This is not about hospitality it's about the total lack of empathy that Chester racecourse portrays.
Thay WILL NOT refund on tickets e en though my dad has been diagnosed with rapid Alzheimers and I have become his carer and therefore cannot attend a racemeeting for the foreseeable future. They can CREDIT the account for a future meeting! Shameful and completely out of touch . I ask anyone who reads this to boycott this horrendous lot!!!!

Chester races have failed to honour our tickets which we had for the winning post for two people when they cancelled the race when the queen died. They offered us Friday night tickets for the county stand instead! What a rip off Chester Races is and what rude staff they have!

Hi, i attended brighton races thurs 4th & fri 5th august. Not only was the carlsberg in plastic ( which kills beer).. the price was close to £6 a pint!!!!... and the tipping point for me was the fact it was like warm p##s. When i challenged the staff ( children) behind the bar, they didnt have a clue what to do, let alone what a pint should look and taste like. I will not be returning to brighton races anytime soon. It angers and disgusts me in this country that these event organisers think they can RIP OFF their so called " valued customers" ... dont make me laugh brighton.

Following my previous comments regarding a booking made at Newbury Racecourse, when they refused to move my booking for 29th December 2021 to a new date in the spring, they have now come back and said that I can rebook next year. Am thrilled at this change. Thank you Newbury.

We visited chester races in a private box arranged by Chris at racecoursehospitality.net. The booking went very well and we were full informed of what to expect on the day.

Brilliant day at Chester, the staff really loked after us. Will be rebooking for next year!
