised I’d ordered a size too big. I emailed Rainkiss explaining this and they asked me to send the raincoat back and they sent a smaller one out straight away. Great customer service and great quality products

Fantastic customer service….. raised a concern about one of the ponchos I bought and got a response from Nikki almost immediately. Nikki took immediate action and completely resolved my issue within 3 days. The ponchos are excellent quality and really good value for money. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend

Een paar jaar terug heb ik een Rainkiss gekocht; een oranje met vogels. Tot grote tevredenheid heb ik die gedragen in de regen, maar na een paar jaar was hij niet meer waterdicht. Er kwam weer een advertentie langs van Rainkiss en ik dacht: ik ga 's vragen hoe lang ze garantie geven op het waterdicht zijn. Per ommegaande kreeg ik een reactie, dat ze het materiaal veranderd hebben en dat ze me een nieuwe sturen. Ik ben er hartstikke blij mee. Loop nu in een prachtige Lily Poncho. Een fantastische service.

I have no idea what is going on. I ordered last week with standard delivery of 3-5 working days. So far the thing hasn’t even been shipped as far as I know, the money was withdrawn almost immediately (which isn’t exactly legal) and now emails go completely unanswered🤷🏼‍♀️ I’m kind of in a bind since I ordered the poncho because I needed it for a specific event next week. Now I feel like I have been ripped off entirely. I wouldn’t trust this company again. I cannot recommend giving your money to this company.

Well I absolutely love my poncho it's bright cheerful and covers well. It folds up nicely in to a A4 ish size pocket. I did have a little problem with a leak along the back neckline but they replied next day and were very helpful. I had overall a good experience thank you

Best spend money I’ve done this year.

De poncho voldoet niet op de fiets. De capuchon is veel te groot en valt over je ogen, in de nek sluit hij niet goed waardoor de borst nat wordt, in de zak wordt het regenwater verzameld waardoor hij zwaar wordt, en de poncho is zo licht dat hij omhoog kruipt.

This is my 3rd order from Rainkiss and it's very rarely I put a review on trust pilot, but I was so impressed with Nikki in customer service that I've come on here and really surprised to see some of the negative reviews. My latest order was for the smiley poncho and bucket hat, both received within a few days. I realised before I even received them that I had ordered a S/M bucket hat in error, but as I had a bundle price, wasn't sure what to do. Nikki sent me the M/L one out immediately, before I'd even received the smaller size. It arrived the day after the first parcel and it was on complete trust that I would return the S/M one, which I have only returned yesterday a week later, due to work commitments and not being able to get to the post office. Nikki hadn't chased me about this and I am very impressed with both the products and the customer service

De poncho bleek niet volledig waterdicht, klantenservice reageert snel en heeft het goed opgelost. Fijne service!

Nikki from Rainkiss sorted this out for me, there was a site error and these poncho's were out of stock in the UK, and she was inundated with emails. She quickly arranged shipment from the NL store. Thank you Nikki! Turned my experience around! I can imagine the error caused a lot of work on your end, and I appreciate your swift response.
Ordered in the 24th of July, was told shipping would be 3-5 days. Took payment, still no confirmation of shipping and no response to emails to customer service. I would hope they would be more responsive. Unsure if the item will even arrive! Disappointing.

I got the panda smiley rain poncho and was so disappointed to see that in all the white spots it was extremely see-through. From the pictures on the website there is no way of knowing how see-through it is and there is nothing written in the description regarding this, so it is very misleading.

I wanted to return it, but did not think was is fair that I should pay the postage fees, since I would have kept it, if the white was not see-through.

So I wrote the customer service and got completely ignored. At a loss I wrote the return email and got a response, that ignored most of my message and only gave me an address to return it to.

I still think it is unacceptable that the poncho is that see through, and that I have to pay the fee to get rid of the faulty product and get my money back.
