Gosh Latitude was an experience (& not in a good way)! With an increase in tickets sales & camping slots, the infrastructure hasn’t grown fast enough to deal with the extra volume!
Acts were great & we’re used to rain, but poor communication between the companies on site was so frustrating - there’s no cohesion!!
Some standout stars were on security & the Accessibility Team, plus the Pink Moon site manager, as mention of the site breaching the DDA repeatedly - albeit out of his control.
This Festival prides itself on being for all; sadly this was not the case in several customers’ experience. Customers plan to write to the local MP - as this Constituency gets extra revenue from the Festival.
I suggested some sponsorship from such - for extra Accessibility transport for the site.

As a woman, I did not feel safe at Latitude 2025. I am writing this to let all other women and anyone who may be vulnerable know, if you are thinking of booking next year.

The camping area was plagued by numerous large groups of young men, who deliberately and persistently shouted day and night, left large piles of rubbish, including a sleeping bag that had been shat in and vomited around the tents. It was impossible to sleep, relax or feel safe.

They were aggressive and intimidating when I attempted to ask them politely to be quiet at night. The security guards did not take the situation in hand, despite many people making them aware. Knowing that I had told security about them several times, they then damaged my tent, smearing it with feaces. I left feeling exhausted and distressed.

If i am rating the FESTIVAL not the artists a low score is earnt. This was mainly due to the car park fiasco we experienced on exiting the site. No info no map no signs staff useless. People stumbling around trying to find their cars. Your ok when you are spending your hard earned cash. When you leave they couldnt give a monkeys.

Apparently Wheelchair friendly but that statement couldn’t be further from the truth. We wrote asking for a refund as we only lasted 2 hours with the wheelchair as it was impossible to push on the various terrains but nobody has replied - obviously they have made their money and don’t care!!! Disgraceful!!

What can I say! Latitude has lost its way! It used to be an honest family friendly festival, it’s no longer honest and certainly not friendly. We are staying in the Motorhome field, the loos near us don’t have water in them to flush even after the service crew have been in at 7am. All the hand sanitizer units are broken, amongst hundred of motorhomes and caravans there are no nearby elsan points the nearest is over half a mile away and that’s full and it’s broken so they don’t know when it will be fixed. The motorhome field is nearly 2 miles from the arena and they promised tractor train transport until 1am they stopped it at 21.00. I’m told the guys that drive the tractors say it’s because Latitude refuse to pay overtime.
Latitude used to be a really fun family festival now it’s just about them grabbing as much money as they can. How does £48 for a bottle of crap Chardonnay sound to you! They think this price is ok. So I’m starting a boycott Latitude social media campaign and will keep it going until they see sense
