Railair Arvostelua 

The driver was extremely friendly! (I was on the route from Heathrow terminal 5 to Reading, leaving around 2pm on Friday September 19 2025.) If you have a railcard, mention it because you'll probably get a discount. USB charging available, air conditioning, and curtains to block out the sun. A very comfortable trip! (I have a receipt to show my purchase btw.)

The bus never turned up so I had to find another way to get to the airport. And there's no way to get a refund either....please aviod this provider

Girlfriend boarded coach around midnight with a valid ticket and was refused boarding because she couldn’t provide a RailCard, even though we explained that her phone had been destroyed.

I understand the company policy but it seems overkill to refuse a girl boarding at midnight when she showed a valid ticket. Driver could’ve been nicer about making his point on this, not a nice man.

I had a terrible experience with RailAir. I waited over 40 minutes for the bus, which never showed up, despite having bought my ticket in advance. I had no choice but to take a taxi, which cost me extra. To make matters worse, RailAir refused to refund my ticket. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I won't be using their service again.

Disgusted after waiting 1:30hr just for it to not turn up. Every 20minutes?? Wth is that. Don’t give fake promises if you cant keep them. Waiting all the time in the cold, just to end up taking a taxi.
This was in terminal 3 at Heathrow 28th March from 17:30 to 19:00. Not a bus to Reading to be seen. Guildford and the other buses came and went but the one I needed no sight!! Feels bad when u just wanna go home after 14hrs flight.

Dreadful company to deal with. Will find alternate methods next time

I do not recomand never reliable and all coaches damaged, they are a danger for the streets, no heating, always late I have being waiting 2 hours and the coaches where at the wrong terminal, I hope you will go bankrupt

They have changed my schedule 2 times and now it has been managed that I am too late to get my first plane and too early to take the bus when I come back!! and they almost ask you for a DNA test to ask for a refund, good luck with that, if you want to throw your money better buy the lottery, it has more chances to be profitable!
The point is I will have probably to take a taxi or a train If am lucky but nobody ensure that I am going to sleep at my place when I come back, this situation stress me and ruin any chance of going for a weekend out to relax, so if you want to relax and don't have to care about mishaps NEVER WASTE HERE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

First time using Railair from Watford to Heathrow. Very comfortable.

The coach that travels from Guildford to Heathrow and back from Heathrow to Guildford is very late and unreliable!

We used this service on 3 December 24, waited for the coach leaving at 06:59 hours arrived nearly 8am!!! All of us, the passengers were frustrated and freezing waiting outside for over an hour!!

On my way back from Heathrow was even worse! The coach to Guildford was almost two hours late!! What such unprofessional service!!

Please improve your service especially coaches leaving from Guildford to Heathrow, also a few drivers were quite rude to passengers!! Drivers need proper training in dealing with customers especially the elderly!

Website is useless most of the time.
1. Sometimes they just block certain dates so you cant buy tickets.
2. Sometimes they sell you tickets and then bus driver says its not valid, so you need to ask for refund
3. When you submit that refund claim, website stops working "error 403"

They tend to skip certain rides (night ones 03:49) so you might miss the plane. If you ask for refund, they will tell you you have used the ticket so its not possible. Who cares if you miss the plane.

Positive thing is that SOME of their drivers are polite.

We used Railair from Heathrow to Guildford after a flight from the states. We had read precious reviews and were hesitant but tries it nevertheless. We were not disappointed. The bus from Terminal 3 was on time, the driver was polite and helpful, and the trip was quick, efficient, and comfortable. To note, while we waited for the RA2 bus at Heathrow (we were quite early) we were witness to several other routes (RA1 and RA3) comr and go on time. Not sure why all the bad reviews besides the fact most people only write reviews when they're displeased. This person is not and will use and recommend Railair in the future.

My experience with railair has been overwhelmingly positive. I only travel to Heathrow with RailAir. They are reliable and the bus drivers are the nicest and most helpful I have ever met. The only annoying part is that they don't serve terminal 4, which requires a transfer via another bus.

I bought a ticket on the 13th of August from Heatrow T5 to Reading at 2341. The bus never showed up and I was waiting there from 2230. There were more people waiting there for buses from previous time but the bus never appeared. There is no phone avaiable to get information in the evening, they neither have contact email. Days later I got in touth with them and tried to get a refund but never got. I think it is a company not to be trusted. I know I will not receive my refund. YOU ARE WARNED!

Great experience. Booked the ticket upfront, waklked out in Heathrow and 10m later the bus arrived. Friendly driver, clean bus, ran on time. Really good and cheaper than the trains.
