Don’t recommend
The RackBuddy Dalton comes with a wooden look (not real wood).
In general, it looks ok, but is horrible to assemble and because some screws are so difficult to screw in (even using oil), our RackBuddy Odin isn’t stable. Didn’t return because will be another trouble to disassemble and sent it out (and need to pay again the return). Don’t recommend.

You have ordered Dalton with classic oak veneer. The Dalton is also made with pine solid wood. We can off cause help ypu with an exchange, if you prefer this.
You are right that Odin is not the easiest to assemble, but we have some different tricks (see assembly video) and when its assambled correctly it will be very stable.
Remember, you are more than welcome to contact us by email or phone - that way we can help you with the assembly issues and other questions.
You are off cause more than welcome to return your order if it doesn't meet your expectations.

Like the product but…
Like the product, but ideally would like instructions or at least a QR link to a video tutorial for installation. Delivery was also poor - expensive, and GLS delivered to a shop 20 mins away instead of to my address - not ideal for such a heavy product.

We are really sorry to hear that the GLS delivery and the mounting of your rack caused you a lot of frustration. Our products are usually delivered with an instruction guide which you can also find on our website by clicking on your rack and then "assembly instructions & mounting". You will also find helpful videos showing you step by step how top mount your new rack. I am sorry that the guide was not included in your parcel, feel free to have a look at our assembly guide online or contact us at info@rackbuddy.de if you need additional information. We are glad to hear though that even with the hurdles in the delivery and assembly, you are happy about the final product.

Nice but complicated
Some screws where missing and needed another parcel. Set up instructions were really unhelpful.
The rack itself once it's finally set up is nice. But the price and the building experience make it less loveable.

Meine Kleiderstange wurde mit GLS versendet, welches etwas schwierig zu verfolgen war (dazu empfehle ich im Nachhinein die GLS App). Leider ging mein Paket frühzeitig zurück aber Patricia schickte es mir unentgeltlich zurück nachdem ich sie kontaktierte, da der Fehler ja bei der Post lag. Sehr schnelle, freundliche Reaktion und eine gute Ware, wie beschrieben.

Bei Produkten aus Eisen mit konischen Gewinden lassen sich scharfe Kanten leider nicht zu 100% vermeiden, weshalb wir darauf auch in unseren Geschäftsbedingungen hinweisen. Ich spreche dein Feedback aber gerne in unserem nächsten Teammeeting an, um Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten zu diskutieren.

Einfach nur toll
Einfach nur toll. Haben uns eine Kleiderstange nach Maß anbieten lassen. Kam wie angekündigt später da Ihnen das Material gefehlt hat (wussten wir & uns wurde auch eine schnellere Alternative angeboten) aber sie waren trotzdem sehr schnell mit der Anlieferung. Es war alles schön verpackt. Man konnte über die Vorabstückliste alles kontrollieren & der Aufbau mit der Anleitung war auch super easy. Cool war auch, das Dübel und Schrauben im Pakett vorhanden waren. Macht weiter so, gerne wieder 😍

The consultation was very good
The consultation was very good, proffessionel via Meeting. Afterwards a solution was found very quickly for an individual warderobe.
Quality is perfect and massive but not a low cost material.
